Established in 2006.

While a Mortgage Broker, I created the concept of Lease Option Group. I decided to get my Real Estate License and start helping people buy and sell via Lease Option as a Realtor. After I got Licensed, I was helping buyers right away and very soon the District Attorney General was referring me buyers who had prior bad experiences because he felt that I was doing it the right way! We also had a Full Page Artical in the Oregonian in February of 2008. Over some time we added Owner Finance Group since it’s almost the same niche. We have operated in Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and California.
