James is amazing! He is very skilled in deep tissue massage and applies the perfect pressure to get out even the most intense knots. He found knots I did not even know existed. He is knowledgeable about anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, and as an athlete himself, understands the areas that can be affected when participating in a variety of sports. The massage left me feeling relieved, relaxed and at peace. A 5 star experience every time!

I received a massage from James a few weeks ago for the first time, and it was great. I have a burst fracture in my lumbar spine from a climbing accident, and suffer from sporadic back pain. Me and James talked about my condition before hand and he did a great job of keeping in tune with what i was feeling. He takes a very holistic approach to massage, and as someone who needs special treatment, i can tell you he delivered splendidly.
