Nichole’s journey into mind and body healing began in 1999, while traveling through Thailand. During a 90-​day study of Thai massage, yoga and meditation, Nichole realized her dream to bring peace and balance to her clients. After Thailand, Nichole furthered her massage education in 2004, completing her certification at Truckee’s Body Being Massage School.

That vision has evolved into a wide-​range of specialties, including doula services and birth education, children’s yoga, prenantal, deep tissue, injury recovery, and sports therapy massage.

In one word — Nichole is amazing! I’ve had dozens of massages from her and she is really talented in a wide variety of styles, from Thai to deep-​tissue. Her calm personality and energy really come through in her caring touch.
I was also fortunate enough to have Nichole as my doula for the birth of my baby girl. It was an intense, breech birth and with the tools she taught us during our month-​long birthing class, she helped me through this incredible experience. Her focus and gentle encouragement during the birth was such a blessing. Without her, I can not imagine what my labor would have been like.

Nichole is really awesome at what she does. I have been getting massages from her for over 10 years. She is very intuitive and has wonderful personality. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
My wife and I hired Nichole for her doula services in 2012. She put together a very informative birthing class and was always a text, email or phone call away for any questions we had. When Labor started with the baby, she guided us through the beginning and was there when things were getting really intense. I can’t imagine a women going through labor with out the help of someone so caring and knowledgeable. She is a really wonderful person!!!
