Ok, «buddy» … I usually don’t waste my time venting on here … but, here I am!
***If you have young kids, STAY AWAY FROM AIRTIME. ***
Most expensive … most harassed … most unwelcoming. most disappointing … most frustrating … most anti-​customer one hour I’ve ever spent together with my adventurous 3 yr old daughter. I wish this was all hyperbole. It’s not.
We were harassed every 5 mins during our one-​hour jump. Apparently they don’t want you around your kids. Hodge-​podge, senseless rules about where your feet can touch, even if you’re just standing there making sure your kid doesn’t break an ankle (which I’m pretty sure I saw three other kids do as evidenced by the ice packs).
Tried to have fun with the big foam pit. I’d go as far to say as that is the #1 attraction. Especially for a younger kid that never gets to do ANYTHING like that.
First, told me I couldn’t be out on orange pads to encourage my little girl to take the plunge off the end. Ok, fair enough, there’s other lanes of rowdy pre-​teens bounding past on both sides. Gotta stay on the black carpet you say? Ok.
So we go to the end «lane» where the black carpet wraps all the way around to the pit. I walk along, stand there and cheer on MY THREE YEAR OLD. She dives in … AWESOME!
As she’s attempting to crawl back to the edge and climb out, there’s easily 1 – 2 feet of reach from top of foam back to safety. Not an easy feat for a 2.5−3′ tall human. «I need help daddy» … so as I kneel down and hold her hand, WHILE SHE CLIMBS HERSELF OUT, the No Fun Police run right back over to harass me about not being allowed to help her out of the pit.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
The Jr. Fun Police called in The Manager of Fun Police who came and looked me right in the eye and told me not to help MY THREE YEAR OLD out of the pit or he’d kick me out. I told them just give me my $ 14 back since we’re NOT ALLOWED to actually use the facilities. «No refunds.»
I calmly explained to The Manager that we’d had the most unwelcoming experience I could ever have imagined for a PREMIUM «Amusement» business that should include an once of hospitality.

Well here you go, Unilocalers … Airtime trampoline park = $ 14/​hour for a 3 year old to bounce around and get harassed the whole time and basically be threatened to be kicked out if daddy watches over or – heaven forbid — lends a hand.
Never again.

Kids leisure prices have just gone through the roof these days and I never quite am sure if it’s ever worth it. Case in point: Legoland, CJ Barrymores, Dave and Busters, Sea Life Aquarium, etc.
Keep in mind, AirTime isn’t exactly free. Sunday pricing is $ 14/​hour per person regardless of age. $ 10/​hour for additional hours. I literally mean any age. You don’t catch a break for five year olds but I can jump here too. They just don’t differentiate. However, after doing some investigation, you can score a sweet Groupon for weekday jumping and you can double check the pricing for other special sessions such as the 6 and under jump, adult only, etc.
Fill out the waiver, pay your entry fee and get jumping right away because the clock is ticking. Jump into the ball pit, bounce the hoops area, play dodge ball or just do the floor/​wall tramp area. There is a toddler/​small peoples section as well too.
What I like is that it is very well staffed. The bounce floors are well monitored by roving «lifeguards.» Respect the whistle! Also, there are people that walk the floors to make sure the place is clean. After all, you’re either in bare feet or in a pair of socks that have to be purchased from AirTime. You can wear these socks on return visits. Snack bar and party rooms are also well attended.
Only problem we encountered was that there were two songs played by the DJ that had less than appropriate lyrics for young people and yes, this place is full of the under 13 crowd. Two words: Kids’ Bop and the problem is solved. Yes, Jason Derulo and 2Chains lyrics are far too inappropriate for young people. This is the only reason I knocked off a star but it’s a big «no-​no» in my book. We can be family-​friendly minded at all times and be five stars as well. It’s covering all corners that earns you the fifth star; it’s what separates good from great.
My kids jumped for 58 of the 60 minutes and left here exhausted. It’s still expensive but judging by the snoring in the car almost immediately following their jump session, it might have been worth it.

Wish I could give zero stars! Airtime’s poor marketing of the Novi Grand Opening showed all locations being $ 5/​hr. After inviting my son’s soccer team, we were told Troy isn’t part of that deal, contrary to the emailed flyer. I spoke with 2 managers who refused to honor the the documented $ 5 price. Needless to say we won’t be going to airtime for quite a while. Nothing like upsetting a group of kids.

I don’t know why this place is rated so badly. It wasn’t good. It wasn’t such a nazi disaster. I mean the staff is pretty blah. Well very blah. I think if the staff were upbeat and active it would make the joint one of the top places to be. –1 star only because the staff wasn’t impressive at all. But the place was very clean. Nothing was ripped up or faulty. We had a great time.

I was very disappointed when I paid for my daughter to jump today and they could not provide the correct size airtime socks for her. I brought Skyzone socks because this also happen the first time I went to their facility. They told me she could not wear Skyzone sock he said «you wouldn’t bring Burger King into McDonalds.» I told him I couldn’t buy the size she needed from them or I would and the size up would not be safe for her. He said then she had to have bare feet or a bigger size. I would not buy the size up as my niece was wearing those and they were already falling off her feet that are larger than my daughter’s. If you can’t provide the size someone needs then you need to bend your rules so that people who would prefer their children not to end up with foot fungus will want to return. I will drive out of my way from now on and go to SkyZone.

This place combines the fun of a trampoline with the strict oversight of a maximum security prison. I get it for the safety and legal reasons, but every aspect of this place seemed to be an attempt to suppress the natural joy of bouncing and take another buck out of your pocket while they are at it. They wouldn’t even let me bring my own grippy socks. It was fun for the kids though and I would go back, however I will not soon repeat the mistake of jumping my adult body into the foam cubes. I had a moment where I was sure that I would stay there forever.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, all kids are 12 $. Ridiculous since under 2 can’t do ½ as much as the rest of the kids. Moving forward, I went with my child and another family of 2 kids. All about the same age 2 – 4. The attendants were complete nazis. Like to the point we were followed around and constantly addressed. Take off socks. The two little ones can’t jump in the same box, the block has to stay over here. Okay listen. I’m the parent. If I allow my child to jump with his cousin and they get hurt, I will handle it. So back off. We left after an hour. The one boy was afraid to do anything else after being yelled at so many times. I would never recommend this place and will never be back. Head to Troy gymnastics. They don’t have a superiority complex.

I will start off by saying I like that they have a jump session for young children from 9 – 10 on the weekends. However, the staff is EXTREMELY rude. Also, we arrived at 9:08, which I know it’s my fault I was late so it would cut into the hour jump session. We waited in line for 17 minutes because they had two girls working the front whole other staff including a manager just stood there. So I paid for a full hour and only got to jump with my son for about 25 minutes after we put our stuff in the lockers. While we started to jump (it was our first time there) my son and I were jumping in the same square (he’s 12 months) a girl who worked there literally started yelling at us… we won’t be back

Took my sons their the other day, they had a blast. Very clean and organized across the board. Food was great too! Will be back for sure.

Blown away this morning. So as we are walking in for junior jump, my child asks about the video playing in the background of the counter. They are proceeding to jump with multiple bounces, and backwards turns (flips?) I proceed to ask the manager about their policy regarding those type of jumps, and she informs us they are both prohibited. When I proceed to ask if this his her promotional video for their facility, she says yes and that it was made by the national trampoline people. My kids are obsessed with this place, and we have been many times. But the poor attitude of the manager along with the video That is the first thing you see into the building makes me second guess. Defiantly won’t be having the party for the kids here. Poor leadership exhibits poor staff on average.

This place was a blast! I called ahead to see if they were busy and Kelsey was so super nice and explained everything to me! Made it in pretty quick and the whole family had fun. My toddler pretty much stayed in the little kid area, but my nephew rocked out in dodgeball, and I got pretty good at the foam pit. We will def be back. They both already asked for their birthday party here and my nephew thinks he can convince the school to do a field trip. Haha

This place is the most unsafe place in the world. During dodgeball the employees play and they chuck the ball at little kids. Even the owner say what was going on and didn’t care. Also they have the worst service all the employees are try to get everyone kicked out. Never again.

Expensive ($ 13/​hr per child, socks $ 3) and poor customer service. Had it been very expensive and great customer service, I would probably be back. Since its both expensive and terrible customer service, this will be my first and final time here.
As our first time here, we expectedly had some questions and were answered poorly by what seemed to be by a staff that didnt want to be there. She found us to be an inconvenience since we interrupted her gossip session with her co worker.
Also, there seems to be an incredible amount of rules. My 3 and 4 year old who were barely doing anything were getting whistled at by the staff every 5 minutes.
Never again — I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I wanted to write a private comment to their managers/​owners but they don’t have a space on the website for feedback. We were disappointed in the poor supervision. The staff in the Dodgeball arena allowed the game to go on so the bigger children were trampling the smaller children. When I questioned the rules, I was told that was not «their rules» which is fine, but they weren’t enforcing their rules either. I just got eye rolls from the staff, who were more interested in not being bothered than anything else.
I removed my children, as it created an unsafe environment. It was a disappointing experience, especially after spending time at SkyZone where things are very well supervised and managed.
When we walked in, I was excited, but after seeing the lack of supervision, we won’t go back.

Not a bad experience. Very fun, and enjoyable, however way too many kids. If you are an older kid or an adult who is a kid at heart, like myself, it can become quite unenjoyable by the overwhelming amounts of bratty rude children who don’t understand a line, or rules. If AirTime was smart, they would offer 18+ nights, or 21+ nights, to offer us big kids a better experience. Overall, it is a fun place. Best to go with a group of people, so you can force priority yourselves :)

This place used to be fun. But now here are my complaints. One kid and a parent. ~$ 50. Socks 1 hour of jump time. The music is obscenely loud (and it’s annoying pop music). That type of music makes me angry just listening to it. Coming here you are forced to hear One Direction, Taylor Swift, and other soft annoying music at a volume that will make you want to hurt someone and your brain numb. Additionally, for the cost, the amount of rules is annoying. You can’t use your own socks, can’t have more than one person per square, no running from square to square… This concept was fun, now the cost versus the annoying music, rules… It’s just not worth it. Also walking to a bathroom barefoot is also gross. They only clean the foam pit once a month. Germ city!

Pretty sweet place. Took my 11 year old nephew there. Its not cheap, $ 30 for both of us for an hour (on par with skiing or the gun range I would say). But as a 38 year old man I loved it. Dodgeball, basketball rims, and mario land-​ish trampolines totally worth it. I’m a germaphobe and I wasn’t that freaked out. Just make sure you get the socks ($ 3). They charge you for the wristband which is the dumbest thing ever, just build it into the cost. Trust me this place will physically kick your ass. Right around 45 minutes I was ready to go. Great workout. I was sore the next 2 days. I would go back for sure. Staff is really nice too and helpful. Lots of overbearing suburban Moms just don’t pay attention to them. Oh and I got asked this question yes… little kids are welcomed, I saw plenty of 3 year olds.

I bought a groupon for Airtime. I think this would be really fun for adults but not on a tuesday night. The place was packed with kids 14 and under. The place had 4 areas; dodgeball, basketball, foam pit and a basic trampoline area. The dodgeball area was full of kids, and even though a staff member told us to go in there because «its fun to hit little kids,» we did not want to play with a bunch of kids.
The foam pit was annoying because it was hard to get out of and being the un-​athletic person I am, I’m not able to do flips, so jumping into the foam pit was kind of pointless for me. ha so was the basketball because I couldn’t jump high enough to slam dunk, which was the point of it.
I want to mention that this place is very tiring and I was dripping sweat at the end. The music was fun and I think saturday nights are adult only and there is a DJ there so maybe I’ll be back, but probably not.
Also, this one employee was basically blowing his whistle at me for no reason. (I think he liked me)

As you walk in, you get greeted right away. They direct you to the computers if it’s your first time there. On the computers, you’ll see the overly litigious culture of America at work. There’s lots of words to read and forms to fill out to «waive liability.» Once that was take care of, you go up to the counter to pay for your time. I was there for open jump and it was $ 14/​hour for the weekends. You get a nicely printed wrist band that’s put on your right arm. It has the time that you are paid up to. I took an hour, which in the end is plenty of time if you don’t do this all the time since you do get tired.
I realize many are bothered by a barefoot indoor place. It’s not common. I personally didn’t mind it. If you don’t like it, get the gripper socks for a small charge.
Other reviewers have gone through the 4 sections: regular trampolines, dodgeball, basketball hoops, and the pit.
I went through all 4 sections and it was a great time. I’m feeling it the day after, but it was great to do flips into the pit, bounce around in the trampolines, and throw dodge balls at kids much younger than me. Also, as a normal height male with very little vertical, I’ve never slam dunked a basketball. Nothing a trampoline and multiple height hoops won’t solve!
If you go in looking for fun, you’ll be like a kid again until your body reminds you that you are not a kid anymore!

Kind of a cool place, had fun mostly jumping in one spot in my own little square.
Tried to jump over the areas between to trampolines and failed and fell on my face in front of parents and kids. Can you say Wipeout!
So you come in and pay $ 12 for a hour or $ 20 for 2 hours. They let you add on the 2^nd hour later if you can’t decide right away if you want that extra hour. All I needed was a hour, I just don’t have that much energy.
You must be barefoot or buy the socks they sell there, I believe it’s because they have grips on the bottoms of their socks. So it’s kind of gross that people are walking around all barefoot everywhere, even the bathrooms… gross!
They have lockers for 50cents to throw your stuff (coats & shoes) in or just hang them next to the lockers.
Theres seating areas to watch the jumpers and a huge TV in one area. They have a huge area for just jumpers, a area for dodgeball, a area for slam dunking basketballs, a area for jumping into a pit and a eating area which looked like they do Birthday parties there as well.
They have a hour for 6yrs old and under for the 1^st hour in the morning. They also have certain days for different things like a DJ is there which is probably really cool and I must check out some day.
I know they had rules but for some reason I must of missed them but they have Refs with whistles if you step out of line like jumping in someone else’s square when they are already in it is a no no. No running either but you can jump square to square.
