Tracy Collision

I’ve been in 2 accidents (not at fault) in the last year, I’ve taken my car here for both accidents. Raj has help me with both accidents, he’s awesome! Service is awesome and job well done. If you want to be treated with respect and served with your best interest in mind, this is your spot.

Ok, take the worst part first. My new truck met the side of an older car at an intersection. The best part of that is that no one was hurt, just both vehicles.
Now to the best part. I contacted my insurance and this was one of the places they recommended. I never trust insurance companies so I looked up Tracy Collision on the Internet. They had some very good reviews so I gave them a try.
I took my truck in on a Monday morning and had it back in 9 business days looking good as new. From the moment I walked into the door and was greeted by one of the friendliest ladies I have met in a while. I’m sorry I forget her name as I write this but you can’t miss her. She was empathetic and really seemed to know how a person who just had their pride and joy destroyed was feeling.
Soon after and gentleman by the name of Raj came out. Funny how I forget the name of the friendly cute girl but remember the name of the fuzzy faced guy. Sorry Raj but I had to throw that in.
Raj looked at my truck and told me in no uncertain terms that the could fix it and it would be about two weeks.
U called several times the following week to check on the status. I knew I was being a pain but I needed to make some plans. There was never a time either of these folks made me feel like I was interrupting them. That meant a great deal.
They finished a day early and when I went to pick it up it looked fantastic. They even detailed it and I was so impressed that… well you know.
The folks are first class, nice people, great work and tops at service. I will be taking some of my other cars there that need some minor work.
You guys are the best and thanks for putting up with my impatience.

I’m so glad State Farm recommend this repair place. Claims rep Raj answered all my questions and was sure to address concerns I had. The office staff is totally helpful and I really appreciate the guarantee on their work. I’ll definitely come back.
Update: upon pick up I noticed a giant crack across my windshield as I was leaving the lot so I called Raj to say I saw this there and will bring the car back to get it fixed later since I needed a car and was going out of town in a few days anyway. I noticed more post-​repair issues during that time that I let Raj know about upon drop off at which time he tried to say the crack wasn’t from the accident or their repairs but before! I didn’t have any chips or cracks prior to the accident or bringing the car in so hearing this and also from my insurance insinuating it happened while driving after pick up even though I saw it as soon as I got in the car and called him is insulting. My car is still being worked on now and I doubt it will be close to how it used to be when I get it back. Then I’ll have to go through someone else for this new crack. Not happy with State Farm or Tracy Collision over this incident or the other things not acting right with my car at this point.

If you are in need of body work for your car, then RUN, don’t walk, to Tracy Collision. This place knows what they are doing! Armand has taken care of all of my cars when the unfortunate occurs and they always come out looking amazing. He and his team work with the insurance to make sure everything is right. If he can’t fix it, he has referrals who can. Once you drop off your car, you can truly rest and know that you will be kept up to date and that in the end, your ride will be good as new!

Not sure where to start however I just wanted to share my thoughts on Tracy Collision. To make a long story short, my brother got into an accident and needed a repair shop so I looked up locations in Tracy and came across Tracy Collision. I gave them a call and took the car in. Armin (owner) was very professional he told us he would take care of everything which he did. He made the incident less stressful.
Two months later my neighbor ran into my husbands car so I called Tracy Collision and worked with Raj. He was just as professional as Armin. Took care of the car and my husband was back on the road. We needed to bring the car in again because someone keyed my husbands car and once again they were professional and courteous. When I received a call telling me the car was ready the young lady at the front left me a message saying I didn’t need to pay my $ 100 deductible courtesy of Armin. That was so sweet of him. I didn’t expect that at all.
It’s hard finding honest companies out there but these guys give me hope that there are still a few good ones left.

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and amazingly only scraped the paint off my front bumper and crumpled up the license plate. A Tracy Collision happy customer recommended this place to me and so I went in for an estimate. What’s important to note is Armin personally did the estimate, realized it was a small job, but he and his entire staff treated it as if it were a big job. The price was entirely reasonable, the car was ready when they said and I couldn’t be happier with the work. It’s a nice place if you have to wait too (somewhere that you can bring your wife, kids, or elder parents). Thanks guys!

After Armin and his team refinished several panels on my sons 1995 GMC 4X4 Pickup almost a year ago, the unthinkable happened ! We came out one morning to find that someone threw eggs on the truck and took a key to the hood and left side. To say I was upset and pissed off is a understatement, however the only thing that kept me in check was knowing that I have a great shop that could make it all go away.
With a couple of phone calls and with help from my insurance and Tracy Collision-​, my son’s pride and joy was back looking better then ever ! It’s amazing to see the quality of the repairs, paint matching and attention to details that make their work so great!
It sure is nice knowing that there is someone out there that can always make bad situations all OK again,

Armin & his staff are amazing! Dropped off my car Wednesday last week & my car was ready Monday of this week. On top of their quick service my car looks outstanding!
After lunch a few weeks ago I came out to my new 2015 Scion tC & realized someone had hit the back of my car while it was parked. Leaving a huge scrap & dent from end to end of my bumper. Not only that but whoever did it didn’t bother staying around. I’ve only had my car a couple months & I was completely pissed! It’s my first accident & I wasn’t sure if the car could look the same again. But much to my dismay Tracy Collision came to my rescue!
I hope I won’t have to but if I need to I will recommend anyone I know to Tracy Collision, if they find themselves in my same predicament.

Tracy collision did a WONDERFUL JOB on my 2012 ML 350 after being side swiped on the street. I was initially told it would take a few weeks to get it done and was pleasantly surprised when they called me a week early and said its ready and I could come pick it up. They performed a complete walk around with me and let me know if I had any concerns to bring it back and they do everything to correct the issue. I felt good about my decision to go with them before, and now I feel great about it. Will definitely do business with them again if I have another issue in the future. Thanks Tracy collision.

My Mercedes S550 was hit in my driveway along with my Yukon Denali on 09/​26/​2015 at 6:30am in the morning. I was on the phone with my insurance while the police did their investigation. My insurance told me I could have it towed to Manteca Collision and since it was a Saturday the car would be held until Monday. Fast forward to Wednesday 9÷30÷2015. I contacted Tracy Collision and spoke with Armin about possibly moving my Mercedes there to get repairs since they are certified. He was very nice and courteous and I told him I would keep in touch. Thursday morning I was ready to transfer the car to Tracy Collision. Armin covered the towing cost and preformed the remaining appraisal of my vehicle. I never once had to come in person. Everything was done by fax, phone and email. Friday 10/​02/​2015 I checked in with him and bad news, it will be a total loss. I really appreciate the level of customer service Armin provided to me and the woman that answered the phone, sorry I don’t remember her name. My car is currently at his shop waiting for the official appraisal to be completed. I wanted to write this while I had time. Thank you all at Tracy Collision.

Workmanship at this facility met my expectations, however service did not. I was asked for payment despite having full coverage, I had to follow up with insurance to provide proof of this coverage, and I had to take the car to another shop myself at their request as they forgot to complete my alignment.
My MB C230 was lightly damaged when rear ended in I-​580 rush hour traffic. It is my expectation that the shop will handle insurance entirely and complete its work on quality and on time. The accident was simple enough that no interaction on my part should have been necessary.
Despite being a three-​star review, the text above takes a hard line, as I hold MB Certified repair centres to the absolute highest standard.

Initially I took my BMW to Cook’s Collision. They looked over the damage and wanted to repair with body filler. I said not a chance… it’s a BMW not a Kia! I called Tracy Collision and they immediately said your repair sounds like a replacement of the bumper and not a body filler fix and said bring it in. They treated my BMW like it should be with respect of the ultimate driving machine. They repaired my BMW back to factory spec and not with body filler.

My car door needed a replacement, and their service was on point. They facilitated my needs in an expedient fashion. Would highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the quality of the workmanship as well as the customer service I received from Raj and his crew. Everything was handled very professionally and with little to no effort on my part. They dealt with the insurance company directly to process the claim, set me up with a rental car, and made the whole process very simple and easy. All I had to do was hand them the key and pick it up when it was done. The work was flawless and I can’t think of a single thing that could’ve been better about the experience. This place really IS the best! Unilocal doesn’t lie and neither do I!

I live in Stockton and I wrecked my Toyota Tacoma pickup and per my son’s recommendation I had my truck towed to Tracy Collision to be repaired but State Farm ended up totaling my vehicle. I return to their shop and picked up my personal items from my truck. Before State Farm came to tow it away Armin checked my truck again and found items I left under the back seat storage compartment. Armin retrieved the items called me so I could pick them up. A few months later someone backed into my wife’s SUV putting a dent in the tailgate so it was back to Tracy Collision. It was too small to put through State Farm but Raj gave me a very good price the job was perfect they detailed the car which looks new again with no sign of any prior damage. My wife is very happy we went there. It was worth the drive from Stockton.

I had a bad experience at a different body shop. So when my car was damaged this time I asked a friend if he knew of a good place. With out hesitation he recommended ARMIN and TRACY COLLISION. I can honestly say that was the best decision I ever made. I was kept in the loop the entire time I didn’t have to be the one making the phone calls for updates. The entire staff was very professional and curious. If by chance you are looking for a body shop to repair your vehicle after an accident this is the place you need to go to. I will go out of my way from now on if I ever need body work on any of my cars. Again this was the best service I’ve ever had and I’m very picky.

I have to say these guys did a great job. Got the service expected from a State Farm network shop. This means I got the extra bells and whistles being a State Farm customer. As far as time frame for the entire process was 4 days. That’s amazing and fast.
My car needed a new passenger quarter panel and light assembly. The passenger door was also pushed back and out of alignment with the panel. They took the door apart and realigned everything. The door opens and closed perfectly with no leaks. The paint was great matched perfect no orange peal the clear coat was done well to match no over coating. Finally they kept good communication and even stayed open a little longer so that I could pick the car up after work that day. The staff was friendly and honest. Would definitely do business with this shop down the road.

This place and the people are amazing. I had a huge ugly dent on my rear bumper near one of the sonar sensors. I did not have time to get it fixed completely as I was only in town visiting my family for a day and figured I would take advantage of a day off to get this done. I called around 830 and spoke with Armin. He said a bumper dent would likely be ~$ 100, but I’d have to bring it in sometime before noon so he can get a better estimate. When I got there he was very friendly and walked out to look at my car. He told me it was a large dent and might have to be replaced. However, when I told him my friend’s dad who is something of a body shop expert said it could be popped out, he said he could take it to the guys in back and see what they could do.
About 45min to an hour later, it’s almost as good as new!!! Of course, I will need to get the paint fixed in order for it to be perfect, but at least I dont have to park backwards all the time in order to hide the unsightly damage. I have a long vacation coming up and will be leaving my car with my parents so they can bring it back here for the paint job. Best part is, even though he said it was a larger dent he did not up the charges or anything. Armin is super friendly, the woman at the front desk is awesome as well and, God forbid, I need body work done again, I would be willing to come here from SF to get it done!
