BOBA at the Tracy mall! Sweeeeet! Service slowly improving. Boba here just as good as the Grant Line location. Nothing amazing… but love there are 2 Quickly’s in Tracy!!! About time.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. The popcorn chicken doesn’t have any flavor. The drinks take forever to make. Why call this place quicklys when they ain’t even quick. Smh. Don’t get your boba and snacks here.

Service: Fast and friendly. Took off a star because they mixed up our order initially, but another employee understood our order and quickly(no pun intended haha) corrected it with no hassle at all and made an effort to check as we picked up the food. Overall Taste: I am very surprised with the size of the«popcorn» chicken. They’re huge morsels of fried goodness, with just enough crunch to withstand the piping steam coming from the rice bowl. I also didn’t know they made pizza and wing platters! Ambiance: It is situated in a mall in the center of the food court with a line all the way to the tables and seating area. Price: $ 5 for a bowl of good rice and even better chicken. The pictures do not do it justice. Price is on point and worth every penny.

Service is definitely improved from last time I was here. My Jasmine milk green tea with boba and aloe is wonderful today and the boba is really soft/chewy/smooth. So happy with my order today. Popcorn chicken is really perfect.

The circus is in town. Having passed Quickly all over the San Fran Bay Area and finally trying Quickly at Stoneridge Shopping Center, I wanted another shot at it. My buddy and I stopped at the West Valley Mall and this has been in the food court for a few months. This location has pizza and a number of snacks. Apparently, the salads didn’t work out and there is a red X over the photo on the menu. I keep thinking about trying the pizza but I ordered fried mushrooms and a piña colada smoothie. My buddy ordered the Wild Berry Breeze. We were asked if we wanted tapioca bubbles or something else. I don’t remember the second item because I was laughing at the casual use of «boba», which is a crude term in Chinese. I didn’t hear them, but I noticed that the drinks were just sitting there on the counter. I kept noticing how the two workers were running around the store«like chickens with their heads cut off», as the saying goes. I went up there, to wait on the fried mushrooms. It still took a while. There was a 6 minute interval that, I guess, was their target for the order to be completed. I don’t think they were able to get everything finished that quickly. The drinks were fine. The mushrooms were okay, with way too much liquid inside the breading. For $ 2.99, it wasn’t a bad deal but if I’d bought the $ 7.99 pizza, I might have been disappointed.

I order a simple drink and they manage to charge me incorrectly or give me the wrong drink. This has happened twice already. You need better cashiers not high schoolers. Every time I go, its a new person who has no idea how to use the register

This Quickly spot is awful! We went here for the first time and had a terrible experience. We ordered a personal pizza and waited for it at a near by table waiting patiently. After waiting 45min for our pizza we decided we needed to get what we needed and head home. We went to the register to let them know 45 min was much to long and we needed to go and if we could just have a refund. We knew they didn’t do returns or refunds but thought they might let us have a refund because of the circumstances. They rude lady said«No we don’t do refunds» and instead of offering us a new hot pizza she continued to yell at us and try to give us a cold pizza. After trying to reason with these terrible people like adults they just kept yelling at us and then they called security on us while we were trying to reason with them. When security arrived the were so rude still yelling this time at the security guard while he was trying to talk to us about what happen. They wouldn’t even let us talk to the security guard. So while I was trying to explain my side they were over my shoulder yelling. The security explained to us this wasn’t the first time and that we could file a complaint will the West Valley Mall. Which we did. Stay away from this place terrible service, mean owners…

I love Quickly, but this new location in the mall really wears the name down. First of all, I ordered a peach snow with boba, but the wait time was so long just for one drink made me so aggravated. I am a very impatient person, so that was a deal breaker for me. It was about 20 to 30 minutes until I FINALLY got my drink. It was alright, I mean a typical snow, sweet and peachy, but the boba was bad… It was not chewy. It felt as though it was frozen and then thawed, but not completely thawed, which made the boba have a hard interior once you bite through it. Overall, I do not think I will come back to this Quickly just because the wait is too long for me compared to other places in the food court I could have gone to.

I stopped by today and decided to try their coffee milk tea with boba pearls. Yes, I know that this is probably not the best choice off their wide variety of tea drinks, but nonetheless it wasn’t that great at first taste. Tasted like cheap flavored instant coffee mixed with almond milk. I still took a few more sips and upon biting into a chunk of boba balls discovered a thick black hair!! I immediately threw away and did not go back and complain because I was already at my car and was in a hurry. Thoroughly disgusted and will not be going to any shops in this chain again. :(

Really slow service, they took forever to make my drink. I was late for my appointment. Their drinks are great though! Just not so sure about the food.

The employees here need to have a serious training course on how to make their drinks. Your specialties are your drinks, please get it right! Take the time to know your menu and know how to make it correctly! Read the recipes and practice your formulas. Seriously. My niece ordered a Taro milk tea. First, it took nearly 15 mins to get ONE drink. When she finally got it, it looked like a regular milk tea drink(brown in color). Umm, if you know taro drinks they are some shade of purple! Before accepting the drink, I told the lady who made it that I ordered TARO. She insisted it was. Hmm… I dont think so. I didn’t take the drink and instead approached the gal who originally took my order and pointed to the drink at the counter and told her I ordered a taro milk tea. She agreed that it wasn’t correct and was kind enough to make another. Another 10 mins it took to remake this drink… finally, a drink with that purpley color. BUUUT… holy smokes, it was the darkest purple color I’ve ever seen! My neice took a sip of it, oh dang, the gal put SOOOO much taro flavoring enough for 5 drinks! We took that drink home and added nearly six cups of water in a pitcher until it was bearable to drink. Ugh! I won’t be coming here anymore, I’ll stick to the other Quickly in town. FYI: The teriyaki chicken here is NOT made with grilled chicken but is crispy popcorn chicken with a tiny drizzle of teriyaki sauce.

When I first heard of this new Quickly coming to the mall, I honestly got super excited. The good thing about it was that they had a lot of items on their menu. I ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea, with double tapioca, extra sweet, light ice. And, my boyfriend ordered the Nutella Snow. When I got my order, I had NO ice even if I mentioned to put light ice. And, the employees forgot to put my double tapioca. The Jasmine Green Tea tasted pretty old. And, the tapioca was kind of soggy. My tea just tasted bitter. I really wanted to like my drink, but I couldn’t handle drinking it for long. For my boyfriend’s order of the Nutella Snow. It was okay, I told him that it didn’t taste THAT bad. But, the only comment we both have for the Nutella Snow is: «Try not to put too much ice on it.» The flavor was watered down. Another weird/bad thing is that they have PRE-MADE: Thai Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Bubble Milk Tea and I forgot the other milk tea. I prefer the employees learning how to make those on their own(just like the other Quickly location), rather than pre making it. I understand that this place is still new, and the workers are new as well. So, I’d like to give them another try soon. Maybe in a few months, when they have more experience. OH, and The manager was really nice though!

Stopped in here yesterday(8÷16÷15) for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and a coconut milk tea with tapioca. The wait wasn’t too long considering there were tons of people beating the heat and Quickly had a small line going on. My number was called and proceeded to pick up my order, grabbed my milk tea and figured something was wrong. I stuck my straw into the drink and took my first sip. It was still warm as the Quickly employee did not put enough ice. I don’t know about you but I like my milk tea to be refreshing and cold. The other Quickly employee made a new drink for me and proceeded to tell the employee who made my drink to make sure he puts enough ice and swirls it to make sure it’s cold enough. Second issue I have is, if you offer Teriyaki chicken rice bowls you half expect to get well… Teriyaki chicken! What I got was a bowl full of popcorn chicken lightly drizzled with teriyaki sauce with some rice at the bottom of the bowl. Quickly didn’t even drench the sauce over the popcorn chicken. It was like drizzled on and barely any teriyaki sauce anywhere. I have no idea if there was a price difference between the popcorn chicken and the teriyaki chicken bowl — as I didn’t walk back due to frustration. Don’t get me wrong, the popcorn teriyaki drizzled chicken was great, a bit too spicy though, but great with the rice. This place just happened to open recently within the past 2 weeks or so. I’ll give them a pass to work out all the bugs as with any new place that opens. BUT… as this is a franchised store, I would expect them to have all those bugs worked out and make sure they are serving their products correctly. I was just extremely dissatisfied with the teriyaki chicken bowl and how my coconut milk tea came out warm. Out of convenience I will frequent this place but I will definitely make sure my orders come out right.
