Excellent jobs by both Ashely and Erica! Excellent customer service today. I felt welcomed, and left completely satisfied. Finish line outshined the competition today. No wonder they maintain a reputation that the competition is envious of.

Sooooo many good looking shoes, my head spins! They always have my size in men’s and in women’s sizes, and the employees are always really cool, because I’m a pain in the ass when it comes to buying shoes!
I’m the type that asks for 2 different sizes of each style, so the poor guy has to come out with a bunch of boxes, but at least I buy something in the end!
The guys that work here are awesome & patient. Love this place!

Best athletic shoe store in the mall! Came in to purchase running shoes for my little sister, was greeted right away by a friendly female I believe she had glasses… she right away helped us and let us know what side of the wall would fit my sister’s size. We went ahead and looked finding a pair she wanted and was helped by a young man to get her shoe size for us, my sister went ahead and liked them so we proceeded to check out. The male employee had asked if I would like to sign up for coupons on and asked for my email which I did because I’m sure we will need a new pair soon… he went ahead and checked us out in a friendly fast manner and we were out of there! Overall great fast service pretty cheap for a pair of cute running shoes and not to mention the gentleman working had the most gorgeous eyes you have ever seen so that made my experience worth it haha, will definitely be back for shoes and a little peak at your eye candy employee!!!

So I rarely consider going onto shoe stores to buy shoes (crazy right? Haha), I’d much rather go online. However, I went into this location to buy some new gym shoes and wasn’t sure which ones to go with. I was greeted by Alyssa, very friendly young lady who actually took the time to ask me about what I will be using my shoes for, how often, etc. she then made 3 different recommendations and explained what the difference in support and feel are. NEVER have I received such amazing customer service at any clothing/​shoe store. I definitely will be coming back soon considering I LOVE my new workout shoes. And you better believe, Alyssa will be the only one helping me. I wonder if their on commission…

I came here to get my Jordan XIII Playoff shoes. The service here was excellent. I asked the guy if they had any left (at 4pm on release day) surprisingly they still had some. He brought me two different sizes and I found out that the second one he brought out fit me better. He stayed with me the whole time and didn’t help anybody else. I’m not one to sign up for member cards but he did such a good job that I figured I’d help him out and get one. Real nice fella.
