Established in 2007.

Victor Staforelli a graduate of Notre Dame University holding two Masters degrees and a prior University Professor was born and raised in the country of Chile. Victor and his family started Staforelli Design and Building in 2007 with a focus on serving clients within the Southern California market. Victor vision is clear to provide quality unsurpassed services to all clients, and never sacrificing quality.

Ronairo attended The University of Akron pledge Delta Sigma Pi fraternal organization. He’s a licensed California Realtor served as the Director of Construction & Development for an international real estate investment consulting and asset management firm, where he was responsible for the day-​to-​day operations and project management of single family and small commercial construction & development projects.. His expertise in construction from the ground up, acquiring and renovating distressed properties, extensive knowledge of financing, and his ability to «Think Outside The Box» and successively negotiate target acquisitions enables him to provide clients with the resources required to make informed decisions. His highest priority is to offer unsurpassed service in business development, asset valuation, market and feasibility analysis, disposition and acquisition.
