Horrible business that I hope will be shut down soon!!!
I went to get top of the line window tinting on my car,
Written on receipt to verify the type, when I returned I saw them using the cheapest window tint instead of the tint I asked for!!!
I went home to research just to make sure, and sure enough the lies and cheated me.
I called to speak to management
Their response!!! Too bad!
We will not change it!
I will now need to sue them!
I have gone to tint world and we have now documented that they did no tout on the right tint
And now also am working with 3M to file a complaint with them!!!
Their response?!? We don’t need to be authorized 3M dealers so we don’t care what they tell us, and we can continue to get 3M window tint no matter what.
So to wrap this up,
Don’t go to this shop, don’t trust them, they will ripe you off, and they don’t care about it!
I sincerely hope that they are stopped!!!

Great place for a sound tint and alarm. Oscar the sales mgr was polite and very professional!!! Amazing products and above all the price!!! Thank you oscar now we can listen to great music in our car! See you guys very soon.

got an in dash audio installed. they had decent customer service. they even fixed my stereo free of charge but had a small hiccup with my driver side switch. however the audio systems are seriously overpriced so buy your own and have them install (i should have followed my instinct on that one)

I am having a horrible experience seeing the aftermath of my tints. Not only did this place perform a careless job, but also the brake light inside of my car has become loose and I am livid. Why should anyone expect this to happen to their car after paying so much money for tints? The outside of my car was left scuffed and dirty and the inside is dirty as well. Like many others have said, please don’t come here if you’re expecting reasonable work on your car. I definitely got the vibe that they were trying to rip me off, which they did obviously. If I could leave negative stars, I would. They don’t deserve even 1.

We have had several cars tinted and they have always done a great job. Our last car we just had tinted had a very minor fold at the very top where the window meets the weather stripping. They did the whole window again with no problem at all. Highly recommend

Just got a 15% tint job on my Prius for 2 bills easy! They did a great job, these guys have been doing tints for me and my friends since high school.
I’ve been meaning to find a place to get a tint for a couple days. I went to a place called chuys on Hawthorne/​Artesia and the guy didn’t speak English. Then went to another place called Jk tint in harbor city and I was directed to a residential area, wtf? According to Unilocal,most tint places are closed on Sundays. This was the only one open in the area on a Sunday. I should’ve just came here from the start. How frustrating is it to just get my car windows tinted?! Astonished.
So I stuck with what I know and got exactly what I needed. In an out the door, easy! Recommended, for days! Boom!

Incompetent. These guys have no idea of the specifics of systems or vehicles. They over promise and under deliver. Waste of money.

Took my boyfriend’s car to have his tinting redone, they did a great job.
Then I had the tinting done on my car, again they did a great job.

Man I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. This is the 3^rd car I have had done here. Hard to beat the price. I can settle for them arriving to open the business 5 minutes after my appointment but they did solid work in a decent amount of time — 7 windows in about 2 hours. I think they left a small scuff on the a-​pillar of my first car I had done here but I don’t know for sure if it was them. Anyway, if you want a solid tint job for the best price in town, these are the guys. No issues after a few years with the truck or the Subaru WRX I had done there, both came out very clean.
EDIT: I did find a few small bubbles in the rear window. nothing huge considering the price I paid

These guys are liars they just want money especially the old guy and Oscar they do cheap work there is only the name of warranty there is no warranty on installation they say it’s nothing we did its your stuff which is not working even though I had brand new speakers from fries with a warranty I told him can u just tell what that’s noise is coming from he said we’ll have to open up but I have to charge u that’s ridiculous… Please don’t go here

OKAY after few weeks, I went there because my back side where they spray painted my chrome part as a service started to peel off, they are asking extra money for it, since i paid like 450 dollars just to tint my windows and front light&rear light (which you see all the scratch marks and bubbles if you see close) they are always trying to just charge you every time to make MONEY!!! its not worth it!
I got my Lexus GS F Sport tinted for only 150 total (including tip) at LA downtown!
Not a recommended place to go!
They would offer like 20 dollars discount to rate them 5 stars on Unilocal,but to be honest, its a 1 star job that they are doing. I recommend other places than Pacific.
No worranty on their jobs, which means if your tint peels off, they dont give a shit about it and would ask you for extra $$$!

Not a good place if you are looking for good customer service and honest help.

After a poor start with this company, they eventually correctly installed my Pioneer radio to my satisfaction. Hopefully they will realise that poor reviews are not conducive to obtaining new customers and will strive to give excellent service. I am glad I gave them a second chance!

These guys are rip offs. They over price everything. Research before going here. Last resort only

I have been going here for about 10 years. When the old man ran it, I had no problems. My last tint Job was a little different.
His son runs it now. They originally didn’t have the tint I wanted, so I had to wait until they got that film. after they received the film, they did my two front and back
Windows. The 2 front are fine, but the back film was all bubbled and peeling. I took it back, and He said he would redo that window.
All said and done, there is still bubbles and peeling, worse than the initial tinting. If you want it to get done right THE FIRST time, go somewhere else.

These dudes claim to be under New Ownership to this shop but the same man is still there, the only difference is he hired a new sales guys, sales guys is really good dude, I still won’t do business with them due to the owner he’s good for nothing and always tries to get people with high prices, if you catch the owner on a lie or if you catch him ripping you off and you bring it to his attention the only thing he will do is preach to you about the Bible to get himself out of the problem, I give this place a –10 stars due to the same owner and they claim to be under new ownership, bunch of bull.

Came in for tints service was great, quality if tints were on point.

Just had our Edge done by them, this makes the 7^th vehicle I’ve had tint work done. Never had any issues, they’ve always worked well with me on my schedule. And the price is a good value. I will continue to use them.

Theses guys are fucking thieves, tryed to charge 65 dollars for a used iPod attachment cord. Do not go here

SCUM BAG SCAM ARTISTS.
Tinted my windows on Sunday. All seemed ok. Got a call from Jimmy on Tuesday saying he made a mistake and only charged me $ 1. I looked in my account and verified it. I’m thinking the place is down the street from my house its ok and pay him over the phone. WRONG ANSWER!
Twenty minutes later I get a call from the bank about fraudulent charges. $ 233 for XM Radio and an attempt for $ 1000 for stereo parts. Come on dude. Don’t buy stuff that you need to run your business and try to tell me you’re legit when I call you on it.
Wish I had read the reviews before going here. Hopefully the tint last longer than the other posters.
Beware, don’t do business with these clowns. 9 reviews and they all are negative. I will check Unilocal next time.
A follow-​up critique of the actual tint work: Pitiful! One week in and there are already bubbles in the tint. Jokers, clowns, scammers and and scum bags. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS.
