I can’t praise this man enough. He is a no bs guy. I’m short and to the point. If you have back pain or any body pain for that matter come see him. I promise you it will be the best thing you ever do

They call him Dr. Feelgood for a reason.
There have been days when I could barely walk… from sitting at work too long, a weekend of motorcycle riding, or sitting behind my drum kit for an extended time period. This Doctor has me back to business and feeling great immediately. Most recently, a shoulder injury put me in a situation where I was unable to continue my way of life. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Pressley’s results. This man really is «The Human Body Mechanic» Shoulder injuries are tough. I was very happy after my first visit. Shoulder is back to normal. Carol the office Manager is very friendly, and always helpful to work with my schedule.

Dr. Pressley has discovered, «The Fountain of Youth.» After only a few visits, I feel years younger. He has worked wonders on by neck and my shoulders … which were like a solid piece of concrete when I started. Now I have more flexibility and motion since … well, I can’t remember when. And my feet! I have suffered from neuropathy for years. My feet actually felt like lumps at the end of my legs — I sought so many different solutions and nothing helped. I thought it was just something I was going to have to live with the rest of my but thanks to Dr. Pressley, I’m pretty optimistic that I’m going to regain full functionality. Already my balance is better, my gait is better. Dr. Pressley is dedicated to helping his patients. I’m glad I’m one of them.

Dr. Pressley made my sciatica better. He straightened up the twist in my hips and got rid of the inflammation. My knee pain is gone. The computer screen bend in my neck is also getting better each visit. He knows just what to do. I hate to think what my body would feel like if I had not found him. I have been to other chiropractors, but there is no comparison.
Dr. Pressley came to us through people at my son’s karate school. He helped so many students there, including my son who would not have gotten his black belt if Dr. Pressley had not fixed his body first. At first I resisted going because I tried other therapies that made my condition worse. I could have been feeling better sooner if I had just tried it.

Dr. Pressley is great! I have had shoulder pain for the last four to five years, went to countless sports medicine docs other chiropractors, even an orthopedic surgeon!!! Couldn’t find anything wrong suggested physical therapy so I went, got no relief. One visit to Dr Pressley and my shoulders SERIOUSLY feel better!!! I was amazed, and Sooooooo happy!!! Second visit feeling even better!!! Definitely would recommend him to my friends and family, and anyone who has not gotten relief any where else! !!

I wish I’d found this man years ago. I felt better after the first visit and it only improved with each treatment. It’s not always the most comfortable process, but he gets the pain out of your body and gets everything where it should be.
After 5 visits, my posture has vastly improved, chest is wider, shoulder blades flat on my back, hips are even (for the first time in a decade) and I have been out of pain for 2 months straight. I’ll continue to refer people to Dr. Pressley and to visit him every month for a tune-​up, but I’m finally free to enjoy life without constant, nagging back pain.
I’ve previously seen 4 different chiropractors to treat lower back pain and whiplash from a car accident. The same thing kept happening (and I hear about other chiropractors frequently), that the pain would go away for up to a week then come right back. Every time. They all said it would ‘hold’ if I kept coming back 2 or 3 times every week. I spent more than 6 grand (5 of which was insurance) over the course of 3 years and had no lasting relief. I know better now!

Dr. Pressley knows what he is doing. I trust him hands down. If I have an ache or pain or head ache, he knows exactly what is out of place and fixes it. I had a «widows hump» on my upper back beginning to form. He lengthened muscles that shorten with age and put that upper back right back to ballerina straight. People were amazed. You can see in my pictures a thickening neck of an older lady and then bam, after a few visits, my neck became slender again like when I was young. He really is a talented chiropractor, the best I’ve known. He’s friendly and compassionate too. I like this man. You can trust him in every way. He loves dogs too.

The entire building has gotten a make over! Dr. Pressley is still working miracles.

I started going to Dr Pressley for a problem that caused pain in my arm. He quickly reversed that problem, working across my back and shoulders. Since then my posture has improved, muscle definition has improved and I’ve been putting on muscle in ways I wasn’t before.
So, I’ve had James work on my shoulders, back and now legs. Since he started I’ve been able to run freely whereas before years of favoring a weak ankle had made running more of skip-​hop action. Now I run.

Dr. Pressley BLEW me away the first time I came to see him. I am a personal trainer and I know how the body works. Dr. Pressley is the only person who knows how to release locked muscles in the rotator cuff, relieve pain in the lower back, and improve posture in one session. He knows what he is doing.
I came to him needing some deep shoulder work and had some pain in my lower back. I left pain free and walked out with better posture at the same time.

Dr. James Pressley came recommended to me by a friend of nearly 40 years. We shared a common meidcal problem, chronic and severe headaches. We each had visited numerous «specialists» over the years with only minimal results. When my friend visited Dr. Pressly, he was able to relieve her headaches in only 3 visits. Best of all, he was able to do the same for me. We are now both regulars at the good doctors office, seeing him once a month. Neither of us ever miss a visit. In speaking with other patients at Dr. Pressley’s office, I heard numerous accounts of miracles he has performed. I guess the best way to start this review is to ask you how many chiros have you gone to that spend 25 – 30 minutes working on you personally? Dr. Pressley is brilliant. He shares his genius with the patient, explaining the correlation between the muscular, neurological and skeletal system and rarely uses the word «adjustment «. He works your body with his hands in a way no other chiro would dare do because of the shear man hours, not to mention the lack of technique. After seeing dozens of chiros and masseuses with no lasting results for a nagging and pervasive injury, I was convinced by a friend to see James. In 3 visits all pain was gone and that was 20 years ago. A monthly tune up keeps me feeling like I am 45, and that was 20 years ago. If you are considering surgery for a hip, a knee, shoulder, whatever, see Dr. Pressley. You will remember that day forever.

You MUST visit Dr. Pressley. He is truly unique and amazing! Dr. Pressley succeeds where others fail: mostly muscle therapy, more than bone manipulation because, as he explains, it’s the shortened, tight muscles that pull the skeleton out of alignment and cause pain. I’ve recommended dozens of people who are delighted with his results. He corrects structural problems you didn’t even realize you had. That’s not a ploy to get repeats. He’s fast and honest. He knows anatomy like a surgeon and body chemistry like a physicist. His technique is unlike nearly everyone else. I can’t say enough good things about him. Yes, he’s chatty, but so what? It’s good information. You owe it to your health.

Agree with Marion. I drive from Pasadena to Toluca Lake to see Dr. Pressley three times a week. I’ve gone through four other Chiropractors since 2011, due to a serious neck injury, but was also diagnosed with Myositis (severe muscle inflammation) making it impossible for me to handle adjustments for years. Every chiro I went to did x-​rays, saw the reverse curve in my neck, did ZERO muscle work (which I believe is essential before adjustments) quickly adjusted me, and sent me on my way. Not ONE of them ever actually fixed the curve. It was still there by the time someone recommended Pressley to me, and by this point, the injury was so old, that I was in excruciating and disabling pain. I could barely work two days a week or get out of bed, and I’m young! I am amazed at how much he fits in to one visit. First heat, then muscle stripping (where he literally pulls the inflammation out of the body), then muscle stimulation for five to ten minutes and then lastly, adjustments, done properly! I am so grateful to have found him when I did, because I was definitely at my breaking point and had given up completely on ever getting out of pain. DO the work. Show up. Get worked on. Get fixed. That simple. Never give up hope. And no, surgery is NOT the answer.
