Last week, I went to the UPS Store to send a package of documents via Next Day Air Saver. I delivered my package to the UPS Store at 1 pm on a Monday and was assured it would go out that day. I paid over 60 dollars for this service, and was assured the package would be delivered the next day(Tuesday). The package did not arrive on Tuesday, and when contacting UPS, they stated that we dropped it off after 7 pm, even though I have the email confirmation from them showing the package was received at 1:03 pm. UPS says it’s not their problem. This UPS Store demands I return with my receipt to get a refund. Even though they are able to pull up my shipment history by my phone number, they need my physical receipt to refund me the money? This sounds like a great way to inconvenience the customer and avoid following thru on their«guarantees». This is the second time this has happened to me at a UPS Store. They never follow through, and I’m through with them.

Always friendly and we’ve used ‘pack and ship’ many times, never an issue. Of course delivery is up to UPS itself(and we’ve never had issues there either). But the service at the store is great! Now, they have a 3D Printer you can use, so our family wants to experiment with that. We think it’s a great way to try it out without buying our own 3D Printer.

We sent two packages out of this UPS store. After 2 weeks the recipient had still not received the packages, so we called UPS customer service and according to them our packages had an arrival scan for this store from the day we dropped them off but did not make it to the Tualatin hub for 7 more days. The customer service rep informed me that this store must have misplaced my packages causing the delay. I called and spoke to an employee who was adamant that they sent them same day, or worse case 2 days later. Im not sure who to believe here, but I got zero empathy from the store employee who just argued that it was impossible that they could be at fault. Either way I am not using this location ever again. I will just go to the UPS hub in Tualatin.
