Established in 1999.

Pembles Painting companies have always been Oregon owned and operated. Justin Pemble has over 25 years of hands-​on experience in both residential and commercial painting.

Currently, with Pembles Primetime Painting, he is working hand-​in-​hand with Dustin Winn at Sticks and Stones General Contracting LLC.

Both of these gentleman combined have a rich background in all things residential. There is little that they can’t do well and painting is something they both enjoy doing often.

Business Owner

With a vast background in fine finishing, professional coatings and residential remodeling, Justin’s skill-​set speaks for itself. He specializes in all aspects of painting and finishing fine woodwork and there is undoubtedly no surface coating project that Justin could not do and do well.

He has worked in the trades his entire adult life. Mr. Pemble owned and operated a very successful painting company from the time he was 20 years old until the economy fell. He put himself «back in school» to become more efficient in surrounding trades. Though an owner, Justin has never had a work day where he did not dive in. This guy loves to work! He drives his crews well and his ambition to do better is relentless. Justin and Dustin have worked together off and on for the past 18+ years.

Justin Pemble is a partner with Mr. Winn for Sticks and Stones General Contracting LLC and is the co-​owner of Pembles Primetime Painting.

He is a warm-​spirited family man, with three children.
