Wow! I was extremely shocked in how rudely I was treated! I went in to this shop for the first time a couple days ago and was excited to see their variety in Ejuices. I started talking to the the guy working who seemed cool. I started explaining to him that I barely started vaping less than a week ago and was really new to all of this. At that point he started trying to push things on me. I told him I was considering buying a new tank since I like to switch flavors up often and I wasn’t skilled enough to build a drip unit. He agreed and pulled out one of their top tanks a smok TFV4… He told me of all the features and at that point I pulled out my pen to ask if it was compatible.(I have a basic aspire cf sub pen) he told me that the tank would work and each atomizer would produce differently. He sold me on the tank. Once I got home and filled up the tank, low and behold neither of the 3 atomizers worked. The tank is useless to me. I told him I was new to this and he took advantage by selling me their biggest tank so he can make a sale. When I called the next day some other guy apologized and told me to come back in and he’d take care of me, I really thought they were going to make an effort to help me. When I went in 2 days later to meet with the last guy I spoke to it went no where. He cut me off rudely and talk over me telling me that the guy who sold to me explain to me before that it wouldn’t work… He offered no solution except to throw the tank away. When I tried to explain again he cut me off and started talking to someone else that just walked in. I’m so glad that there’s literally 20 other smoke and vape shops in the area for me to go to because that’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life… And that’s saying a lot when it comes from a Time Warner Cable customer. I don’t know if this place works off commission but they made me feel like an idiot in wasting my money on something I can’t use.

Great place ! Very small but have great selections of juice. He has great deals on a lot of his top quality juice. And the customer service is amazing my husband and I love this place.

This little shop has a lot to offer I’ve been to quite a few vape shops and never feel the most comfortable going in there it’s very«clicky» like high school anyways there’s always really good deals on the mods and have still yet to find anyone cheaper for juice highly recommend

This is the best place to go for any type of vape equipment. I am a beginner at this and I had great experience for my first time. I even broke my set up and Shaher gave me a replacement on the house. I would recommend coming here, without a doubt!!!

I don’t know what the person in the last review was smoking, but it wasn’t Tobacco! I was treated very poorly. The guy working there is rude and has poor customer service skills. The Vaping selection is little to none. I will take an extra 5 min to drive to the Tobacco hut on TO blvd. Where at least I was told«Thank-You for coming in» after paying. The last straw was when I purchased a disposable electric cigarette took it back to my truck opened it found it broken. I went back into the store and they refused to exchange it! I didn’t even ask for a refund all I wanted was an exchange… Owners do not stand behind their product. Bad business Stay away! Warning!!!
