Cigar & Cigarette

I always considered this place a hit or miss until my last visit a few weeks ago. One of the guys that works there is a jerk. Always. Very arrogant and acts like he knows everything when in fact he is really just bullshitting the whole time. I went in to buy a new e-​cigarette. The guy acted annoyed with me the whole time. Every question I asked was met with one word answers. I asked him straight up about the authenticity of his products– not to be a jerk but just I know a lot of these types of shops sell fake e-​cigs so I was just checking. I asked about the return policy and his response was «no returns, no exceptions». I felt like I was really bothering him, which makes me question why I proceeded to purchase anything but I did. I bought a $ 70 e-​cig starter pack but when I got home, something was sitting right with me so I went to the manufacturer’s website to inquire about how to determine the authenticity of the product. I’ll spare you the details of how I found out but I discovered it was a counterfeit!!! I went back to the store and showed the guy– who clearly didn’t want any trouble– and he quickly refunded my money.
Oh and to add insult to injury– turns out the authentic version of the e-​cig I bought sells online direct from thr manufacturer for $ 35. I had paid $ 70 for a knock off! Wtf!!!

Owner is nothing but helpful! Great prices mixed with great customer service equals the best tobacco shop in conejo valley. Awesome variety of cigars too!

I have been going here for 6 years and know the two guys that run the place. They are so helpful and always recommend the best cigars. I always buy hookah products here especially starbuzz. Love this place!
