Great attention to detail and amazing cleaners!!! Maid VIP has been cleaning my house for almost a year and they clean way better than I ever could! They are always on time and would do a fabulous cleaning job. Sometimes, I can’t help but feel like I live in a brand new house whenever they finish cleaning. They would even make my bed, fold the blankets, vacuum the curtains and wipe the windows. They would make my house look perfect and make sure everything is in its rightful place. Maid VIP is always willing to work with me when something comes up like changing the dates or time. They would also call in advance in order to reschedule for holidays. I always know that I can count on them when I need their service.

I had two rooms cleaned and they were cleaned very well. The staff was in and out within the promised period and I was very satisfied with the professional service and the cleaning they’ve made. The maids were very prompt, professional and neat. The charge for my cleaning was reasonable and the area they cleaned looks wonderful… just what I have wanted. I have actually used this company for a spring cleanup before and I was very satisfied with their work. That’s why I called them again. They never disappoint!

Maid VIP always does a good job! They’ve been cleaning my place for almost a year and every person I spoke with has been courteous and friendly. All my calls and emails are returned. All issues are addressed. All questions are answered. They are consistent with their service and are always reliable. They are yet to miss an appointment and would call ahead if they’re running late. Most of all, they do a great job! When done, the house would sparkle! They are hard working, efficient and wouldn’t miss a spot. I’m very pleased with Maid VIP. The service provided is marvellous as always.

Great communication, competitive prices and good service. We had to schedule a really short notice cleaning for something pretty important and they were on it right away. Always weird letting strangers in your house for hours at a time, but these guys make you feel comfortable.

Amazing experience, from booking down to George & Daisy coming to clean.
The owner, Chris, is extremely responsive. It’s incredible that he answers every time I emailed or texted — I just had a good feeling after dealing with him.
I only need one floor cleaned, and Daisy and George went above and beyond — they cleaned things that they didn’t have to clean either! They were extremely pleasant, even with my pesky dog. Above all… I am a stickler about floors and the «stickiness» that cleaners leave behind. I’ve had services in the past where it felt like too much cleaner was used, and I would always have to re-​do wiping the floors, etc after the housecleaners left. But this was not the case and everything just felt CLEAN. Thank you Chris, George and Daisy — I will definitely be using you guys again!

We moved to the area two months ago and had someone come in to clean the house before we moved in. Lets just put it in simple lament terms the person didn’t ever do their job and I was cleaning the day of move in.
I was looking for a place that offered monthly services as well as the option for a deep clean. I went on Unilocal,I found Maid VIP and saw they had stellar reviews and decided to give them a shot.
They just got done cleaning my home almost two hours ago and our home looks fabulous. The house looks spotless and is just absolutely gorgeous. I’m quite particular about how my home needs to be cleaned and I’ve gone through housekeeper after housekeeper and cleaning service after cleaning service at my previous home. I am literally beyond ecstatic to have found Maid VIP and to have them come into my home monthly for a clean. I’m even more excited that I don’t have to go through the tedious task of going through the rounds of finding the cleaning crew that hits a home run their first shot. I am so happy I gave Maid VIP a shot because they gained a new monthly customer.

Called and Spoke with Chris who was very professional and on point. We set up a time for a cleaning the next day for my 1 bedroom apartment with 2 dogs. The next day the cleaner showed up and was very professional and personal. I took my two dogs out and let her do her thing, came back to find my place spotless! Chris and Maid VIP really came through and met my expectations. Definitely will use them again as well as referring anyone is looking for a cleaning service. Thank you guys. SIX STARS!!!

I came across Maid VIP on Thumbtack and gave them a try based on good reviews. I have used them for 2 weeks now and so far so good! I especially love that I don’t have to write a check each week, as they can just charge my card, and their website is very user-​friendly. When I needed to reach the housekeeper due to a broken buzzer, I was able to contact Chris and he was able to let her know quickly. All in all I have found Maid VIP to be quick to respond, trustworthy, dependable and thorough in their cleaning services.

Maid VIP did exactly what I asked. They sent out 1 cleaning girl who worked for the morning and dusted and cleaned. She cleaned the floors beautifully and bathrooms and bedrooms in my house. It was not easy because we have a dark wood floor and 2 dogs that shed. I would recommend them for any cleaning need.

Wow! These guys are simply the best around!
I contacted them earlier last week to set up a cleaning for this past weekend (I’m expecting family in a few days from now). I quickly received an email from Chris who, let me say, has been extremely prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout my experience.
Concerns no more! Their maid showed up Sunday morning to clean up my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. After speaking with Chris over the phone to confirm the appointment, I felt the company was trustworthy enough to leave and grab some breakfast with a friend while they got to work.
After a little over two hours I got a call from Chris to tell me the maid was finished. I went back to the place and holy cow it was like a whole new home! She cleaned E-​V-​E-​R-​Y-​T-​H-​I-​N-​G! I was shocked! I even had left a few spots on purpose to see if she would see it and clean it up. Just outstanding.
I’m a neat freak also, so saying this was an impressive cleaning is definitely saying something.
I will definitely be in contact with them for any future cleaning services. I’ve already referred a friend, even.
