Four Seasons Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I had foot traffic spots from my wood floors to the carpet in my master bedroom that kept coming back, even after other cleaning companies had tried to remove them by pre treating the «heavy traffic» area. I was advised that the color would always be darker because the carpet was now stained; it’s only 3 years old! I called the company that installed my carpet and they recommend Four Seasons Carpet and Rug Cleaning. It’s been almost a month since Four Seasons was here, I wanted to make sure it really worked before I posted on Unilocal,and the stain has not come back. I will be calling them in 4 or 5 months for yet another carpet cleaning. They also offer a guarantee that if a spot comes back, they will come back for free. It’s a no brainier!

From start until finish Four Seasons was excellent! Sylvia was excellent to start me off with the order and business side and answered all my questions with great knowledge and education. Shawn and his assistant Luis as well as Super Dan came out to clean my carpets, couch and love seat. What an excellent job and everything looks like new! All of the staff were professional, polite and very friendly. Shawn was especially good in providing educational information about the process and what is involved with each step of cleaning.

Dan was a miracle worker in getting the stains out of my carpet and even gave me a bottle of their own spot cleaner to spot clean later! Four Seasons Carpet & upholstery did a super job. They went over and above our expectations. You can’t go wrong with Four Seasons.

Four seasons has cleaned my carpet two times now and after each time my carpet looks and smells like new and my carpet is over 10 years old. After the cleaning the carpet feels so soft under my feet instead of hard and flat. They were able to get up several pet stains, one really stubborn stain at the top of my stairs, and even a mustard stain. They applied a stain guard on the carpet after the cleaning and that is well worth it. Liquid beads up on top of the carpet instead of just soaking right in. That gives you time to clean it up before it can soak in and stain. They also used a machine to clean my wood floor and then applied a semi gloss sealer that covers up small scratches and it looks beautiful. The semi gloss sealer makes the floor look better than when it was first installed.
It has been three weeks now after they cleaned my carpet and I was delighted to get a call from them asking how the carpet is and they even offered to come back out if any of the stains came back and clean them for free. I am very happy with their service because they arrived on time did what they said they were going to do and more at the price they quoted. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their carpet or wood floors cleaned.

my dog urinated in my car. i searched for a «green» carpet & upholstery cleaner as i have sensitivities to chemicals. i found four seasons carpet & upholstery cleaning. i called and talked to the receptionist. she was extremely helpful and said she would can dan traub, the owner immediately. dan called me back in about 15 minutes and was extremely pleasant and said he could come and clean my car in about 2 hrs.
dan came over and cleaned my entire car;‘s upholstery. he was very easy to talk to and very helpful. he told us to leave the car outside w/​the windows open for the car to dry. the car was dry the next day w/​no urinate smell. i felt dan did an excellent job and was so happy he could some out in an emergency!!!

We’ve had them in to do carpets for us twice now… the first time was a «group-​on» type deal for a few rooms and my wife was impressed enough with the cleaning job and service that she called them back to do the rest of the house. The carpets are clean, the price was right, the service friendly, and he left us a bottle of their on-​toxic spot remover.

It was a horrible experience.
I scheduled a date to have my carpet cleaned one week in advance. However, when the day came to have my carpet cleaned, I called the Four Seasons to double check that I would receive a receipt and they told me that they did not write down my appointment and that I was not in their system. This was a huge problem for me because I was required to move out the same day. (I was also required by my apartment complex to have my carpet professionally cleaned before I moved out, hence this dilemma regarding the Four Seasons not showing up). The person I spoke to on the phone from the Four Seasons said that he was sorry I didn’t have an appointment and offered to still come down to Santa Barbara, where I was, later in the afternoon at 5:00pm. Even though I was already planning to move out from my apartment in the morning and attend a camping trip at 12:00pm, I agreed to stay. I waited until 2:00pm until the man I spoke to on the phone called me back and said that his truck had broken down and that he would not be able to come after all.
This horrible customer service cost me a lot, emotionally and monetarily. Instead of paying $ 50 to have my carpet cleaned through the Four Seasons (I had a coupon), my apartment complex charged me $ 120 for cleaning it themselves. And because I waited for the Four Seasons to try to come and clean the carpet at 5:00pm, I missed a whole day of a camping trip with the Teen Center, which was a group of youth that I had volunteered with that I would not be able to see again because I would be moving out of Santa Barbara. Trying to get service from the Four Seasons has been an all around bad experience.

I just called this company for an estimate and the owner was incredibly rude!!! He wanted $ 120 just to clean my living room… really expensive. When I told him that, he said that they don’t do apartments very often because people are on a low budget… can you believe that? I live in a luxury, gated, apartment community. And like the average consumer, am trying to get the best deal. In this economy… any business should be good business. Shame on this owner… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!
