This place was amazing! I went here last week, and after getting ripped off by a place on Ventura blvd, they were so helpful. They fixed my front camera, back camera, and my screen for only 80 $. It was very reasonable and the people were incredibly kind and helpful. Deffinstely the best place to go.

Brought my phone in for a charging port repair which would have run me about $ 75. I could have sworn that my port was toast considering that my connection was loose. The guy (who I think was the owner) took my phone to the back and cleaned it out — now it works perfectly! He could have easily charged me for a new port, but instead, he convinced me that a new port was not necessary. Very ethical and very kind people here. This is my new go-​to for repairs.

I brought it in and left it with Jen.
Came back a few hours later and it’s like new.
They even helped me update my phone.

They replaced the glass (digitizer & display) on my iPhone 6. Got it done in a hour, but $ 140 is EXTREMELY steep. It was only a cracked glass, the rest of the phone is perfect. When I went to pick up the repaired phone, another iPhone customer was being charged $ 90. I asked why the difference and the said it was because of the model of phone. :-\
I asked to speak with the owner and they told me Stefan was not available. I do other electronic installation and repairs and would like to find a place that does mobile devices so I can give my customers faster response without having to stock these parts. Of course, I want to make some money for my service, and for repeat business, some cost consolation is typical business practice.
After two requests and 5 days later, still haven’t heard back…
I submitted Unilocal requests for pricing from other businesses, and in the time it took to write this review I’ve received SIX responses for $ 100. Wow, I’m picking one of those folks for my next service (I have a few queued up)
Bottom line: Excellent service, but exorbitant prices and no return phone call each loses points.

This place is awesome they fix your phone with priority because they know a phone is very important to all of us the prices are just fine and he does have a nice selection of good quality cases and screen protectors please do not hesitate to go to this store with your Apple device.

Not to happy with this place. The service was fine when I dropped it off but upon return is where they hit me.
So I pay the 140 for my phone to be fixed because the ink is smearing and the touch not registering ya ya ya. Then when I pick it up, she tells me the screen protector had a chip so I said throw a new one on rather than her giving me 2 bucks back… Duhh. So as they are throwing the new one on she tells me «oh yeah so your home button doesn’t register the fingerprint anymore. When we opens it up, it looks like the previous people who fixed your phone forgot to place some screws in.» (funny because the last place to fix it said the same thing. Bizarre…)
So they try telling me that my fingerprint wasn’t working before I dropped it off when it 100 percent was because that’s how I got into my phone rather than my code.
She brings the tech, they feed me lines, and I leave not happy after they try to even get more out of me to replace the home button when they made it not work.
Anyway My glass is pretty but I got boned because now the finger recognition doesn’t work after 140 bucks.
And I bought a screen protector and a case and they still wouldn’t do that «on the house»
Anyway I wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed and angry.
Of course the one time my phone is without a proper case, I drop it and the screen shatters.
So I take it in. They fixed the screen for around 80 $. It looked great and I was happy. But a few days later I noticed the screen they put on my phone was gridded.
The screen was made of tiny little grid lines. The whole thing, visible when the phone was off and when it was on. (made it very annoying to watch Netflix as there was grid lines across the characters faces)
then a few days later I wake up to find a very small hairline fracture running horizontal across my phone. I hadn’t dropped it or sat on it or done anything to cause the fracture line… It appeared literally over night.
I took the phone in the next day and asked for the manager. He told me couldn’t do anything for me. The warranty was no good. And he would charge me 89 $ to put another screen on. He said the grid lines were the manufacturers fault and there was nothing he would do for me.
Take your business elsewhere. This shops products are unreliable and cheaply made and the owner clearly does not care for his customers satisfaction, only money.

We had two IPhones batteries changed out at the iPhone Fix store in TO. We loved the customer service and technical knowledge provided by the store employee. The service was quick, done within an hour, and efficient. With new iPhone costs going up, having iPhone Fix repair our older, perfectly reliable phones is a much better deal!

Amazing! I dropped my iPhone 6 today and completely shattered the screen. I called iPhone Fix and they repaired my phone in just an hour. It looks brand new! They are a lifesaver.

Broke my iPhone6 broke the whole front screen keep in mind I could still text with sir so they fixed it and everything went home and found out I had no service it would just say searching so I went back in next day (today) and they couldn’t of fix it! They were the ones that BROKE IT! (The server) and they only gave me 80 $ back I payed 150 $ and they broke my phone even worse then it was! So I’m out 75 $ and left with a phone that I can’t even call on!

**WARNING FRAUD**
After a long period of time since the last time I visited Iphone Fix & they fixed my phone leaving the camera useless & unable to function refusing to fix it, I cracked my screen again. But I learned from my mistake & took it to a different shop on thousand oaks blvd called AMCPR. They charged me 60% less on the screen fix than iphone fix.
Why am I dwelling on the past? AMCPR went out of their way to ask me where I got this battery that was in my phone (Keep in mind the only person who ever opened my phone was Iphone Fix) & why there was 3 missing screws. AMCPR mentioned that the battery inside my phone is a knock off battery from china & not an apple OEM part. He showed me the differences & WOW, just another way to make more money huh Iphone Fix? You guys should seriously be shut down for fraud. Scam artists @ their finest. Avoid this place at all costs. It all makes sense why my phone dies every couple hours.
If you truly give a shit about customer service, don’t be so shady & try to play these type of games on people knowing that there is no possible way they can find out. Karma bites you in the butt. Even 2 years later. Actually care for peoples belongings & don’t just think about $dollar signs$

I thought I cracked my screen today, so I decided to give this place a try for a quick fix. The woman at the front desk was SO nice and helpful! Turns out, it was my tempered glass screen protector that cracked — thank goodness! She did a great job of replacing the screen protector for $ 30. I would definitely come back here, and recommend this place to others from now on.

Do not recommend.
I took my daughter’s shattered iPhone 5C in for repair. It was replaced and given a 30 day guarantee. After a couple weeks the upper, left corner of the glass started to pop out. Naturally she tried to push it back in, only to break the corner completely. When we brought it back, we were told that it was no longer under warranty because she used her thumb to try and push it back into place. He said it sounded like the part used had a manufacturer defect and the glue did not work properly, not that it had been installed improperly whatsoever. Was told they would re-​repair at a discount.
I’m disappointed in the entire experience.

I was jogging & my iPhone fell out of my pocket & shattered my screen! I use my phone for my business & needed it immediately! I was not ready to upgrade & couldn’t afford to either! I went into iPhone fix to see if they could help, and help they did! In a short time my phone was repaired at a reasonable price! The people that worked there were so GREAT! Very understanding & calming, since I was in a tizzy!
I have referred others with similar situations & they also were very impressed with the service that they received!

CONSUMER WARNING!!!
This store not only does sub quality work, but they overcharge for this service. We brought 2 IPhone 5s in to have the screens replaced. They replaced both screens for $ 282.00.(If I’d done a little homework I would have discovered that most places charge between $ 60.00-$ 70.00 per phone. My bad!) Both screens started popping off immediately, and popped off completely within a month and a half. The owners of this store know their workmanship is lousy because they don’t guarantee their work for longer than a month. Even if the issue is CLEARLY their poor quality workmanship. SHAME ON THEM! I beg anyone looking for a reliable place to have your phone repaired, go ANYWHERE but here. These people are crooks.
