Ben in parts and service is great know what is the best for your bike and will never let you buy something you don’t need. Carson and Mike are great at sales and always try to get you the best price. Hey Everyone if your looking for a great assortment of Harley’s from customs to stock The Chopper Gallery is a great place to visit. Karson was a cool guy who worked hard to get me into my first Harley. Looking forward to riding home on my HD Electra Guide limited.

I have been looking for a chopper for 2 years when I found exactly what I was looking for at Chopper Gallery via Cycle Trader. Craig and his son Karson operate this place. They are very friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience buying my chopper from them. I got a great deal, I didn’t haggle on price as I thought it was more than fare. I did request a new back tire as a part of the deal, which they did. I’d like to also mention that they put a new front tire on along with a new battery without me even having to ask. My LA mechanic told me that the labor he would charge for changing the huge back tire on my beast would be about 600 + 330 for the tire. I was naïve and didn’t realize that I had negotiated that much, so they are very reasonable. I’m giving 4 stars because they said they would rebuild the dual Mikuni carburetors since the bike had been sitting pretty much since new. They didn’t rebuild the carbs, in fact they were leaking fuel. The motor mount bolts and the exhaust manifold bolts were all loose, really loose. The timing was way off as well. I live 2 hours from Temecula, so bringing my bike back wasn’t an option and I wouldn’t have done that anyways as I don’t think that a really good mechanic would have let a bike go to a customer with loose motor mount bolts. I say go for a great deal and some really nice owners, but unless your a good mechanic, get your bike to a shop to have it gone through before getting on the road.

Saddlebag fell off my $ 30k Harley CVO. Needless to say I was a bit bummed to find out a replacement from the dealership was over $ 1800 bucks.
So let’s get to the the details. Ben is amazing. He just said, «let me handle it» and he did.
I gave TCG my bags. It too just over 3 weeks to complete the paint and detail but what an amazing job.
I still don’t know who the mystery painter is but that dude is a true magician.
That Chopper Gallery. Especially Ben and Kraig for the loaner bags so my dressed Ultra Classic didn’t look like she was stripped at a swap meet.

All I have to say is the finance co was great! Whoever did the electrical on the bike I bought, and was waiting to have the back lights put on. And I know it was some one from there. Did a horrible job… Duck tape really… And twisted wire with electrical tape. It cought my back tire and got all riped olff the freeway, nice job… Won’t go back there again!!. My 5 year old could have done better! Electrical job. I hope when someone fixes your bike that do the same with duck tape. Bummer for you it says a lot about your work ethic. and the sad part I met some friends at toms farms and one of then noticed the wires hanging down from the lights. And how torn up it was under their. What a drag! I would never send Anny one there to have work done! I don’t even have to tell them that all seen it. Chopper gallery custom work. If you can’t fix it! Duck tape it. All the wires were mixed like that found them in a box and decided to use that instead. Of doing it right… Will never set foot in that shop again!!. Ever. I got it fixed by a real mechanic. I enclosed a photos of what it looks like now, the way it should have been fixed, without duct tape!!!

Found a cool bike on Cycle trader called and was ready to trade my bike in plus cash. I then was told can’t take bike same day «We need to go through the bike before you buy» I asked if this was consignment that would sort of make sense they said no. I asked why wouldn’t you already have done that for customers to test drive best performance to guarantee sale. He went on to say oh the finace blah blay, I said cash. all he could do is talk over me then hung up. Something’s not right

Just bought a beautiful used Road King from Carson at the Chopper Gallery. What an outstanding experience. Carson and his father Craig have an amazing store packed with very reasonably priced Harley’s/Choppers. I had so many great bikes to choose from. Their prices are lower than private party listings and WAY lower the Dealership prices. But the thing I like most is these guys are genuinely nice people. Laid back, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. They helped me find the perfect bike, took me on a brilliant test ride, got me financed at an great rate, and despite being very busy selling many bikes that day, never made me feel rushed or ignored. Very happy customer!

tried to buy a harley today cash money. not only did they not budge on the 8,299 $ price tag, the total cost with tax, tag and title somehow jumped to 13,000 $. anybody who walks into a dealership with cash in hand and pays full price is a fool. any dealership who sets the sticker price at exactly what they want for the car/​motorcycle needs to go back to business school to learn what negotiating is all about. anybody watching TV today can learn how to negotiate from counting cars, pawn stars, American pickers, fast n load, real estate shows, etc etc etc. I think they must put out the 8299 $ custom motorcycle out as bait to get you into a a nice fat loan.

At first I thought it was a really great business to buy a bike from. The pre-​owned bikes all looked pristine. We decided to sell our V-​Star and buy a Harley, and found what appeared to be the perfect bike for us online, then worked with their finance person, Kristy over the phone. She is super helpful, And the only girl in the office — and she seems to be the one that holds the place together. Not warm and fuzzy, by ANY means, but good at the finance side. Finance is what they do best.
It took us 2 hours to drive to Temecula from Huntington Beach on a Fri at 3pm, seemed to be worth it, because we purchased the bike. The process was quick, because most of the work was done before we arrived.
They stated they will replace all of the fluids and filters, and give it a really thorough inspection, replacing anything they find that needs to be replaced, at no cost to us. Including the front tire that was worn, but not worn out. So far — so good.
In my original review I stated «knowing this care and maintenance is part of the process gives peace of mind, and prevents added money by having our mechanic do this for us.» That is where I was wrong.
The new battery failed shortly after we bought the bike. They wanted us to drive from Huntington Beach to Temecula to have them replace it. Not at all practical. Finally, they agreed to let us replace it at HB Harley. We had to pay for it, and get reimbursed.
We drove the bike to AZ and on the way home the bike failed and stranded us in the dessert. We had to tow it (our cost) from Coachella to Temecula. We had to cut our vacation one day short, in spite of having pre– paid a hotel. They actually did the right thing and fixed what they thought was wrong. It was like pulling teeth — but they did it. We were losing RPM’s until it just died. In spite of buying a third battery on the vacation itself.
Fast forward 5 weeks — and here we are again with the losing RPM’s problem 5 weeks later, but this time the response from Ben is claim no responsibility. I am Happy to forward the email thread to anyone who asks. Here is the line that sums it up best — and it is a quote from Ben the mechanic on 9-​10-​2015: «I’M SORRY, BUT I CAN’T PREDICT ALL FUTURE PROBLEMS THAT ARE GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THE BIKES THAT GET SOLD» And yes — he actually put it all in capital letters.
We are taking the bike to our local mechanic — we can trust him, it will be worth paying out of pocket for an ongoing warranty issue just to be done with these people. But it will make it sweeter knowing we have Unilocal to share our experience. I have been a Unilocal member since 2007, an Elite member, and I take reviews on this site very seriously. PLEASE HEED MY ADVISE AND MOVE ON in your search for a trustworthy used bike.
UPDATE: They ended up refusing to resolve the problem. We went to our mechanic and paid out of pocket. Once fixed, and fixed correctly — replaced the stator, we have been on the road and happy with the bike. But not with Chopper Gallery. (They had replaced the battery and the volt regulator, the inexpensive possibilities… and when those were not the fix, they bailed) Heed this warning.

Karson and Mike were a huge help to me to get a second bike for my boyfriend and I to ride. Their finance process was easy and fast. Karson explained everything well and was polite and very helpful always kept me updated on what was going on. Great place great prices
August 2015 we bought a second bike from Karson him and Kristi in finance we amazing. these guys and lady have great customer service and are prompt on delivery times they promise. Kristi is an amazing addition to the Chopper Gallery she is very friendly and very nice…

Just watched an employee try to do a wheelie and make a ton of noise in front of small children and infants in front of child’s play. Thanks for making a bunch of kids cry, asshole.

The Chopper Gallery is a pretty cool spot. Just picked up my bike today and I’m ready to ride. Their pretty straight up about everything and if u see something u like, get it right away cuz they won’t last…

Really nice dealer. Whole shop was clean. Lots of great bikes. Good selection and the staff was really courteous, friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I spent 14k on a street glide that was broke down 4 times in the 1^st 2 weeks for 4 different problems. Something would be bad and the would send me a part and I would have to do the labor. I finally got it back there the second week from a stripped out exhaust bolt and the actually had the nerve to ask me to pay them to fix it. My bike still sounds like a VW.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!

BEWARE! This place will treat you like garbage, sell you a beat bike at full retail price.

DO NOT SEE CARSON — – spoke on the phone with these guys, got approved for a loan and ran all the steps, before I drove an hour and half in they were willing to work on the price that made sense for both parties, once I got in they hit me at full rip sticker price plus fees etc and said there’s nothing they can do. don’t waste your time with this joke of a dealership– BUYERS BE WARNED
