My name is Brian Stuart from Corona Ca. I emailed and submitted my information to around 11 dealers to get an E price for a brand new 2016 Street Glide. Everyone gave me the run around Except Pomona valley and Sean at Temecula Harley. Sean in Internet sales worked with me on a price that I couldn’t refused and now I am riding my brand new Street Glide Special. Thanks Temecula and my advice is don’t bother with the other dealers that won’t give you any info unless you come into their dealership. In this day and age you can buy anything On — line n thru internet but with Harley dealers it’s all TALK — like we are the best, no one can beat our deals, we have most bikes, etc but (COME IN and WE WILL DO THIS and THAT). Don’t fall for it. Connect with Sean and get what he promises you.

My wife and I really had a wonderful experience with Temecula Harley. The entire staff was super warm and friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Stach but was also assisted by Jeremy and Café. Also, we met the owner Andre and I must say he runs a great organization and team there at Temecula Harley not to mention but his sales managers, Jesse to be specific, are extremely patience, accommodating, and willing to make a deal that makes the customer happy. I bought 2 bikes from Temecula Harley and I plan to spread the word on excellent customer service this store provides. Thank you Stach, Jeremy, Café, Jesse, and Andre (Owner) on taking care of my wife and I.

This dealership is the worst I have ever been to. The service staff are not helpful and very arrogant. They try to milk you for every dime. I will never go back and I recommend everyone going to another dealership. There are so many great Harley Davidson location to pick from now a days don’t waste you time and money at Quaid in Temecula.

A great place to buy a bike and parts. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We went in to check out the dealership and ended up buying a new 2016 street glide cheaper than anywhere around this area. I would highly recommend this dealer. They didn’t have a shirt in the size we needed but that is NO reflection on the service. If your looking for a new bike or parts go check them out…

We were walking the floor for about 15 minutes and not one person approached us to even say hello. With multiple bikes catching our eye, they could’ve had a sale from us today. We will be moving on to Riverside Harley due to continuous great service.

I went to 4 other dealerships including a dealership i previously bought a bike from a couple of months ago and decided to purchase from temecula Harley. These guys are kind and very helpful and gave me an awesome deal while the other places gave me the run around. Especially riverside Harley. They suck. Anyways, temecula Harley let me test ride bikes without questions asked so that I was riding the perfect bike for me. This dealership is dope. I will purchase my next bike which will be a touring bike from these guys in a couple years… Thanks for the great service guys.

I was looking for a new ride and decided to continue my search on cycletrader. I found the bike I was looking for listed at Temecula H-​D early on Sunday morning. I sent them an email asking a few questions, and Sean emailed me back within the hour, even though they were not open yet. He answered my questions, and I decided I wanted to ride the bike. I called him back and let him know that i would be there in a few hours. He said he may not be there when I get there, but to ask for Don and he would hook me up.
I was a little apprehensive about a H-​D dealer selling a metric cruiser, but based on the Unilocal reviews, I decided to give it a go, since I had nothing else to do. We arrived a few hours later, and they had already put the bike aside for me, and Don was ready to answer some additional questions and accompany me on a test ride. I told him that I did not know the area, but wanted to ride it around some to see how it handles and goes. We went on a 20 – 30 minute ride, which confirmed to me that it was the bike I wanted. Got back to the dealership and started the paperwork with Mike and Red.
As it typically is with sale and DMV paperwork, it took longer than I wanted (about 90 mins), but everyone was extremely nice and professional, and helped the time go quickly. I was unable to ride the bike home that day, and asked if they would hold it for me until the following Saturday, which wasn’t a problem. I called them the following Saturday telling them i would be there in a few hours, and when I arrived, the bike was ready to go.
Overall — a great experience, even though I didn’t buy a Harley, but if I ever decide to get one, they will definitely be on my list of a dealer to visit.

These guys are awesome. I went in there to pick up some supplies so I could do an oil change transmission change and primary change. The guys in the parts department recommended a specific lubricant for my gears made by Belray. I’m so glad I took the recommendation because it makes such a huge difference in shifting in finding neutral and the way the transmission operates. It’s like night and day. I wish all of the previous dealers that I have dealt with would have told me about this. I would have been using it all along. Needless to say, these guys are great.

A huge thanks to Mitch in sales as well as Joe in parts for handling the details of the purchase of my wife’s new Softail Slim. The wife is VERY happy with her new ride and in turn, I am a happy husband. Thanks for helping make Christmas great! Now the wife and I can ride together and it’s all because of the hard work and dedication of the staff. No need to drive all the way to San Marcos or Riverside if you live in Temecula or Murrieta. Get you butt down to THD and find a seat that fits it. ;) You guys ROCK!

If you planned on doing business here, THINK TWICE!!! The staff from financing down to sales are a bunch of FUCKING LIARS!!!
Mike in financing stated to me with Jesse in the room that I get 10% off all accessories and apparel when i purchased my bike and when I went in on Saturday he looked me in the eyes and retracted it. Denied a nine year US Navy Veteran a measley 10% off because Im not active duty when he said i did just two months prior. Dirty LIAR!!! Then Ray in sales told me that they waive the 50.00 deductible if I purchased the warranty and serviced thru them, ANOTHER DIRTY LIE!!! Bad business you dirty rats, you have lost me as a customer and I will male sure to tell all my friends to never do business at your dealership. Thanks for nothing you Dirty Rats!!!

i will definitely be coming back here when in the area. I came in here two days in a row while I was out here, they have great sales racks and their open on Mondays also. Like other HD dealerships we have visited, this one is decorated just right for the city, fits Temecula perfectly. Staff is very friendly and waiting on you to go pick up that new motorcycle you always wanted, ha ha, even took some photos for us, thanks guys!

In love with my new 2016 Dyna Street Bob! It’s been a dream to have a Harley since high school! Great customer service, great shop, great everything! I will be a lifelong customer no doubt! I worked with Ray. Dude is awesome! Knows a lot about the bikes and tells it how it is! Thanks for all the help and advice Ray!

Out of towners watch your back if renting from this place.
I must take some responsibility for not taking my own advice on this, but I will tell my story and hopefully it will help someone in the future.
I was staying at the Temecula Creek Inn for a wedding and decided I’d head to town and rent a bike for 24 hours. I had a great paperwork/​bs session with the guy and he took me outside showed me the standard bike controls and threw me the keys «Have a great ride»
*We never went over current bike condition together* Big Mistake!*
I hung around outside before I took off and made a few phone calls, started looking at the bike and noticed a dime sized ding in the muffler about 2/​3rds of the way down the pipe. At this point I thought nothing of it because all damage is usually noted when the bike is previously returned. I wanted to go ride and I hopped on and bailed out of there.
The next day the rental shop was closed and I returned the bike to the Dealer. They accepted the bike and I told them about the damage that was there when I picked up the bike. No one said a single word about it and we went on our merry way.
The next morning I received a message from the rental guy saying that I damaged the bike. And he described the damage to me, it was the same as I had seen when I picked up the bike plus a new spot I didn’t see on the front of the muffler heat shield… just out of my view I guess. $ 600.00 damage he says.
I will stop here because I am so mad I am going to start ranting. Just please be warned that there are definitely some dishonest people working here trying to take advantage of folks from out of town. Don’t be fooled like me and think everyone is honest and trustworthy.

This shop has a good line of new and used bikes. My experience going through the shop and looking at the bikes was amazing… First sales person who greeted me outside the shop was Don who was very knowledgable when it came to talking to us about the bikes, and getting to know me and what I was looking for. The inside staff was great, Michele who helped with getting me the right helmet that fit me. The team that helped me get the price that worked for me in a payment that I was comfortable with, and red who helped me with getting my paper work done and insurance so I was able to drive off with my new bike. If ur looking for a new bike Harley Davidson of Temecula is the place to go!

Ok, great selection of new & used bikes! As far as the sales team goes, Don & Mitch are awesome! Make sure Don does his Hank «king of the Hill» voice! These guys are gonna have you in stitches before they send you out the door on your brand new Harley! Jesse & Mike are pretty easy to deal with as far as a management team goes too! Great experience here, I’ve sent friends in already!

Under new ownership and the staff at Temecula Harley Davidson are second to none. From choosing a bike, taking test drives, and driving off into the sunset it was all a breeze. EVERYONE is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My husband and I have had an excellent experience here. We will be back and will be recommending them.

New Ownership with a new shop and team. I had the pleasure to work with Nick Turner, he made the experience of buying a new bike painless. Nick was awesome! No pressure, no bs just the facts. The new team down at Temecula HD has done a fantastic job with the sale of my new 2016 slim. Mike, Don, everyone my wife and I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgable.

Great sales team. Don took me for a test drive on a brand new 2015 heritage softail on the freeway… Ended up buying that one… Mike was awesome getting that loan and even threw in a 5 yr maintainance plan… Melissa, very nice lady, helped complete the paperwork.
