Great people, exquisite product!
My wife and I have dreamed of putting a pool in our backyard for as long as either of us can remember. When the time came for that dream to finally become a reality we naturally consulted several pool builders. Premier set themselves apart from the very beginning! Our designer Tim Brown made an immediate connection with our vision and was able to put our ideas into an amazing design. Because of the attention to detail given on the building process, the showroom and presentation, and Tim’s detailed follow up to all of our questions; we decided to go with Tim & Premier. At this point it is important to note that while comparing 5 bids together and making all things equal there was only a difference of less than $ 1,000; allowing us to trust our gut and go with the builder that we wanted which was Premier.
From start to finish the whole building process has been a blast with Tim and the premier team. Working with great people makes it a lot of fun, but I must say the best part is having an end product that is absolutely gorgeous! We love our pool and if ever fortunate enough to build again you bet I will be calling Tim Brown at Premier pool and spas!

First of all the design software that they use is incredible and no one else I don’t think uses this but I could see my entire backyard perfectly designed in 3-​D CAD.
The pool turned out fantastic, it was very large and the heating system works fantastic on my hot tub.

In process with Premier for custom in-​ground pool after quotes from 4 other top rated companies serving Murrieta/​Temecula that visited our property. Around 8 other companies never replied to quote me after leaving full projects basic needs on their website lead forms or from messages left at their offices. Within 2 weeks — pool is dug, rebar, pipes, pump systems, electrical, gas, and shotcrete next up. These guys have handled issues, provided options, and are making every effort to do the job right. I’ll be making a full update here upon completion in 6 weeks.
Update Jan 2016
The winter season slowed us down as expected but Premier managed their non-​rain days very well and almost every day work could be done we had workers making progress. The deck and stone work are amazing and every stone (we used bayside waters and earthtone coping) is carefully cut and crafted into position. The concrete and decking is a major process and we like the topcast deck with a slight grey color to match stacked stone. The foreman has walked me through every key decision and we have made adjustments throughout the project. You realize how important this flexibility is when small decisions are made permanent in your project. We just passed inspection to move to the pebble finish and filling the pool with water. We have irrigation lines in process this week so we can easily begin landscaping and the requested sleeves to the planters in the deck will enable me install drip and backyard lighting. I plan on a basic lighting layer tied in with our home safety & security system and also a custom colors LED layer for landscape accent. We also have a firepit and soon to be built arbor. We are at the stage where all final construction and yard debris around the yard is ready to be cleaned up. I understand it’s a big construction project and but my only criticism is that more cleanup between stages would allow the homeowner to really enjoy each completion stage without taking pics of broken wood in pool and pipes/​parts around the yard. I never said anything to the team as I know they would have handled it but when you can see progress almost every day it’s very cool to enjoy the build process. I’ll update once we have water and provide a final review of Premier Pools and how all the equipment is working next month. I’ll also share what I’ve tied it into my home automation and security systems.
Update Feb 2016
Completed the pool finish and now Premier has a pool technician calibrating all aspects of the new pool. It’s been a wonderful experience working with this company and their focus has always been to get the job done make sure it’s done right and to our specification. Our passion for mountain lakes meant that the tropics finish and gave our pool the strong color range we wanted. I’m sure I’ll continue to update this post as we share our experience. The other customers we met along the way and even the county inspectors all had positive comments about the company. We had no idea of the complexity for the end to end project and I’m glad we didn’t just take the lowest price over the best value.

If you are looking to get a pool installed these are the guys to do the job. Trust me I had plenty of estimates on this project. Save your time call these guys. To be totally honest pool shopping can be a total nightmare different sales guys, designs, materials pebble versus plaster etc. It is a big investment and of course there will be many contractors that are willing to promise the world and not deliver. These guys are the real deal straight forward and to the point. They will deliver exactly what was drawn up in the contract. Thanks Jeff, Jake Joey and the rest of the team for making our pool build an extremely easy and flawless process.

Premier Pools and Spas completed our pool, spa and backyard just in time for Labor Day; and in ONLY 7 weeks. We were blown away with how smooth and fast the process went; especially since we did a complete transformation of our entire backyard. Working with Premier was by far the best experience for us. The process was completely stress free. The entire team at Premier from their field reps to their internal operations were very pleasant and easy to work with. Tim was especially terrific to work with. From the beginning of the design stage, through all of the changes we kept making, then the start of excavation to the time we filled the pool. Tim was so gracious and patient with us throughout the process with all of the questions we would ask and all of the calls or texts any day of the week; he was always there for us. Premier has; by far, the best customer service and attentiveness to their customers. We were referred to Premier by friends and we will continue to refer Premier to our friends.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable Pool experts in the valley. Honesty and integrity is hard to measure in this industry as the cost of pool repair can be over priced. Premier will provide you the right information and a fair price.

Tim did a great job answering questions, but we decided to go with a different builder who included more like moving sprinkler lines, etc. Premier Pools was the most expensive of all the builders we considered, substantially more.

Okay I’m happy i can finally write this.
After about 7 companies bidding our job, we picked Premier. The salesman was well trained and patient. Premier sold us on the fact they use the top contractors to do the job and are very organized and punctual.
After signing the contract they had permits done and the dig started 3 days after. I was impressed. They also were very open to me using my own choice of contractors (they didnt hard sell me work the mark up)
Heather runs the office basically and she is super amazing. She made everything happen when it needed to. She made the job complete by my sons birthday with time to spare for the plaster.
Jeff the owner is an absolutely solid person. We had one issue with construction that was important to me. He made it right in my mind and a lot of people would have made my life hell. once we settled he resolved it in 3 days…
Things in life dont always go perfect but having a company do the right things to resolve them is better than anything you can ask for…

Get everything you want up front and keep any changes mid build to a minimum (dont be too cheap) its ur backyard u can use it everyday

I booked an appointment with Premier Pools and Spas without incident. I cleared my schedule to make sure I was home at the appointment time. My appointment was as 6:30 pm and I arrived home for the appointment at 6:28 pm. When I walked up to my front door I found a Premier Pools and Spas booklet sitting on the ground… no business card… no note… no phone call. I immediately called them and no one answered, so I left a message. Still to this day, they have not called me back (7 days later).
Use extreme caution with this pool company. They are very unreliable and I can only imagine the issues that would arise during the construction phase!

I’m in the beginning stages of the process of obtaining quotes for a custom, inground pool and spa. Premier Pools of Temecula is the third company to come to my home to look at the site for the pool. I do not normally prepare a review until everything is complete with a project. However, I thought I would give my opinion about the professionalism demonstrated during the quote process.
Jake was the Premier representative to assist me. I found Jake to be knowledge, very friendly, and extremely professional. He provided ideas to try to keep the project in budget. Jake has not been pushy and he spent a good amount of time with me reviewing pictures to get an idea of what I’m looking for. I am hopeful that the project will be in budget so that we can get started. I recommend calling this company for your project.
By the way, Premier Pools of Temecula built my neighbor’s pool and it is beautiful. She actually recommended this company to me. She’s had the pool for 3 years now and loves it.

So I am all about deals but also getting my money’s worth. So if I am willing to pay over 40,000 for a great quality pool I don’t want to see that I can get the same quality pool for a lot cheaper price somewhere else. That type of thing does not sit well with me. We are currently talking to a person from Premier Pools and they have been very awesome, nothing but nice and have been working with us to try to give us what we want, but I am still debating on if I should go with them or not. The price isn’t where I would like it to be which is not close to my budget and not sure if the owner really personalizes themselves with the buyers because of the company being so big sometimes I know people loose site of the consumer and just see green. I get it, its business. But where are the New Year winter specials and deals that would bring in the consumer. I know business might not be hurting, but please make it easier for me to choose.

Jeff Boyer is the best pool man. He builds an unbelievable pool. I could not be happier. He built the pool quicker then he estimated. He constantly answered all my calls and texts. If I wanted something changed he had someone at my house within an hour. He was professional and honest. I interviewed 4 other pool companies to give me bids. Jeff’s bid was competitive and affordable. He was friendly and trustworthy. I enjoyed his crew as well. His worker Brad was awesome. We love Brad and how hard he worked on our pool. I strongly reccomened using Jeff Boyer and Premier Pools to build your pool!!!

Well, it’s been 9 months and everything with the pool has been awesome. My wife and I finished the landscaping which came out very nice. It’s not a completed project but I am happy with the progress so far, we plan on adding a few more tropical tress.
We have been maintaining the pool ourselves which has been pretty easy. I test the water with an at home kit weekly, and I take water samples to Leslie’s about once a month. Two months ago one of the LED lights went out, I contacted Premier and they notified me that they had received a batch of lights that were defective. They sent a guy out about a week later and he replaced the light with no problems, easy deal. Since I purchased all of the equipment through Premier, it has a 3 year warranty.
The pool has been great, I have been in it almost every weekend since February. My pool was completed in November, we cranked up the heater to 96 degrees for a week and a half during the winter. We were literally in the pool on Christmas and New Year’s Day. The gas bill was almost $ 380 that month, but we didn’t care, it was worth it. Like any other home project, there are a few things that I wish we had done differently, but overall, I am happy with the way that everything came out.
Pro Tip: To get sound outside look into Sonos components, they power outdoor and indoor speakers seamlessly together, totally worth the money.

It took a week to even get a call back. Once the guy called back he wanted to cover all the details with me over the phone. Luckily I have already received a couple bids so I am becoming more familiar with the process and know that everything we talk about over the phone is stuff that needs to be discussed in person once looking at the property.
Who do these guys think they are… The only pool builders in so cal haha. What a joke. It took less than five minutes for me to realize that they were not the company I want building my pool. People skills are everything, regardless if you can build and designs an amazing pool. Nobody wants to do business with a jack ass!

We had them out for a quote. Took about 20 mins and said it would take two weeks to draw up a plan for a rectangular pool. Never heard from them again. We were even paying cash! Went with another company and couldn’t be happier. I guess they don’t need the business. FYI… the neighbor across the street is using them and it has been 8 weeks and they still haven’t done the shotcrete.

Premier Pools & Spas took care of adding a large water slide with a nice waterfall feature to our pool. They did a great job and Jeff made sure everything was done properly/​quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call!
