AW Collision of Calabasas

So I guess I’m kind of late for writing this review, but it’s better to be late than never write it .my sister took my 2015 c class to Calabasas Mercedes to get service done, AW Collision representative was there at the same time and looked at my car that was damaged a month ago, while my car was parked and got hit by a hit and run driver, I know I needed a new quarter panel and bumper, he wrote an estimate and I decided to go with the estimate and give my car to aw collision to get my car fixed. right after I dropped my car to dealer, the GM joseph called me and told me they need my car for about 10 days and he was really helpful, I told him about the other bumper as well and he promised to give me a really good deal that I can afford and fix all at the same time. Every other day got an update about the car and he explained how the process going and ensured me my baby will look awesome .the front office emailed me some pictures and made sure I’m comfortable with the process of the repair .got my car back after 8 days and I couldn’t believe it, car looks AMAZING, they even detailed my car and waxed it. they are like family now. thank you so much .
Can’t thank joseph and the entire team enough. Keep up the excellent job guys, if your reading this u got a customer for life .

I got a recommendation from Mercedes of Calabasas for this auto repair shop. I brought my car after an accident. A.W. Collision told me that the car needed extra repairs beyond what the Insurance company was willing to pay, and that it I needed to pay out of my pocket over $ 800 for two small screw holes that were actually in the frame. they told me that it was possible for this to rust. Very disappointed!
I feel like they are taking a vantage of me. Buyer beware

The people at AW Collision are phenomenal. Mike, Joseph, and the rest of the staff make it easy. I have dealt with many body shops and these guys are top notch… definitely customer friendly when you are having a bad day!!!

Absolutely great service and workmanship! AW Collision fixed the bumper on my Lexus RC. Nahal and her entire crew took great care of my car (and me). Highly recommend this body shop.

I took my accord for an estimate as the other driver requested before going to insurance. The guy that came out with the paperwork, told me that they could not do a paint job on my vehicle because it was a custom paint. I told him that it was not a custom paint, that he could do paint it according to the paint’s code, which is located by the driver door. He responded, he was not interested on painting my vehicle. I feel that since the moment he saw me as a young hispanic, he taught, I did not have money to pay and completely ignore me after that (I’m an Architect by the way). So I took my vehicle to Auto Stiegler Body Collision Repair on Reseda where they immediately took over. It seem a very good quality shop as the reviews back them up, but customer service demonstrated the opposite.

I worked with Wade and can’t recommend this place enough! Communication was easy and my Honda Pilot looks as good as new.

Hugo was the absolute best! He made what is a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He was very responsive and on top of things. My car looks great too.

Hugo was the absolute best to work with! I got in a pretty serious accident and my car was pretty badly damaged and ended up being totaled. My insurance company was very very slow and horrible to work with but Hugo kept me up to date the whole time. Although he didn’t end up working on my car I definitely would trust him to get the job done right!

As shady and untrustworthy as they come. They will never call back and when they do they have random excuses why the car is not ready. After I finally got my car back from them the moldings on the car started fall off, so I took the car to a certified mechanic for an inspection and they told me that the car was not repaired correctly. I am going to trade in the car because I don’t trust the safety of their repairs.

William did a great job in handling the repair of our Lexus. The car looks wonderful, and Will made the entire process as pleasant as it could be. He is an excellent employee. Thank you. Dan and Renee Coleman

I am very grateful for AW not only did they do a great job, they stepped up to the plate beyond the call of duty! The insurance company reniged in paying for something they originally said they would. AW stepped up and took care of the job out of their own pocket. Got in a minor fender bender, got recommend to this shop by the service advisor at the dealership. I was surprised they didn’t have their own collision center, but I gave it a shot. I was impressed when I arrived to see several other LEXUS’S.

After talking with the Mike and seeing their pride in Lexus I felt comfortable enough to leave my 2015 LS 460 for some body work.

Not only did I receive timely work, but they detailed my car afterwards and Mike was nice enough to give me his number in case I had any other concerns. He kept me updated and I couldn’t be happier! My props to their body and paint guys!

It’s really hard to find a body shop that you can really trust. Lucky me I found one. They took over the headache for me by getting in touch with my insurance company and taking over the claim process. They had rental car pick me up and I just dropped off the car with them. Other places usually have you do some work but not them. My car was ready in less than a week when usually that amount of work takes about 10 business days. They really are perfectionist; went out of their way and took care of some other work that was not even discussed or part of SOW. Let’s just say my car looks better than the first day I got it. Thanks to all their wonderful staff.

Must say ALL around EXCELLENT! business, coming from a dude that does not rate nor take the time out to acknowledge places or businesses on the web. I felt that it had to be done this time. AW Collision is a definite if you must take your car or someone else’s car to get work done. The atmosphere is beyond grasping, the STAFF once they meet you and you them, they make you feel like family instead of another customer. Everything is on point. They get their job done and they do it right. Hugo my man is someone who knows what he’s doing all the employees there do but Hugo is a must see, dude was professional, kind, and caring. You can tell his main objectives were to get the job done and get the job done right. If I could I’d give this place of business 10 stars with no hesitation. If this review doesn’t make you want to take your car there and get work done I don’t know what will besides actually going up there and get your reasonable estimate and all the information you need. This is definitely the place to go whenever in a auto accident. PERIOD. If and when you do I repeat again ask for HUGO! You won’t be disappointed!

Mike is a perfectionist. His work is amazing and his ethics are impeccable. The shop is so clean,
they are kind, friendly, and most importantly for car repairs real experts. I found them on Unilocal,and they had almost 5 stars so I gave them a try.
Got hit by another driver, their insurance accepted full liability, told me they would pay 100% of the repair costs. Setting up an appointment to bring my car in was quick and easy. The customer service I received from that point forward was grade A. My car came back looking brand new, Mike is awesome!!!

I went to Honda of Santa Monica to get a paint job estimate for my front bumper. Jack M. is the onsite estimator for AW Collision. From the get-​go, he struck me as very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate after we discussed the details of what need to get done, and a few days later, I scheduled my drop-​off. The dealership provided me a ride back home, although they don’t offer pickup for when the car is ready — fair enough.
The estimate was 2 – 3 days for the bumper paint job to get done. I didn’t hear from the shop or Jack until late evening on the 3^rd day that my car was ready for pickup. I went in first thing in the morning and upon inspecting the paint job, noticed that there were some issues that I was not expecting based on my detailed discussion with Jack. Apparently, the shop had not communicated that the bumper was beyond repair. They did attempt to do a proper job but couldn’t because of the poor condition of the bumper to begin with. Jack was very patient and explained it very clearly. It was unfortunate that the shop didn’t do a better job at communicating directly to me as the customer or to Jack so he could discuss this with me.
Jack handled the whole job very professionally and I couldn’t be happier working with him. I am glad that I picked AW Collision, after extensive research of multiple Honda dealerships and their respective affiliated body shops. If you are looking to deal with someone of integrity, utmost professionalism and simply someone who would take good care of you and your car repairs, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jack at AW Collision.

Lots of rear end damage to my vehicle. Jack Manougian handled it beautifully as well as Jose. Very happy with my experience. I would recommend them in the future.
