My house was broken into while I was out of town, I got home at 1 am, they ransacked my place. Called Nir from A & J Lock at around 1:30 am, he was able to come by 20 minutes later and rekeyed my entire house, the whole thing took about an hour and the price was reasonable.

So professional and nice! The work was done so fast and the guy was so helpful in explaining everything. I will definitely use them again!

I get off work, take all my stuff up stairs walk back down to my car to realize that I left my keys in my apartment and I always lock the bottom lock when I go outside. The feeling of stupidity came over me. My apartment manager apparently doesn’t have a key to my apartment so I’m forced to call a locksmith. As bummed out as I am about paying money to get into my own apartment, I’m thrilled with this company. I called and was given a flat rate and Nir showed up in only 15 minutes. Thank god, any longer and my stupid dog would have destroyed everything I own. It took him maybe 20 seconds to get me back in and it was done. He was super courteous and helpful as well as very professional and friendly. Thanks Nir! I hope I never see you again! LOL

What can I say other then what a great guy and professional company! I just moved into a new house and was iffy with the owner telling me not to worry about changing locks that he just did, all while showing me he himself had several copies. I gave Nir a call and within same day not only did he show up and have it done it was done so quickly that I was super impressed. I highly recommend him for all your lock and key needs. Super friendly and professional which now a days is truly hard to find.

I had a court order to evict a problematic tenant. Not a guy I wanted to deal with myself. For what ever reason, the sheriff did not show up on time, and when the tenant found out that we were there to re-​key the locks, he got loud and upset. Luckily Nir knew exactly how to calm and handle the situation (I could easily see this was not his first rodeo). To keep it short, I think Nir may have saved me from a beating. I will ONLY, use them from now on. Quick, and punctual service, price was right, and Nir took his time explaining to me how to avoid these kind of sticky situations in the future. I had used this company for both my properties, very reliable and prices are great as well, if you need to make copies of keys or replace locks use them. Don’t buy cheap locks from Home Depot or any of those companies. Also when I bought my new home I needed them ASAP and they were able to accommodate.

My daughter’s car keys fell off her key ring while she was away at school. I called up Nir (from Seattle) and he immediately put us at ease and assured us that it would be no problem for one of his technicians to meet with my daughter at her parked car at the university.
