Love A LAX! I have been using them for over 2 years for transportation to and from LAX airport! Always on time and extremely courteous. Even when I I call for early the next morning. Can’t say enough.

Al lax limo has the best prices around you will not find any cheaper prices. Towncar is comfortable. Also have a 300 series sedan which is also comfortable too. They also have stretch limo and SUV

Al lax limo offers curb side service so when you get your luggage you can text or call and driver shows up within 5 – 10 min
Just wait for him at the curb. Of you want driver to wait for you with a sign, they can do that too, slightly higher

Great experience last night with A LAX Limo! Got in on a late flight, got a text as soon as we were off the plane to let me know they were there. Texted when I got my bags and the very friendly limo driver was ready and waiting when I got outside. Drove smooth an safe. Can’t beat their service for the price and quality. Will absolutely be using them on all my LA trips in the future.

Best Limousine Service. I called them on Sunday from NY due to a late arrival time of 2 am. at LAX, I had to cancel my Super-​Shuttle pickup from LAX to Tarzana. They confirmed the pickup immediately. The driver was super friendly, professional and punctual for our pick up. I would really recommend these guys. As well their pricing is very reasonable and fair.

Scam. Used these guys in the past but after this trip won’t again. Booked days in advance told the guy only needed a town car he quoted me $ 92. Driver shows up in limo and says its $ 114 cash. He calls Simon who I asked if I could pay in advance he says yeah but when it came down to it he didn’t want to swipe the card. Oh doesn’t include tip. Driver was very cool. Simon the main guy who answers the phone scammer. Won’t ever use them again.

My boss (exec at biggest studio in town) was going overseas for a big expo earlier this month (Feb 2013). I arranged roundtrip car service to/​from LAX with meet n greet at baggage claim on return through ALAX limo site AND called to confirm a few minutes later. I requested an email confirmation as well which I received. I also called AGAIN 2 days beforehand to confirm and to remind him that my boss would be on an international flight so he may not be able to let them know ahead of time if the flight were to arrive late.
My boss told me the pick up was fine. He wasn’t late, the car was good, no problems. However, when my boss returned from overseas (flight was on time), there was no one to greet him anywhere nor was the driver outside. After getting his bags, he called the guy asking where he was and was told to call back in 5 minutes. My boss called back in 5 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! He tried again. Same thing. He was about to head to the taxi island when another sedan pulled up offering to drive him home. He hired the driver and left.
Thankfully, I didn’t get bitched out when he returned to work nor did I receive an angry call on my cell when the incident happened (isn’t that rare in LA?). But I did feel terrible that after a 12 hr+ flight, he had to go through that BS. Good thing I didn’t pre-​pay for the RT.
If you care about dependability and your time, do NOT use this service.

Solid experience with Al and A Lax Limo. Driver was punctual, car was clean and communication was good. Only warning I would give is that the driver met us at the curb at LAX– he did not come inside and stand with the sign and help with bags (he called me when I landed and pulled up within 3 minutes when I had my bags). If you’re looking for that service, you might try elsewhere. However, if you’re in the valley and are looking for good service at a decent price ($ 70 from Tarzana to LAX, and that includes tip, although I tipped my driver more for the ridiculous hours and punctual service), A Lax is the way to go. Highly recommended.

We used A LAX Limo based on positive reviews and competitive pricing. Since we did not want to rent a car, use a shuttle service or a taxi this was a perfect solution. The owner, Ali, was very easy to work with. Our driver, Fred, was on time, professional and did a great job on the LA freeways. Our rides from and to LAX went smoothly. The Chrysler 300 was clean and cold water was provided. I would certainly use this company again should we return to LA.

We have used Ali twice for our trips to the airport. He has been there 10 minutes early each time and is very courteous with his service. His cars are always clean and new. He always has water and other drinks setup for you while you sit back and get driven to your destination. Thank you Ali for providing professional service.

I spoke with Al twice via phone and email to confirm with him and he did NOT show up. He emailed me the cancellation after our pick-​up time had already passed leaving us with no time to get a new one. Luckily our hotel helped us out. This company IS NOT DEPENDABLE.

Just hired them last minute for our wedding. Easy to book and very reasonable price. The driver showed up on time and in a jacket. The car was clean and fresh smelling.

We used A LAX Limousine for our airport transfers this holiday season and couldn’t be happier. Reasonable rates, great service, nice cars. As an added bonus, water bottles and mints were waiting for us in the car, which was just what we needed after an 11 hour flight!
Out of all the car services we’ve used to go to LAX, this is the best. All in all a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

When they dropped me off at the LAX and again when they took me home to Hollywood, I swore I’d do this ASAP so I wouldn’t forget — and I forgot. Sorry. I love A LAX Limousine. Their rates are reasonable and you can reach them by phone at any hour.
They’re always on time — or rather, they’re early and sit in their car a few blocks away until it’s time to call you and tell you they’re there — on the dot. They have really nice, comfortable luxury sedans (mine had heated massage seats — seriously) and bottled water.
The owner, if you’re lucky enough to get him, is a gentleman and his service is a class act. He and his drivers are very friendly, professional, courteous, calm (ing) and serene. They’re as silent or as conversational as you’d like them to be. Nothing is a problem. If you’re stressed they’ll chill you out. My zen chauffeurs.
Do I need to say I highly recommend them? OK. I highly recommend them. I’ll be using them for two more trips in the next month.

I did the numbers and it made sense to hire a service to get me and my wife to the airport, rather than keep my car at an airport lot, but then again, which one? I wanted a limousine company in my area, and found A LAX Limousine. So glad I did. I called them and Ali, the owner, answered promptly. He was responsive, solicitous and professional, and I made an appointment on the spot. Turns out he was early (how cool is that!?) and his car was spotless. Really appreciated the water, too. Got to the airport in plenty of time, and it was easy. On the return home, Ali called me just as my plane hit the terminal. In a flash he was there and I settled in for a worry free trip home. Again, he made it easy. Ali knows the business, is courteous, helpful, and I will say it again — he made it easy. Ali is as good as it gets, and he gets all my business. And that of my associates. He’s that good. Period.

Let me preface this review by stating this: I am a frequent and seasoned traveler. I’m not exaggerating… I took 53 flights in 2010 alone, and by nature of the chaotic indie film business, most of them were last minute bookings, changed plans, one way/​open ended tickets, and/​or red eyes.
About eight months ago, I realized that I’d exhausted my friends and family for rides, was fed up with the hassle and time constraints of FlyAway (I’m perpetually late, not good for trying to take Flyaway), and making the office assistants drive me to and from the airport at obscene hours. The tipping point was the night my airport ride flaked last minute and I called a cab as a last resort cause I needed to be at the LAX ASAP.
The cab showed up 25 mins after I called, stank, and cost $ 78 plus tip from my place in K-​town. After that, I finally looked into car service, which I was really surprised to find out, is almost always cheaper than taking a taxi if you’re being picked up in Downtown, Hollywood, Koreatown. I totally kicked myself for not looking into it sooner and will never again take a cab to the airport if I can help it.
After trying out a couple different car services, I ended up sticking with Ali and ALAX Limo and have used his company about a dozen times now. for airport transport for myself, as well as for transporting our investors and VIPs when they come to LA. Ali gives me a fair, flat rate price, answers my 1:00 am calls, and always goes out of the way to try and accommodate my ridiculous last minute requests («Hey Ali! It’s Jennifer. Can you pick me up and take me to the airport. in 2 hours?»). He will even drive you himself in his Cadillac if the request is too last minute to dispatch his drivers.
They are nothing but courteous and professional (and on time!), the towncars are always clean and stocked with napkins and bottled water. If you are willing to spend just a bit more than supershuttle or would rather not bug your family and friends, I highly recommend car service. It is dependable, hassle free travel in style. For me, it is a way to treat myself to little bit of calm before and after my exhausting trips.

My wife and I both travel extensively for work and have been looking for a reliable, reasonably-​priced car service to LAX. We’ve tried taxis which are very expensive and each driver is different, so you don’t know what you are getting. We even tried other car services and found them to be a mixed-​bag. Sometimes they are prompt and on-​time, but frequently they picked us up late from LAX, and after a long flight, you just want to go home.
After extensive searching on Google and numerous phone calls, we found A LAX Limousine (

The owner (Ali) has picked us up all 3 times. He’s always 5 – 10 minutes early, his Cadillac is super-​clean, and he’s very honest.
For our last pick-​up, I asked if we could make a minor 5-​minute detour for me to pick up something from my dad’s house while on the way to LAX. Ali said no problem. While making this quick stop, I realized that I forgot my laptop bag at home in Orange.
Without hesitation, Ali drove my wife and I promptly back to our house, and then drove us quickly & safely to LAX. This probably wasted about 45 minutes more of his time, but he was very understanding of my mistake and did not allow us to pay him extra for his trouble. I can’t even imagine what my business trip would have been like without my laptop, so this company gets an A+ for customer service.
