TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! The DMV has better customer service than this place. I called this locksmith to get a quote for duplicating a key for my truck that’s 24 years old. Having copies made plenty of times in the past at many different locksmith’s I figured it would be a couple bucks… When I called this place a man picked up and proceeded to tell me that I would have to contact the dealer and that’s it. When I said «why?» This jerk told me I could accept his answer or not and that he didn’t have to tell me «why.» I was a bit taken back at his hard line approach to my inquiry so I calmly asked for clarification because this was weird since the truck is so ok and I’ve had keys made before. As I awaits his response all I heard was the phone being hung up! Unbelievable! Talk about poor customer service!!! Quite surprising since small business is built on referrals… Well, I’m referring everyone to any place but this, these guys are something else.
