Luxury Nail

Never again. I would give a 0 if I could. I received a gift certificate for Christmas for this location near my home. I was in there for nearly 3 hours for a pedicure and 1 nail repair. When new people arrived (not appointments, walk ins) they would hop seats and work on multiple people at a time. It’s one thing to start on another customer, it’s a whole different story when you complete 4 pedicures and manicures when I arrived 45 minutes earlier than them, simply because I was getting a deluxe pedicure which she never finished because I put my shoes back on because my feet were cold from waiting (I was in the pedicure chair for an hour and 45 mins). Furthermore, my nail repair was ridiculously crooked and painted sloppy (it literally looked like a kid did it, no lie). To top it off, she tried to nickel and dime me and attempted to charge me for a deluxe pedicure that she didn’t finish. When I told her I would only pay for the services that I actually received, she threatened to call the police. So I told her I would call them myself and then she frantically responded by saying «No No please don’t call.» Even the bystanders in the shop agreed with me. Terrible service, I’ll never stray away from my nail shop again, I was better off making a paper plane with my gift certificate. Lol

It was a pretty terrible experience. There is a huge sign outside of the salon advertising 20% off spa pedicures. So that’s what me and 2 friends went for. There were only 2 other customers in there and they were getting manicures. Only 3 employees. 2 women and 1 man. They got our water started and shortly began on one of my friends. They switched out between one woman and the man. My one friend was done way before my and my other friend were even half way done. About 10 minutes into ours two other ladies came in for pedicures. They started their water as well and had a woman immediately start on them both while nobody was helping us. While my other friend was getting the lotion massage on her legs two ladies open the door, peeked in and walked out. The lady working on the other two women, sitting closest to the door, yelled to the man to go after them. So in the middle of lotioning, literally on his hands and holding the bottle, he ran out the door where he tried to persuade them inside. Came back in and eventually finished us both. Had me and my other friend that was done and just sitting there go over to the dryer and sit. While my other friend sat unattended for 10 minutes. When we were all finally done, we asked about the 20% off and he said we couldn’t do that bc we got the $ 25 pedicure. They gave us a trifold of options. With only 3 pedicures to choose from. He said the discount one isn’t on there. I was highly disappointed in the customer service. I won’t be back.

My nail place of choice. Always do a great job — quick and open even when they are supposed to be closed.

I can’t testify to the quality of their work, because it only took me a few minutes to realize it wasn’t where I wanted to be. The employee was pushy before I even got all the way in the door and once I was ready… Gasp there’s foot floaties in the new running water! The employee volunteered with a smile they must have come out of the filter. She drained the bowl, swished and started the water again without washing the bowl. When I politely decided to leave she grabbed my leg and tried to gently push me back in the chair insisting that I stay! Just had to say NO WAY to the foot fungus!

I wish i could give them 0 since Unilocal doesnt let me do it. The salon looks okay but the lady was super rude to me. I know they were talking about me in their language after asking me to do manicure and i said no. Another time when i got there for a full set, the lady rushed on my nails all the time because she had to do other customers. I feel unsastified with the quality and the amount i had to pay.

This is a great nail salon! The women that work here are very friendly and easy to talk to. This nail salon is great they have herbal scents that they add to the water and the lotions that they use. They do callus remover, and extra long massage using oils and hot stones. This salon is a good price too, ranging from $ 25-​$ 35 for a pedicure. Highly recommend this family owned salon!
