Solid wash & wax service, very friendly staff and great results. I’m always cautious about car washes, but Big Daddy’s is as good as it gets. Definitely returning with our other cars. Highly recommended, easily far and above the best in the area.

Vinegar and cat piss… So my cat pee’d in our prius on the way to the vet. I tried a method I saw online about using vinegar and baking soda. Then my car smelled overwhelmingly of vinegar and cat piss. It was so bad that we just completely stopped driving it.
Today we took it to Big Daddy’s and they didn’t even blink an eye. Ok… maybe they blinked a little from the vinegar burning their eyes. But once they were used to it, they went to work and completely detailed the car inside and out. The smell is gone! Better yet, they said if it returns, they will continue to treat it for free until we are satisfied. As of now, I smell nothing but clean.
I’m super stoked at how awesome they did. The rest of the detail job was great too. They have my business for the rest of the time we live in the area!

I love getting my car washed here. Especially since they became all hand wash instead of machines. They really take great care of your car and Jose is Sooo friendly and helpful. It’s awesome to find a great place so close to the beach! You guys are the best!

These guys are great, they really pay attention and exercise an amazing amount of detail in their work. I came here for a hand wash and to so some minor detailing to remove some water spots and these guys did a phenomenal job. They really went above and beyond and my car looks better than it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. Jose is the owner here and he is extremely friendly and knows how to make sure each customer leaves happy. It’s my pleasure to give this place a solid ⁵⁄₅ stars.

Took in my GX Lexus this morning that was trashed inside from my 3 boys! I hadn’t had it detailed all summer and boy did it need it !! Took about 75min but they removed all my car seats, folded down seats, etc to get in all the hard to reach areas. I was there with my two youngest boys and was even brought out bottle water while we waited. 5 stars customer service and quality car wash. Bonus there is a park And beach right behind car wash!

Don’t come if your pressed for time and get upset. Sit back and relax while the guys do a fantastic job. Bought the premium monthly and back today getting truck ready for the weekend. Looks better than the day I brought her home. Great job highly recommend premium. Will definitely be back.

Omg !!! I love this place sososososo much ! The owner is so nice and remember you when you are coming. I bought the deluxe monthly car wash plan it only costs you $ 44 a month. How wonderful is that? Also they provide free wifi while you are waiting for car wash which is really benefit me due to my limited data. I just need to sit back and relax using you phone because every time I have been here it spends like 20 minutes to wash, the most important thing is that they wash it carefully!!! I usually wash four times a month it only cost 11dollars for once. How a nice place !!! The best ever!

There are three car wash companies less than a mile from my home, but I drive my vehicles 13 miles roundtrip each week to Big Daddy’s Car Wash. And here is one of the reasons why I use Big Daddy’s Car Wash: I own a 1984 Chevy Suburban that had been neglected by my college student living away from home. The exterior paint had severe oxidation. I dropped my Suburban off in the morning for an interior and exterior detail. When I returned in the evening, I was amazed at the shinny exterior and clean interior of my 31 year-​old SUV.
The team at Big Daddy’s Car Wash keeps my newer vehicles looking new and can restore a neglected SUV. As I drove out of the lot, a gentleman walking by summed up the job by the Big Daddy’s Car Wash team, when he looked at me and said: «You have a great looking truck.» I smiled as I replied, «Thank you.»

I had a great experience at Big Daddy’s car wash. When I arrived I was greeted by Jorge who gave me a great deal on a hand wax. Once inside, Amanda at the register was helpful in telling me all the options and was very friendly. I can recommend Gonzalo who also helped on my car. In the end, the wash and wax exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied with the end result. I would definitely go back again.

Simply the best of the best! Great prices, great service. Jose and the guys do a great job. I tell all of my friends about this place. The monthly specials are great. Do the math people, you can pay for one car wash or get a monthly package deal and get way more bang for your buck.
The guys really take their time when finishing your car, they pay attention to the littlest of details. If you have a concern just voice it and they are all over it to satisfy the customer.

$ 100 bucks for an awesome detail. I hadn’t washed my car in MONTHS and they made it look like the 2015 that it is! Great service and excellent value. Definitely coming back here. They also have many other cheap car washes. As I’m writing this I can’t believe how clean the car is. Definitely impressed. I’ve paid $ 250 for a detail that looked a lot like crap compared to this.

I have to say that they have continued to improve customer service here and the owner makes improvements practically on the spot. I managed to make my way back to them despite a slight mistake several months back. They have done excellent work and improved all along the way. If you have a chance run down and check them out do so before they disappear. Currently they have a 25% off sale on items in the store. Take advantage of it!

I am giving 5 stars because everyone is very attentive to your needs. There are lots of different options and packages to choose from. The manager and owner is very friendly and offered me a free Starbucks drink. I declined but the lady next to me took it. The new owner is very inclined to see this car wash succeed and I for one hope that he does. Friendly service, quick service, great service.

Quite a bit different since the new owner took over. Look at the Unilocal!reviews, if 2014 or older, that is the old owner. The tunnel is fixed, and some of the same people are still working there which is nice, but I can’t figure out the lunch break and closing schedule.
90% of the time they are open and do a great job, 10% of the time there are orange cones blocking the place.
I am on the monthly program which is still a good deal even though it is twice as much as the old owner. Maybe that is why the old owner is out of business.

What a waste of my money! I should have never gone here based on the reviews, but I was pressed for time and needed a nearby carwash… What I mistake I made…
From the moment I drove up, the young employees were gossiping about personal issues, I asked that they pay attention to windows So that when I roll them down there are no streaks (they told me they could t and that id have to drive to dry the windows completely, and the fact that I paid for the upgraded wash was NOT communicated to/​understood by the guy who wiped down my car — I had to ask him to do the trim detailing and wipe the clumps of «goop» off my tires that he said was the tire dressing.
Waste of money cause you get a crappy carwash! Go to beach cities carwash in Costa Mesa — they always do a great job!

Giving another try. I started coming here almost 6 years ago when I first moved to Sunset. They ruled. Then they stopped caring and the place went to. Well, they shut it down, new owners; and new employees. 10 blocks from my place. 50.00 unlimited monthly??? Deluxe interior and exterior? Show me Big Daddy; that you got my business again! We shall see…
I have to update my review to five ! As noted above I was seeing if they could redeem themselves; absolutely. Wonderful ownership wonderful management great job great prices great hospitality. Big Daddy Rocks!

First time at the wash… based on the reviews, we really didnt know what to expect. I pulled up to the lil and this tiny lil lady opened my door. I told her I’d never been here and she said «Oh!» She quickly bounced away and returned with a menu.
Each car wach on the menu is a famous actors name. We selected the charlton heston, which seemed to be thorough and reasonably priced at 20.99.
The place seemed busy, but they were still crankin through the cars pretty quickly. I dont think i saw a single employee walkin, they ran from car to car.
While seated in the waiting area, i noticed a tip box. I asked about this box and was told that u tip the box instead of the employee. At the end of the night the tip box is divied up among the workers.
The wash, they did a great job! Super fast, and thorough!
I’ve no idea where the bad reviews came from, but we have official found a new car wash!!!
