Shipwrecked Ink Studio

I went to Al Ramon a year ago on VDay to get a Macaroni noodle behind my ear, while my best friend got a piece of cheese! (MacNCheese FTW). He has a light hand and does exceptional line work. On a different occasion He also did my 2 swallows on my chest, neurotransmitter organic chemical behind my other ear, and an adoption wrist tattoo. I’ll be gracing his presence soon, as I need to fulfill that urge. Thanks again!!!

I had a great experience at shipwrecked! Omar did a watercolor style heart on my ankle. I love it, and it turned out amazingly! Everything was sterilized and clean, and Omar was very welcoming. I had a great experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo.

My wife and I came in with a design we wanted. All we had to do was email it to Omar and bam he got to work. He was fast, professional and ready to meet our demands. Great prices and great work etiquette!

I happened to be in the area and was fortunate to find these guys. Mario did a great job on my grand children’s names. The entire staff is welcoming and more than happy to help you find what works best for you. I recommend them for your first tattoo or additions to your canvas. I will be back!

I was referred to Omar through a close friend who has quite a few pieces from him. I went in hoping to add/​refresh an existing tattoo as well as alter the color of a different tattoo. He was so helpful and willing to work with my concerns, not being too pushy one way or another. The results are amazing! I’m so stoked for them to heal so I can post pictures.
The shop itself has a really relaxed vibe to it. I didn’t feel like a stranger waiting for my appointment. It was also easy to float in and out of conversations with the other artists and clients. I’ve been recommending the shop and Omar to a bunch of my friends and I’m excited for the next time I’m ready to go in for more work.

Went today with my groupon… And yessss… the ratings are right, they are really good there and their prices are cheaper from what i heard from other tattoo shops… Had my first tattoo, and Jorge really makes it easy… He is highly recommended and for sure I’ll be back with my 2^nd and 3^rd and so forth tattoo and will be looking for Jorge to do mine, Although everyone there is highly recommended…

The hype is real. Omar is amazing! I had a long sesh with him today/​tonight and wow, the work is unparalleled. He did a large watercolor style nature tattoo and used the most beautiful array of colors perfectly. He blended it with another tattoo I already had seamlessly. As someone who has seen a good deal of tattoo work, his talent is epic. He is an artist with a meticulous eye for detail and excellent command of this craft. He will work with you to ensure the design is exactly what you want and then exceed your expectations with his execution. He books reasonably in advance but not too far off and prices are definitely fair.
Shipwrecked Ink is clean, well maintained, and a great backdrop for your next tattoo in Sunset Beach. Go see Omar, I promise you won’t regret it. No matter what you’ve got in mind, he’ll take good care of you.

So glad I stumbled across this shop! I’m a sucker for names and shipwrecked made a lot of sense being on the coast and all haha. I stopped off at a few other shops in HB and along the pch and was either met with super rude artists or ridiculous prices. Walked into Shipwrecked and immediately felt a difference!
Omar did some outstanding work on my sleeve, super impressed with the attention to detail, and I love how original the artwork looks and feels. All you need to do is have an idea of what you want, and maybe a couple reference pics… Let Omar do the rest! Can’t wait to go back and finish the rest!
Overall the shop had a great atmosphere. The other artists did some amazing work while I was in there too! Check them out!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Omar is an amazing artist. This is my first review but I have gotten four tattoos from Omar. He does great work always answers questions and makes suggestions to make your tattoo better. I gone to other shops and had long waits the artist would take millions of breaks and I would be in a shop for nearly all day. Omar gets in and gets it done while still paying attention to every detail. Glad that I got the recommendation from my cousin and i will most definitely be back for more.

I just got a pretty challenging piece completed by Omar and I literally could not be more excited about it.
The tattoo is a quote over a nebula background (very challenging) and Omar blew it out of the water. I had been wanting this design for a long time but was not going to settle until I found the right artist because it is not a common concept. I search high and low and finally picked Omar and I am ecstatic because he was the perfect guy for the job…
This tattoo is on my inner bicep and is only my second tattoo but Omar was helpful, informative, patient and (best of all) fun while I was in the chair [all 5 hours of it!]. In fact– the whole shop had a great vibe and the other artists were all fun and friendly too.
Shipwrecked Ink will definitely be my studio from now on and I plan to bring my Mom here once we have a better idea of what we want. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and have already passed around business cards because I have gotten many compliments on the stellar work– pun intended ;)

Worked Jose on a Scorpian and he took the idea from ordinary to extraordinary. Cool two hours in the chair talking laughing and having a good time.

I went here about six months ago for a quote around my thigh. The artist, Omar, did an amazing job making sure it was exactly where I wanted, redoing the placement until I was completely happy. I think it’s my favorite tattoo now. Definitely really beautiful, sexy, and classy. Exactly the font I had in mind. Love it!

I happen to run into Shipwrecked Ink Studio by checking the reviews on Unilocal.Also, finding that they had a deal going for $ 100 for $ 150 dollars worth of tattoo work. I went into the shop on a Tuesday. It was a bit quite but good to walk in and get a tattoo right away. I showed George, one of the tattoo artist in the shop what I wanted and he got it done. The tattoo artist were very professional and easy going. I will recommend this tattoo shop to everyone. Ask for George whenever you go into the shop, he does great work.

After Unilocaling many places, shipwrecked looked super promising and trusted by many customers. After leaving the shop, I totally understood why. Jose did my tattoo and was not only a great artist but a really genuine, cool guy. Had a really great experience and the place had all around good vibes. So satisfied
