It just drives me crazy that they post a coupon on Unilocal,I go there for that reason, and guess what, THE COUPON DOESN’T WORK! Thats almost a scam. And of course there are no employees at the purchase machine to help because its all automatic.
I would apprecite it if you fix the coupon.

I have been to this car was a couple of times and so far I only have good things to say. The machines do a great job of cleaning the car, the prices, even for the blue wash, are reasonable, the place is clean, and the vacuums work very well. I often see Taylor there and he is always friendly and helpful.

This place is one of the best places to wash your car in the OC area. They have new and efficient cleaning system and the vacuum is free :). I have had the pass and it works great. I have recently moved up north to San Jose and sadly to say there is not even an express car wash that I have seen. There are car washes where it would take about an hour to wash your car by hand but who wants to do that when you have places to H2GO Express. I will miss this place.

I love this car wash, it’s honestly my quick go to wash and it’s very affordable. Especially with this coupon on Unilocal also you can’t go wrong with their washes because of the free vacuum service. Erika was very helpful, nice, and so so friendly! Thank you Erika for a great experience!

The car wash is very affordable for unlimited car washes a month for $ 13. However I had the unfortunate luck of getting in a car accident inside the tunnel last month. The other driver apparently steered his wheel while in the tunnel so his truck went off the tracks and stopped in the middle of the dry. My car kept moving and hit the back of his vehicle. Two people in charge (I believe they are Jen and Tyler), helped us fill out an incident report. My car insurance tried to contact the other driver and H2GO Car wash — but no response from either party. It’s frustrating that the car wash is not responding and that now I have to go to the Car Wash and talk to the manager. Hopefully this gets settled soon. Cancelled by membership the same day :(

Been coming here off and on since the anniversary of my 21^st birthday in October and the customer service has been completely excellent every time I have been here. They even gave me a free wash once for referring folks.
They are right around the corner from my work here in Huntington Beach so it makes it an easy choice to come here and with a coupon for $ 2 off until July 31, 2016 it makes it inexpensive to wash your car here. (I paid $ 4).
I definitely plan on coming back again and don’t forget the mat machine for vacuuming off your car mats, wipes for interior and your microfiber towels.
Mariel was the friendly young lady that assisted me the most and she’s very sweet and professional. She’s the assistant manager of this location.

This is my favorite place to get my car washed! It’s super fast and I love the vacuuming station because everyone gets two vacuums for each side of their car and you don’t have to share. They also have a small air compressor thing that helps dry your car in tiny and hard to reach spots. My car is super shiny and clean every time I come here so I highly recommend this place.
Jonathan also helped me get my monthly unlimited pass today! I got the Go Silver for $ 17.95…unlimited car washes for the whole month!!! FYI it’s automatic payment ok your card each month if you sign up. You have to make sure to cancel online on their website at least 7 days before.

I say this a great car wash for a great price, don’t expect an amazing car wash but for the price it’s worth it. You can buy towels here for a $ 1 and they are worth it.
I love the air compressor but the vacuums need some work to be handled with. The employees are great here at this location.
I have had only one issue here at this location where they revoked my FastPass because they believed I was a Über driver (I don’t drive Über at all or anyone in my car) and I spoke to a employee, he is a Caucasian male with a beard and he said he is the top manager at this location and he said he can’t fix it because I was listed as a über driver. I asked for proof of this and he said he didn’t have any, he could not provide video footage or photos or any sort of evidence and he couldn’t fix my account. He even mention he is part owner which I doubted but I had to contact their corporate email to get this mess fixed and handled with and they let me buy my FastPass again but they never refunded my earlier amount because I paid a few day earlier before this incident and I have to buy it again which wasted money but I bought it anyway. I see the employee sometimes and he just gives me bad stares and I don’t appreciate it.

Junky wash, vacuums are strong, not worth $ 6. The one on Westminster Blvd is much better. Cramped space here. I have a Yukon and it didn’t wash half the car. The workers don’t hose off the car first, like EVERY other wash and go car wash and they only charge $ 5.

When this place isn’t busy, I can be in and out in 10 minutes. If I wait too long in between washes, I have to drive thru twice so the dirt fully comes off.
My husband and I both have the Premium wash plan and it is worth every dollar. The vacuums are high powered and I love that this location has the air blowers. It is a little tricky to get in and out of the place.
Staff is hot or miss. Some are friendly, others look like they just got out of bed and have a grumpy face.

On 3÷27÷16 I had my car washed in the afternoon. When I stopped to dry off my vehicle I noticed that the right side of the car had dirt on it from the tire cleaning machine. Look at the photo. I got the attention of the attended and she said it does that after other cars have gone through the wash. I asked her if I could speak to their manager and she told me they were at lunch. She offered to rewash my car and I told her no. Another person complained about the same thing after me. If you care about your paint you will not take your car to this location. I’ve been to the one in Westminster and I have never had this problem and suggest others to use another location until they rectify this problem.

I’ve been back a couple times since my last review and must say, it has without a doubt gone down in quality. My husband and I stopped by to get our car cleaned before a lunch date. When we pulled up it was not too busy. cars in the tunnel, 1 car waiting, and 1 car at the pay booth next to me. I was at the pay booth closest to the wash and for whatever reason it kept telling me I had my car in the wrong way. I was putting it in the same way I have done it before but it was not working. I pushed the call for help button with absolutely no luck when it FINALLY decided to read my card when I hardly had it in before it spit out a receipt. I had to check my account to make sure it didn’t charge me a million times (serious note, I put my card in the slot at least 15 times) It finally ready my card and by this time 3 other cars went through and created a line so we waited. It was no big deal because we came right at lunch time. When we finally got to the front the car in front of us had no idea how to read the simple rules and listen to the attendant when he said put the car in Neutral. Seriously, how can you not know, the rules are right in front of your face! I was a little on edge with going in behind them but they got it taken care of and all was well.
In the tunnel I felt the soap wasn’t as abundant as it used to be, one of the passenger side rollers didn’t work, and the dryers were not as powerful anymore. Maybe a tuneup on the machines? Who knows. We decided to take advantage of the air pressure hose to get rid of the extra water and we need to vacuum as well. This is where I got really annoyed. The air hose was so weak! I’m going to chalk it up to the fact that they can’t have full pressure for liability but goodness, that was terrible. We had the hardest time getting anything up with the vacuums so we just gave up. What got me the most was that we had a bunch of sticky residue across the entire back window and under the tape where they tape down the back wiper (I understand, so it doesn’t get ruined) had smeared dirt. I really feel that since you have to tape the rear wiper or antenna down then you need to have someone out there (hey, another job opportunity) taking the tape off and getting the residue removed along with the dirt that got trapped behind it because, a little something, that quick little wipe down before you tape it does absolutely nothing.
Now, I get it, these washes aren’t meant to detail your car. They’re meant for a quick wash down and that’s it. Come on though, I shouldn’t have to come back home and completely rewash the entire back half… (in actuality my entire car needed to be rewashed) of my car. $ 9 lesson learned. If you want anything done right, you have to do it yourself.
On a positive note, the staff is very nice.

Awful wash my car now has some sort of white residue left over from whatever washed my car. Was not there before. Have to rewash the gunk this wash gave.

Well… H2GO is losing their touch.
I’ve been using this service for about a year. I’ve always thought it was a great alternative to the long wait of a traditional car wash. The wash was adequate and the vacuums were awesome!
This morning I stopped in for a wash and experienced the decline of their service.
The drive through wash has several brushes that didn’t even touch my car, the vacuum was so poor that I moved to another spot in the hope that the suction would improve. It did not. I asked the working attendant if something was wrong with the vacuums today, because there is so little suction the wand will not stay in the holder! He stated «No, it looks good to me». I looked at him like… your kidding right!?!
Overall, I’m pretty bummed about today’s wash. I plan to give this place another shot next week, if it’s the same as today; I’ll be going somewhere else.

H2Go is definitely better than several drive-​thru washes in the area, but I only recommend coming here for a quickie, simple cleaning.
$ 4 with Unilocal coupon, the basic wash is a sweet little deal. The track is on the longer side & the payment process is seamless. I also love this place’s freeway proximity — super easy to hop off & back on during my regular LA commute.
The wash is A-​Ok but the dryers are all the way no bueno. With water spots streaking along the bottom sides of my car, I’d say there’s a lot left to be desired! H2Go perhaps should consider slowing down the track for the blower/​wiper finale — no one wants only a clean-​ish car.
Overall, $ 4 for a fast semi-​effective wash ain’t the worst when you’re in a time crunch.

I was excited about this place until the terrible experience I had last week! They appear to be somewhat professional until the way they responded to me after their machines SEVERLY damaged my vehicle.
I’m 6 months pregnant, very ill, w my husband out of the country, ran over to do a quick car wash, and while exiting the wash my rear upper tail light was ripped off the rear door. It made a loud obvious noise, and shattered the tail light in pieces. If you know the rear light to a Cadillac Escalade, you would understand the light is as long as the width of the vehicle (very noticeable)
I exited very surprised and fortunately the man driving behind me saw the entire thing happen, and when he exited he drove over to tell me that he witnessed what happened and that my tail light was still in the machine, in pieces, and to take his contact info in case I had a problem. Luckily I did. Though I made an incident report with the kids that work there, pictures included I definitely did not expect a negative response.
After all my calls, being patient hoping they would handle it correctly, today I received an email stating they were not going to be responsible for the damage done…
Their excuse was that my light had a pre-​existing condition but best regards to me…
Basically just dismissing themselves from any accountability.
Until this experience my car was in perfect condition, ready to sell. No dents, scratches, or damage. Cadillac Escalade, 24′ inch rims, very classy. Now it looks obviously damaged.
Please if you have a nice vehicle choose another car wash!
I’m not trying to bag on them, if they’d like to repair my vehicle I’d be more then happy to delete this review, or even update it to their benefit. Which is what should happen to begin with. Just because it’s a cheap car wash shouldn’t be cheap service or satisfaction.

Easy, convenient and efficient. I love being able to go in and out with a clean car in a matter of minutes. The vacuum is strong enough where it’ll clean out my car and leave the inside spotless!
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an occasion last week where the car wash kept pausing during my wash 2 – 3 times. My car wasn’t clean entirely and there were a lot of dirt/​soap left around the area.
Otherwise, I’ve been at this location several times and I like that they offer me the wipes to clean the inside of my car as my car is being washed. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

After reaching out to one of the managers at h2go (Jonathan), he had asked I come into this location to fill out damage report and take pictures of my vehicle. He said if the damages were caused by the machines, the the owners would take care of it and that they are «really fair when it comes to this kind of things». Good customer service, can’t blame the workers for something machines caused. As long as they’re willing to fix the problems, it’s all good in my book!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this h2o go! Go to the one on Edwards and Westminster! After reading the reviews of scratches on the car & hearing a loud THUD hit against the passenger side, I checked my car and sure enough … There are scratches on my car! I drive a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe, newer make and model and it looks like my car got into a fight with a cat and the cat won! I’ve been going to h2go for my car washes since it opened and I have never gotten scratches on my car til this location! I pay $ 23 per month for the go blue membership to conveniently get a car wash, not to have it be scratched up! Only reason I’m giving this location a 2 star is because it’s sister location (in Westminster) does a better and nicer job at washing my car, leaves my car shiny, waxed, and scratch free!

Just drove in from WA and really needed a car wash and they were the closest to my parent’s house. Decently priced, very quick and they have free vacuums which we later discovered AFTER we left the lot. Got most of the bug junk off and thought about going in for round two.
After reading one of the reviews about scratches on their car, I definitely had to pull over to double check. I must of gotten lucky.
