The first time I met her, she posed as an assistant, and got in an argument with me and then unveiled that she’s the surgeon, rude — is she a man hater? Then we had a follow up appointment today for my wife and I to talk about her service, and she didn’t show up for 30 minutes! So now we’ve go the inconvenience of finding another Dr. through another group.

I don’t know her, so I am not going to judge her medical competences. She canceled our appointment one hour before our appointment time. Usually PAMF asks their patients to call 24 hour in advance to cancel an appointment. They ask us to respect their doctors and their patients, but their doctors don’t respect us. Everybody has right to be sick, but they should call in the morning not at the last minute because they want to make money until the last minute. It wasn’t an emergency case like a gynecologist. She wasn’t our doctor, just a substitute at this time. So I rescheduled with my doctor and she said that if I wanted to come back I could. The problem is that fortunately the insurances don’t pay for 2 doctors. Everything is about money in the USA. We don’t have the same culture. We don’t see doctors when we don’t need. We see a doctor when we are sick not for unnecessary exams.

Dr. Ziffer is excellent at both working with children and explaining things to adults. I like all of the staff at the vision care center, especially her assistant. I highly recommend her. She is soft-spoken and will take your concerns seriously.
