I was treated a year ago. They did make me better but I am still receiving bills! I had about 10 sessions and I don’t know if it took them that long to hear back from insurance or what, but every few months I get another bill from them. It’s neverending.

I have to agree with the other 2 reviewers. Even though, I liked my therapist, at one point I was put in a room with another guy, I am a woman, and my Therapist Amit proceeded to talk to the other guy the whole time he was massaging my back. Be wary that they charge for everything! I would have gone to my chiropracter if I had known I was going to be billed for the extra simulation. It’s included in my treatment with my Chiro and if it isn’t, it is charged to my insurance and not me.

I have been there on a few issues.
I have made progress too.
One annoyance is that towards the end of the therapy, if you express some issues, they will manipulate and make you feel that you are bad — I have noticed this with more than one therapist — at times, they bring in other employees to stare at you while you are in discussion. I am appalled by this way of handling the situation.

I’ve been going to Carr for my physical therapy needs ever since I had a motorcycle accident and injured my shoulder. I’ve been meeting with Scott and have only good things to say about him.
The administrative staff is okay, sometimes on the rude side. I have to say your experience will vary based on your professional.
