Morning staff are efficient and gets the line moving quickly. I like that most times I don’t even have to say a word as they know my usual — spinach wrap. Yes, I come that often. Too often than I should really. :) Minus 1 star as they frequently run out of spinach wrap in the morning. Ugh!

By far the rudest group of brats out there. The giggling little girls sit or stand there mumbling BS under there breath about how they are better then the bums that come in and charge there phones. They are fake as hell and realistically if it wasn’t for fast WiFi I wouldn’t even step foot in the dumb.

Worst service ever, and there bathrooms are nasty !!! There are nats flying around the bathroom. The barista was super rube when I asked for my drink a certain way. I’m not sure her name bc she wasn’t wearing a name tag. But I went in on a Monday at 3:45pm she was kinda short and stubby. Never going back to this Starbucks.

Love the laid back atmosphere here. The tea, and muffins are good. I like the layout of this store.

They have the«Powermat» charging stations here. Best thing about Starbucks now is I can charge my phone while I wait for my coffee & Unilocal

Rude staff ringing me up. Spoke to manager Eric — apologized but didn’t even offer a future cup of coffee. Will not be returning to this location. Too many choices to have rudeness in my face. Avoid this place.

My go-to Starbucks for my morning coffee. I usually come between 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning, so it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to get my coffee. I find that they are pretty consistent when making their drinks and can count on it tasting good and served hot. There is one barista who doesn’t seem like a morning person, but otherwise the customer service is always great. Coffee served with a good attitude at 6:30AM is always a good way to start a day.

Usually I have a good experience here but maybe the girl at the register was having a bad day. I asked some questions and I got attitude and no thank you back(the barista did later). I’ve been coming here for two years and never have been treated this way. I asked for a dark chocolate mocha frappé. She looked at me confused and I asked for the low fat one like they had at Safeway’s kiosk. Wow, never do that. I got head shaking from her and felt like I she was running out of patience. I also asked if they do coffee bean shavings. Don’t ask that question either. All she had to say is, no, but attitude… I think she was just having a bad day, as we all do. But we must maintain professionalism at all times no matter what is going on in our lives. Put a smile on. 3 stars because I’ve been a loyal customer and I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was too early for her, too.

I went to this location today because I was craving a frappé! I asked the barista, Paulina which frappé should I try because I’m bored of the typical Mocha frappé. She said the Green Tea Frappé is delicious with soy milk. I trusted her on her word, and she made me the best frappé I have ever had! Today, October 23, marked the day I first tried Green Tea Frappé with soy milk and now it is one of my favorites! Thanks!

This Starbucks had pretty horrible service. When I was ordering, the lady taking my order was really angry and was yelling at me. The staff seemed mean so I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks

I don’t go to Starbucks all that often because to be frank, I don’t really care all that much for coffee. I enjoy a cup of joe every now and then, and their frapps are nice on a hot day, I have yet to try any of their teas. Anywho, my primary reason for this review is because of this place and how it was evolved. I used to work at the Petsmart across the street as a dog trainer, and occasionally, I would swing by this Starbucks to get something. May it be their tasty Pumpkin collection, or their frapps, they do tend to have something new. The place was remodeled from the inside to better accomodate a bigger group of people, and it is really nice! It is not as crowded anymore, and it is better lit for some reason. They also have tables outside if you have a furry friend, or just want to enjoy the nice California weather. The customer service here ROCKS!!! There is a gal here, Hannah, that helps me often in the mornings or mid-afternoons and she is really helpful and straightforward. Her and the rest of the crew at this Starbucks is really fast and very friendly. So a HUGE shoutout to Hannah and her crew here! Overall; quick, fairly priced Starbucks coffee that got a very much deserved facelift from the inside for seating!

Nice little Starbucks. Barista and manager were really nice. Coffee was good. No complaints. Not too busy at 1 in the afternoon. Lots of power outlets and about 7 tables. There are a couple outside too(and shaded).

Yesss!!! Finally! A new look! This location has been remodeled. New lobby, new bar, walls and flooring are cleaner, and there’s new paintings and portraits up! Best part, there are more outlets under the seats now!

I was completely blow away by how fantastic the service was today at this Starbucks. Picture it. The Starbucks down the way is closed because there’s been a blackout. AND it’s happy hour for half off Frappuccinos. Dum dum dummmm. But this team handled it like a champ. The cashier was patient, friendly and on her game ready to describe any drink and point you in the direction of something she thought you might like. With 10+ people waiting for their drinks and 8 in line she didn’t break a sweat! The manager was working his rump off grabbing milk from the store and washing dishes so the blender woman could continue on with her streak of serving person after person after person after person. The insane line was handled and people left happy with their drinks. Major props to the smiling cashier and the management of this Safeway Starbucks. Ya’ll really deserve a medal for today!

It’s a big Starbucks that has a lot of seating, parking is difficult though. Employees were robot nice and my drink wasn’t all that great.

Of all the Starbucks locations I’ve tried, this is by far the least good. Usually they are pretty consistent, not sure whats happening? I’ve only been there twice but noticed that although very nice and friendly the boy at the register seemed completely lost and brand new with not much training. Huh? The simple brewed coffee I ordered was«out»(at 9:00AM seems odd) and the banana I got was green on the outside and mushy soggy on the inside. Disgusting. I was very disappointed.

The servers are always nice. Other than that it has always looked clean and had what I have asked to order. Even if they do mess up they will give you a free drink and will offer you the messed up drink so they don’t have to throw it out. Looks like all the other locations!

Came in on a sunday morning to take advantage of a the giftcards I’ve accumulated throughout this year from groupon, living social, and birthday gifts. The 4 staff members were just casually chit chatting with each other behind the counter but as soon as you were ready, they were super attentive. Since it was one of those cold winter mornings, I avoided a cold drink and decided on white chocolate mocha. Good choice indeed as it was delicious for my drive to san francisco and possibly the reason I was not tired through the rest of the day. Surprised this starbucks wasn’t inside the safeway as most starbucks in a safeway plaza tend to be inside.
