Your typical starbucks. But employees are really nice, fun, outgoing and very understanding. Usually very busy in the mornings.

I have always had bad experience with this starbucks. Never faced such a consistent bad service in any other place. There are lot of starbucks around. Ignore this one and go somewhere else. 1) Order a Chai Latte from drive through. After 5 mins of drive, realized its a Mocha. 2) Ordered a Oatmeal and Butter Croissant from drive through. After 15 mins of drive, realized the packet did not have the butter croissant. 3) Ordered a Blueberry oatmeal from drive through. Opened the packet after 5 mins, to find a semi rotten, 1-day to expire, inedible blueberries.

All this one employee does is complain and complain in the most annoying voice ever about customers ordering incorrectly with people sitting, enjoying their drinks and food in the café. There’s a time and a place for that nonsense. Complaining while working is not the time to do it.

I go to this Starbucks because its close to my house but from now on I will just go to big drive where they actually get my order right. Soy caramel machiatto at kids temp… not a hard drink. Yet they can’t seem to give me SOY and its not just I like the taste I can’t have milk so I just wasted 5 dollars to have something I can’t drink. No longer wasting my money here. Very busy for a small location. Very friendly staff and they really care, especially if you are a returning customer. Just doublecheck your order to make sure they got it right.

Not only did my sister change drinks last minute but I added one when I got to the window & I want to say that Ricardo didn’t sigh, or give me attitude once. I believe there’s a manager there named Sarah who unfortunately didn’t have great customer service a previous visit. I was skeptical coming back for that reason but Ricardo was nothing but nice.

I live closer to a walk-in Starbucks but drove to a drive-thru Starbucks yesterday because I didn’t feel like getting out of my car; I felt lazy. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar and drove up to the window. Blake, the guy who took my order, repeated my order as he took my card and repeated the order again as he handed me my drink. As I drive away, I realize my order was incorrect; there was no sugar in my coffee. Ugh. I had to park and go back inside to fix my drink. The purpose of a drive-thru is for someone who wants to be in & out quick and for people like me, who are lazy and don’t want to go inside. I was livid. Yes, over coffee. This is the third incident where this location forgets to add cream and/or sugar in my coffee— the most basic drink! The part that gets to me the most is the guy is repeating my order or asking me what type of sweetener i’d like in my coffee… and I end up getting none! This place needs to get it together.

Service is okay but they always run out of breakfast food. I went in at 10:20am and all they had left was a sausage sandwich. This seems to be a very busy location so unsure why they don’t order more breakfast sandwiches to accommodate patrons.

I’ve been going here steady for at least 8 months. There always friendly. They know my order even when I change it up they follow it the next day. I even had a problem with another store once & they fixed it for me. THEWHOLETEAMISAWESOME!!! Id give more stars if I could!

I usually get pretty good service! But the girl today that helped me yikes! I think she needed some coffee! She was very monotone. And she forgot about my sandiwch I waited over ten minutes for it. And this other barista that has been there for a while was rude when I asked her about my sandiwch. Oh well. I’ll try and use the Starbucks down by Lawrence instead.

Came here before school at around 6:50−7am. Barista was nice and welcoming but they took forever to make my drink and there wasn’t anyone else in line or waiting for their drink. And they even messed up my order after the barista asked me back to confirm that my order was correct. They gave me a white mocha when I ordered a white hot chocolate. Most likely will not be coming back. Going to the starbucks 2 blocks away just off Lawrence Expwy.

Much better than typical location with nice furniture. Always crowded with tourists and students. Staff is very friendly. I feel ashamed going here living in Amsterdam buts it’s right down the street and one of the few places I can get a coffee for take-away easily. I’m weaning myself off of it… One criticism: They don’t seem to know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. all milk drinks = lots of milk to them…

I used to like this Starbucks since it has a drive-thru(awesome for us lazy people!), but I feel like the service has been getting slower and slower. On my most recent trip(Sunday morning around 10:45am), I placed two orders at the drive-thru line. They got my size wrong for my first order(tried to give me a Grande vs. Venti), then completely missed on my second order(Venti Pike’s Place). We barely got an apology, and what was worse, the kids working the drive thru window were having an entire conversation with their buddy who was in the line! It sounded like an off duty colleague from what I heard of the conversation(which was basically the entire thing since the window was open) — totally unprofessional! They need to have a manager on duty to watch over these kids and explains how behavior like this is not good customer service. To top off my experience, one of my cups had caramel sauce on the side that they didn’t bother to wipe off! I’ll give this location another chance but I really hope they shape up their staff soon.

wow my $ 10 just paid your salary. I felt ripped off the minute I ordered at the drive thru. If you can’t get a fucken smile for $ 10 what can you get the coffees sucked! The prices are much higher than other starbucks

I used to love this Starbucks. Not only because it’s a block away from home but Because of the friendly staff each morning in the drive thru. Oh how that has changed once they put Misty in the drive thru. Now all I get is messy cups and a monotone voice. No enthusiasm at all. Grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning is what makes your day start out right. If Misty is working that morning, your day is f’d. Please bring sunshine back to the drive thru.

Updated and clean… baristas are pretty consistent and friendly. Lots of «usuals» come to hang out, do homework/work and socialize. Drive-thru is convenient and usually quick.

Not my favorite Starbucks. They’re pretty friendly and all, but the atmosphere for working isn’t great. It’s small and has very limited seating. The drinks are standard, and the baristas have never made a mistake on my drinks here. But all in all, it’s a typically Starbucks and it does have less of a crowd than the one near it by Lawrence and El Camino so that is a plus.

How can you not like a drive-thru Starbucks??? It’s like the best thing, right next to duct tape! I went there this afternoon and ordered their fall special, Salted Caramel Mocha. I also ordered a kid’s hot chocolate. The employee suggested I order another drink, since it was Buy One Get One Free on the fall drinks. She let me change the kid’s hot chocolate to a kid’s Salted Caramel Chocolate. So, I got two drinks for the price of one! I do drive-thru every so often. It’s a busy Starbucks which is also its downfall. Because it’s busy, the drive-thru always has a fairly long line. It’s definitely a wait. But if you have the time and need to be in the car(ie… sleeping kid in the backseat) then it’s worth the wait.

I love this location! They have a drive thru and are so very nice! There is a much busier yet much less friendly Starbucks on the corner of el camino and Lawrence, but this one is WAY cleaner, WAY friendlier and WAY more accomodating. This Starbucks has never told me no, I can’t get a pour over in drive thru or in the store like the other location. One time, they even let me call in my order and pick it up in drive thru. How handy is that? All the guys that work there are really nice and tonight Chris was no exception. They always remember what we order, my other half has a bit of a complicated order, yet they never forget it. So worth it to go the extra couple blocks to this location.

I’ve been here a few times as this is right next to one of my client’s houses. The staff were kind of hit and miss — one time the barista was kind of rude and not listing so well but another time my barista was super nice. That’s humans for ya. The drive thru took forever, I usually go inside but I was in a hurry. Guess I picked wrong, lesson learned!
