10 Minute Speed Oil Change Center

I found this place when I was living in Sunnyvale and I still come back to it even though I moved away. The people here are really helpful and kind. Clarence is THE BEST!
It’s fast, the price is fair and I will keep coming back for as long as I am in the Bay Area!

Thank you Clarence! He Did a great job for me. And even pumped up my tires. He also got me the best deal on premium oil and filter. When they say 10 minutes they mean 10 minutes. Best experience ever!

Name of the business says it all. Took about 10 minutes for an oil change, and I could stay in the car.

I came in during my lunch and was out way before I had to go back. There was even a person before me. These guys are quick, efficient, and humble. Was with them the whole time as they changed the oil and they seemed like nice chill ppl. Will be coming back.

Went here for an oil change earlier this month and everything was good. I came back today to get the oil changed in my other car and did not have the same experience.
I brought my own oil + filter both times, so all they have to do is drain and refill. Before starting they informed me that the price was $ 28, which was $ 5 more than 2 weeks ago. I called BS and so we went to talk to the manager. Rather than even PRETEND to work with me, the manager was visibly upset that I was even bothering him and didn’t believe me about the prior price… until I showed him my credit card transaction. Then said he didn’t care, price was $ 28 the prior one was a mistake.
Even better is what happened afterward: he looked up the repair order to find the error and get the employees name. He then announced he was going to reprimand him and make him pay for it. Nice. It’s $ 5, and you just lost a customer for life.

Like the name says, they are quick and you will be out of there within 10 minutes. No need to even get out of your car. Decent price, people are pretty friendly for the most part except for this once instance years ago with an extremely rude assistant manager, but I’m pretty sure he’s no longer there (unsurprising b/​c the guy was a dick.)
I like that they have the coupon card. You get stamped every time you go and after 10 stamps you get a free oil change, or something like that.

I went for an oil change. They worked on the car. I took it home and it smokes.
I opened the hood and cap was left off. The engine bay is covered with engine oil.
I replaced the cap and went to another shop to fill the oil and clean up.
They told me the engine oil was not changed but new oil was just added.
So, the engine was overfilled and cap was open so… you get the picture?

I ended up getting my oil changed at the same place that does my smog check. It’s closer to my house, cheaper and they get great reviews. I am very satisfied with this place:

My daughter and son-​in-​law recommended this place to me and I was very glad I went. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Although we moved close to Morgan Hill, I went back to them again. Customer service is a dying art but not with them. Thanks guys for a job well done. You should be proud of yourselves :-)

Fast, honest, and… did I say fast? I couldn’t remember the last time I had my oil changed on my Civic, so had an inkling I should do. Came in on a Saturday morning, and prepared for a wait. In and out in 20 minutes.
Clarence popped the hood, and gave me the bad news that 2011 and newer Civics only take synthetic oil (those bastards!). So at least I knew it was going to be more expensive beforehand. He then informed me that, in fact, my car is smarter than me and I actually still had like 40% left. I’ve been so used to an old POS car for so long, never knew that a car would actually tell you when it’s time to have your oil changed. Heh… heh…oops. (I swear I’m not your stereotypical woman that knows nothing about cars)
So…honesty, helpfulness, and speed. Good people, and I like this place.

Very welcoming first time experience here, Clarence helped me right away and answered any questions or concerns I had. He was a very friendly guy and i’m definitely coming back the next time I need an oil change or anything done that they can do in 5 – 10 minutes! At first I was iffy about it because 10 minutes is a little too fast for an oil change that i usually have to wait at least 45 min-​an hour for but he gained my trust! I recommend this place to people who need a quick oil change

BEWARE! You will be robbed. $ 85 for an oil change on a Toyota! This was not even for synthetic oil either. Their price guide is a total lie. It says $ 30 for a basic oil change, $ 15 extra for synthetic blend $ 30 extra for full synthetic. I got the most basic package with synthetic blend and somehow my bill was $ 85. Also they don’t tell you how much you will pay until they are done. Please pass on this place. Terrible business practices, they lie, cheat and steal. You will actually save money getting your oil changed at the dealership. Trust me you will pay more than advertised.

I came in for an oil change prior to heading out on a long trip. Andre alerted me to the fact that I needed to replace my battery ASAP.
So grateful for being saved from being unexpectedly stranded on the side of the road in the near future!

Very fast service during lunch break, true to their 10 minute claim. I enjoyed the service I received from the manager here.

$ 43 for «high mileage» oil change — they send you a $ 7 rebate in the mail when you do an oil change. It’s slightly cheaper at the «9 minute» one in Palo Alto, and I think they have a coupon online somewhere. In terms of speed, I didn’t notice a difference.
People here are friendly, fast (duh), and no nonsense. Love it!

used to drive a good distance to come here cause I do love a 10 min speed oil change. seen new employees here the last couple times I been here and the 10 min thing is now a lie.
and lies hurt.
yesterday came there after work and there was a few cars in the lot and no one came out to direct or acknowledge the cars forming a line into the street. I just backed up and left after 10 – 15 mins.

Today I almost had an accident because of these guys. They did not properly screwed the bottom cover of my car when changed oil a months ago. Today that thing unscrewed in a middle of freeway and landed on a ground shrieking and grinding.
Also it started smell like a burnt rubber.
Never ever return to this unprofessional speedy guys.
My advice-​Avoid!

I came here shortly after 5pm on a weekday and had my oil change done. They upselled me on a high mileage oil for an extra $ 10 and I figured why not since it is supposedly better for the engine. I got $ 5 off for showing up between 5−7pm on a weekday anyway so the entire service ended up being around $ 41. The service was quick and I didn’t have to wait for anyone. They work on a first come first serve basis. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
