I highly recommend Precision for their integrity and work done for my car. I have brought a groupon coupon for oil change and took my car to Precision, they have done the oil change and recommended the parts (valve cover gasket) which I am supposed to replace as they were leaking big time. I have replaced them for decent price. The guy (PJ)at help desk is very customer friendly and I would come here back again for my car repairs and oil change.

Lovely, honest staff and a very fast oil change. PJ and the Theresa were a pleasure to work with. :)

Second time visiting this location and I am so happy with the service!!! PJ was quick and my car was ready in minutes. My tire pressure warning light kept coming on and he checked all the tires and got me on my way. Thank you PJ!!!

First, Early, the manager, told me he was aware I had been paying a lot of money for my car since he has a complete history of my service. If nothing else, it showed he understood the cost of repair. Then, after changing the two drive belts we agreed upon, the crew changed all of the drive belts for no extra charge.
In all, they spent six unpaid hours to make sure everything was just right!

How fun, to go get an oil change on my BIRTHDAY! But we stopped here before we went to Golfland and they were fantastic. Coupon for $ 16.95, and the staff was SUPER nice, they were really nice to our pittie dog (keep in mind dog can’t be in car during the work) and we had coffee on their nice deck while we waited, which wasn’t very long at all, just about long enough to have a cup of coffee! They went the extra distance for us too. THANK YOU!!!

These guys are honest and reliable. I truly recommend them. After I saw a Groupon for oil change I contacted them through email to see if I can use the Groupon to change the oil on my car which is a sport car given that I bring my own oil and filters. The district manager responded to my email and kindly agreed to do so. He also contacted the shop and asked the staff to take care of me. I received a wonderful service with only $ 17 Groupon price. This is awesome specially with all the complexities of the sport cars.
The staff are friendly, honest, and supportive and the manager is wonderful.

After talking with them about the problems I was having and thinking what I thought was wrong with it. I was right the fuel filter was clogged. Was very happy with that and nothing major with it. They did tell me the front shocks were bad and should me them. Another bill not what I wanted. But had to be done. $ 300.00. But did treated me right.

Got a groupon for Oil Change. My car was new so they couldn’t upsell anything. However, they charged me extra for it being «synthetic» oil. $ 47 extra for synthetic, groupon for approx. $ 19.99, I could have gone to the dealership and received better service.
Also, I changed my own oil quite recently and realized they had filled only 4 quarts of oil when my car needs 5 quarts. They also over-​tightened my oil drain plug.
I do not recommend you buy a Groupon for this place. They are crappy and unethical. Avoid at all costs

After many years of looking for a professional and honest car service, I finally found one: the Precision n 1978, he founded Romania’s Annual Conference on Semiconductors, which later became an international IEEE event. Tune Auto Care in Sunnyvale, at 135 North Wolfe # 10. I do not always write good reviews… See the other one for a Sunnyvale dealer…
The guys I just discovered were honest in the first place. They told me clearly how much they will charge (catalog price, not one made up based on my foreign accent!), then test drove the car with me, after which they lifted it up and checked everything, with me looking on from the outside. They also checked all the fluids. In the end, manager P. G. informed me that he did not find anything of concern and that he «will not charge me for nothing». This is something very rare in the world of car dealers!
Living in Sunnyvale, I will always come here with my cars.

Despite ebing a pain, the oil change is still cheap here. The old guy that was always annoying is gone also so that helps. Open Sunday mornings at 9am and for that, they get my business.

I have brought an electronic coupon that includes oil change and tire rotation, but they refused tire rotation with an unacceptable reason. So I felt they do not like this coupon at all. I will find out other chain stores that is willing to serve all service items on that coupon and I will leave a review soon.

Jennifer and the staff gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain to me the issues regarding my vehicle. The entire staff ensured that I was well taken cared of and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I would recommend. This place to everyone seeking for services on their vehicle and I will definitely come back. Thank you to the team!

Background: One of my brake calipers (left rear) came loose and collapsed onto the brake rotor, creating a scraping sound while driving. Incompetent and unprofessional mechanic at the Firestone down the street provided an incorrect diagnosis of my brake issue. Was recommended to come here by Jen over at Firestone.
PJ provided excellent customer service. During my first visit, I forgot to bring my wheel locks, so they couldn’t remove my wheels to work on my brakes. PJ offered for me to drop my car off before business hours the next day so that I could get to work on time. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of my brake repair. In order to fix my brakes, they had to get parts delivered from out of town, but I was able to pick up the car after work the same day (the repair had already been completed much earlier). PJ decided to only charge me for the standard brake inspection labor, and waive the cost of the parts used. He personally placed my wheel lock in my center console, in case the mechanic or I forgot about it later. That’s going the extra mile for the customer. I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews, but I want to go the extra mile to write one for PJ and his team. I will be coming back here for future auto repair needs.

The best customer service experience I’ve ever received, or witnessed. The shop was extremely busy, but PJ and the other manager treated everyone who came in and called as if they were the first and only customer they had. Great Value, Sincere Honesty, and Great Service!
As they were backing my car out of the garage he noticed a reverse light was out and fixed in on the spot.
I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or any auto service.

Thank you PJ for being attentive and honest with the service, I greatly appreciate that. Will definitely be stopping by again if I do make the road trip from LA to SF again. The crew were also a good team and that I wish I got to know them in person.

I got a deal from Groupon but carelessly let it expired. Fortunately, this morning I ran into PJ who nicely honored my expired Groupon. The service is great and professional, they also gave me good advice to maintain my car in good shape. I will come back and look for PJ next time.

I used a Groupon purchase for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was good and fairly quick. Spencer suggested a couple of unrelated repairs for the safely of the vehicle. I approved one of the repairs since I was already aware of the problem. Overall it was a good experience.

What horrible customer service. I used a Groupon for oil change and the manager keep asking me to spend more money because he doesn’t make anything off Groupon. When he found out I don’t need anything beyond an oil change, he started disparaging me for using Groupon and not spending addition $$s. He also said this out loud in front of other customer who is there. I thought the whole point about Groupon is to give the customer a feel of the establishment and entice the customer to come back later upon a good customer experience.
This is a case of pursue of profit bottom line over customer service, this manager will alienate anyone who doesn’t buy anything beyond an oil change. How can you expect any returning customers if you treat them like SH*T

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! I bought the one oil change for $ 16 off of groupon (had to pay $ 2.12 for tax at the shop). They’re suppose to change my oil, top off vital fluids, do a tire rotation, tire pressure check & a vehicle maintenance check. I was surprise on how fast they finished with my car. I drove off thinking they did everything they’re suppose to, but once I got to my destination I decided to check my tires because I knew one of my wheels needed some air and to my surprise it was still a little flat so they didn’t check my tire pressure & didn’t put air. So pretty much they just BROKE THE LAW by not doing that. I then decided to check if they topped off all my fluids, but guess what?! They didn’t do that also! I wouldn’t be surprise if they didn’t actually do an oil change smfh! They get 1 star for the nice woman in the front. At least she have good customer service skills.

I would not surprised why this place has two stars review. This shop near my place so I stopped by to fix my car.
I would suggest you should go to Jiffy Lupe if you would like better customer service.
I ended up didn’t do any services here even with the coupon since the technician turns me down right when I walked in.
They told me that the coupon for scanning won’t be able to help diagnose how much it cost me to fix the car. The staff maybe not that experience. Either way, they told me it costs $ 120 to diagnose event bough I
Jiffy Lube (opposite) or Tom Repair (next door) have better customer services.
