Worst subway by far! The girls that work there are soooo rude its disgusting. Never have i gone into this subway and seen anyone happy or even greet me. They are so inexperienced that multiple times they have made me a sandwich without the tuna in it! Thank god i was eating in and pointed it out saddest part they never apologized. The only reason i would go into this subway is when im desperate

Connie at Subway was articulate, generous, funny and a great server at this location. The whole staff is very welcoming to all the patrons. They are great!!!

Stopped in to get a sandwich and was helped by the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. If you don’t want to start your day off with dealing with someone that must hate their job, don’t come here.

Worst customer service, not even good morning I say good morning and I have not respond at all then just like this, (r u ready to order?) waou i say, attendance gives you attitude bad attitude, maria and tyvon lunch time on saturday, dont go here, pay a little more and go next block quiznos, better attention,

The service is great there are never any lines. It’s quick easy and affordable! It’s my go to after gym spot.

I love this place they load on toppings ! Their cookies are always good and soft, the service is great!

So I work down the street and between my options of Carl’s and McDonalds this has been my go to spot.
The girls that work there have always been pretty friendly. I mean what do these reviewers want? Morton’s standard customer service? They are slaving putting together sandwiches all day. Cut them some slack.
$ 5 sub — anyway I want it? All day! The breakfast flatbreads are really good as well! Everything I’ve eaten there is always good and fresh. The soups are good as well.
Go there, order your sub how you want it and go eat. 5 stars.

Fast clean place. Ordered 5 sandwiches for friends. Courteous employees. They went out of the way to pack them, as I rode my bike. I’ll be back. Great deals!

This place is off the hook ive never had a cold toasted sub my stomach still hurts lola the chola could use a lesson in customer service i work localy n will never come back STEER CLEAR!!!

Definitely agree with all the other reviews. Not friendly — one out of the three girls was especially hating life. Pretty weak on the amount of toppings, had to ask for a little more each time. Soda was extremely flat but hey the chips and cookies were good! Didn’t come here expecting great customer service but your making me a sandwich, show some effort. A quick desperate lunch.

The girls that work here are the biggest tightwads ever when it comes to the way they prepare your sandwich. I usually ask for extra olives in my sandwich and they always seem to have a problem accommodating my request. You would think they are paying for the ingredients out of their paycheck!!! Its not only with the items I ask extra for, they skimp on everything from the lettuce to tomatoes to bell peppers. Its sooo annoying! I’m so glad a new subway opened up nearby recently and I won’t have to come here anymore

Bad customer service!!! I want a white egg not a yellow one! Take it down or get another employee who knows what’s going on.

ZERO STARS– Mediocre Service… Only because I do enjoy my subs and it’s convenient from where I work, I come here. They’re shady they want to charge you more than what you order.

I only come here in emergency situations. As i always say about most subways, its all about the bread. The fresher the bread is, the better the rating. The parking here really sucks. Its a shady area thats not in the best location. The workers here are a little bit pre occupied with conversation over customer service. I defintely have experienced better. I maybe have been here like 2 or 3 times. Everytime is pretty much the same mediocre service. Not a horrible place, but not the ideal Subway to stop at.

This is the first time I’ve ever stopped at this Subway. I’ve driven by it many times but never noticed it was there.
I walked in and ordered a footlong meatball sub with a cup of brocolli cheese soup. When i went, there was no other patrons. It was just me. There were 2 employees that both seemed to be of high school age. I guess that’s why the lackluster enthusiasm when preparing my food. When i was all done ordering, he rolled his eyes at me and went straight to the back room where the other employee was.
As for the food itself… I got home and found that my «toasted» sandwhich was burnt! A meatball sub has 8 meatballs cut in half with four on each side. I found it strange that when it was cut in «half» i found 2 meatballs on one side and the remaining six on the other. The soup was so lumpy that I couldn’t stomach it after 2 spoonfuls.
Overall I just had a bad experience with this particular subway.
