If I have an option, I would give no star for their service. My girlfriend went through a bad divorce this year and the kids are with the ex-husband for valentines’ weekend. So I wanted to send her flowers this valentines. The company was supposed to deliver the flowers on Friday, 2/12, but my friend wasn’t home. So they rearranged the delivery for Monday, 2⁄15 after only one fail attempt on 2⁄12. My girlfriend is not home Monday-Thursday. So I am not sure how they plan to arrange the delivery. By the time she receives the flowers, it will likely be DEAD!!! First, I am not sure why they request for the recipient’s phone number, but do not contact the person directly to make delivery arrangement. Second, when I spoke with them on 2⁄13 about the situation, they were still taking orders online for last minute delivery. But my order which was placed a week in advance could not be fulfilled? I am confused about the integrity and values of their business. Third, although the representative from the company called to mitigate the issue, he failed to do a follow up call as promised for the second delivery. So I am still not sure what’s going on with the flowers. They expect my girlfriend to sit at home alone all day on Valentine’s Day to wait for their flower delivery. The company even charged me an extra $ 14.99 to ensure morning delivery! I would not use FTD service. They just can’t guarantee to deliver what they promise. So it’s a risk you will take going with them. I am not new to using online flower delivery services. This is by far the worse experience.

Very disappointed I wish I would of viewed comments on here prior to ordering online. Very misleading!!! Flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture!!! I was embarrassed at the arrangement delivered!!! Pay the extra money an order from anyone other than FTD!!!

We went to to order Get Well flower for my sister-in-law. The site was misleading in many ways. First, we thought we were getting a 20% discount, but this was not the case. Next, the bouquet that arrived had half as many flowers as pictured on the website. The FTD customer service rep stated that this is because the photos on the web have ALL the flowers in the arrangement facing the camera, so, when you get the bouquet, it will be half as full. We spend $ 100(there was an additional delivery charge) on a small bouquet with very few flowers. STRONGLYSUGGEST that if you want to spend $ 100 on a Get Well present, that you get a day of maid service for the recovering person, or another service that is really worth $ 100. That’s a lot of money for a very substandard bouquet.

truly terrible. NEVER use FTD! Flowers wilted in two days, they initially refused to replace them, then finally the replacement was half the size. I’ll never use them again.

If this is associated with , buyer beware — their floral arrangements look nothing like what you see on their website. My friend took a picture of the bouquet she received and my jaw dropped. The arrangement looked like something a 3yr old put together. It was haphazard and looked completely bare. Did you guys run out of fillers to put into your bouquets? The flowers were swinging around and arranged that did not look appeasing at all to the eye. Geez, what a poor impression you leave of the person who bought the flowers from you. I will never go to through these guys again. Just go to show if you want something to be done right, you have to see it through until the end. I’m going through my local florist next time.
