This office is the most unorganized business I have ever dealt with. They wrote down my credit card number, did NOT process my payment and I have still not been notified what happened with my cc #! I even called back and said something was fishy about the payment I previously called in. Then after my actual payment was phoned in AGAIN 2 weeks later I am told I can’t have a copy of my insurance card easily faxed to me because it is still showing pending on their end. It has been 5 business days! They are frustrating and obviously have no desire to keep a long time policy holder. I am willing to pay MORE to deal with a different PROFESSIONAL insurance agency.
