Ann Moody Sill Dance Studio

I was looking for a dance studio for my daughter age 6 at the time in 2015, I decided to try Ann Moody dance studio for a summer ballet class and i must say the teachers are amazing! Ms. Cindy and Ms. Chasity are both awesome teachers. It’s been 1 yr now, My daughter is taking ballet, jazz, Tap and hiphop and I must say she have learned so much and her confidence is so high, I can see it when she dance. They teach them a lot of routines in a short space of time, however the routines are age appropriate. We are looking forward to my daughters 1^st 2016 recital at the Wortham Theatre, the costumes are beautiful. Mrs. Ann knows her stuff, she’s a no nonsense person its all about teaching them to dance which is the purpose the girls are there. I highly recommend this school. If you are looking for a dance school in which you will get your moneys worth, and your child will walk away knowing the fundamentals of dance, this is the place! The staff isn’t over friendly, however they make you feel welcome and they do a great job overall, the cost is also reasonable. Very professional staff. stop by and see for yourself. Mrs. Ann, Thanks for providing a place for our kids to learn to dance and strive to be better at what they do.

Unless you are into competitive dance this place is for you. They do a great job building the foundation the children need to prepare themselves for drill team or cheer. Start them young, they have the staff to handle it.

Great recitals that take place annually showcasing the best and brightest young ladies and men that can tumble, spin, groove, and bring down the house with outstanding performances from lyrical to classical ballet. The teachers are sweet and spunky and I always had fun attending my friend’s classes after school or whenever they would visit or perform. Definitely a great place to take your child to learn to use their feet!

I haven’t been here yet but a heads up that I’m gonna visit here at AMSDS tomorrow to see what’s it like there. If I love it I’ll go there. I know like 5 people from my school that goes there too. Jordan Christie, Catalina, Cassandra, and more. But some people say that it’s a class where it teaches you to learn to dance. But other people say that it’s horrible there and the people are extremely mean. I don’t know about them but I’ll go check it out tomorrow and see who was right. And later when I do check it out I’ll keep you posted if I liked it or not. My friends who want to go here says it’s too expensive but that’s not a problem for me the only problem now is if I like it or not. so I’ll tell you guys tomorrow if I liked it and join it or not.
