I am not a gaming fanatic like I used to be but I like competition and I think Gamestop needed some good competition. I cam here to look for a particular game that my son was talking about. First, the staff there is HIGHLY knowledgeable about gaming and I was very impressed. Second, I was impressed that I could bring in my old gaming systems for credit. They had them all lined up against the wall. They had Atari games in there that I had never heard of before. The prices seem to be good and I am not familiar with any of their reward programs. It seems like they have lots of activities going on for gamers that are not necessarily affiliated with the store. Bottom line is that I would rather come here first before going to Gamestop.

Received a call tonight from a young lady who was representing the store. She had called to inform me that a video game I had pre-ordered had arrived and was waiting for me. I was thankful for the call but a little surprised considering I thought the game had not be released yet. I asked her multiple times, «are you sure?» She assured me the game was there and had actually«been out for about a week.» I was taken back. I said«ok.» I get to the store, and ask for my game. The girl looks, and can’t find it. Then she realizes her mistake and tells me it’s next month! Why do I know more about a game’s release date than an employee? How can you make such a glaring mistake when it’s in your computer system? As a manager of a business, I understand mistakes happen(that’s why I am giving a 2 out of 5) BUT you need better training and customer service so that this doesn’t happen to busy people like myself again.

Great customer service, a variety of things to purchase and constantly changing incentives and deals make this place the best around for your video game needs. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated small business.

This place has everything from the Atari 2600 to the PS4. The service is fantastic and they set games out for people too play while they are in the store. the only flaw is that most of the games they get come from trade-ins, but they will actually special the game you are looking for if they do not have it. All in all, this is the ideal place for the classic and modern gamer.

I really like this place. My boyfriend heard about it through a friend as they were having a special deal on trade in games. He has a ridiculous amount of video games that he no longer plays so he decided to trade them in. We had two options– the video games could be sold for 80 bucks or we could have a store credit of $ 250. UM– STORECREDIT! It’s awesome, they have every old gaming system possible– even ones I’ve never heard of. The staff is super friendly and we got the pleasure of meeting the owner. It’s great to meet someone who just decided they want to do something they love. It’s a nice little shop and they are our go-to for all of our video games. I’d like to personally thank them for my Zumba game as I definitely enjoy it. The prices are incredibly modest.

This store opened right around Christmas time, but yesterday was the first time I was able to check it out. The concept is simple — buy/trade games and game consoles. The kicker is that they have everything from the old school Atari to the XBOX to the PS3 gaming systems as well as both old and new games. Game cube game? Yes, they have them. It’s not a huge store, but if you’re looking for something that cannot be found elsewhere, check this place out. Another great thing is that they offer kids a discount with their report cards as long as its brought in within 2 weeks of being issued. 30% off for A’s and 10% off for B’s. Good stuff.
