Is there a zero star? My husband and I took a very picture to be reframed to Michael’s on Dec 1. This large picture was our Christmas present to each other. We wanted to save the frame since I paid over $ 600 for it at the Newport News store. I was told NO. I bought a whole new frame setting. $ 489. Told us it would be ready 12⁄17. No phone call. On 12⁄20 we returned to the store and found our picture completed, but no on had called us. We got the picture home, and the picture was coming apart.
My husband returned to the store on 12⁄21 and spoke a store Manager who said it would be fixed the following day. She assured us someone would call. No phone call. Christmas Eve came and my husband returned to the store for our present. He was told other «frames» were a priority for Christmas, please return on Saturday.
We have spent over $ 1000 for this picture. The worst customer service ever. No frame. Broken, etc. Go anywhere but here.

I have the same comment as the other two reviewers… always a line to check out. Also, if I need help finding something I have better luck asking another customer because it is impossible to find a sales associate. The few times I have been to this location I just ended up walking out with nothing purchased. This is because of the lines and it also seems a little crowded with products.

Love it here! My only downfall is the amount of registers they have open. Ok i get it, if there are only 2 ppl maybe 5 ppl in line one register is ok. But when you have a line that stretches to the aisles… then yeah I need more cashiers to be on it! They always have a nice clearance section and $ 1 section. Definitely good for stocking stuffers or just because gifts. It’s crowded here (items everywhere) you barely hv enough room for more than one person to share an aisle. Don’t have a cart… sheeeeesh! But it’s almost like wal-mart…if you come to buy one thing you will leave for 5 or more!

They offer a ton of craft stuff and if you get on the email list they have great coupons. But it’s too full of stuff/​junk and there is always a line to check out and yesterday they denied me an educator discount b/​c my card doesn’t have my photo on it. Always used it before no issues, but no longer.
I don’t like to shop here… but they usually have craft supplies I want and aren’t willing to pay shipping for from online vendors.
