Barry Sanders Supercenter Hyundai

Well, I tried to give Barry Sanders the benefit of my doubts, but I can honestly say. This is the WORST dealership ever! I did as you requested and called the manager. Todd was very nice, he understood my frustrations and asked me to give him a chance to make it right. He was kind enough to have an employee come to my work to bring me a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I really thought things would get straightened out. A week and a half later my husband gets a call saying I had two tire sensors out (which they should have caught the first time, not the 4^th!) the cost would be $ 113.00 to replace the two sensors. The gentleman explained they had done everything they possible could to get the noise from the front end to stop, but they were unsuccessful. My husband doubts that we ever needed shocks or mounts. My husband agreed to pay for the tire sensors and told him we’d be in Wednesday to pick up our car. Now, while we had their loaner car, I personally cleaned the inside because it was filthy and it stunk. I washed it and filled it up with gas before we returned it. We pick up my car and their was bird crap all over it. I didn’t complain, I just figured I’d go get it washed. I arrive at the car wash, go to grab my container full of quarters and everything in my middle console was STOLEN!!! My iPhone cords, my husbands spare htc cord, my auxiliary cord, my power charger and ALL MY QUARTERS, which was at least $ 20.00 worth. I was so mad and extremely upset. I just can’t believe how I trusted this dealership and the people who worked there. When I called to give them hell, the service department was already closed but sales was still opened. I left a message for Todd and the service manager to call me. I personally would like to know who the disrespectful person is who stole MY BELONGINGS!!! Someone is suppose to call me back in the morning. They better make this situation right by returning all my personal items. I beyond pissed and disappointed with every aspect of the dealership. Don’t be burned like I was. Go to another dealership!!!

Avoid this dealership at all cost! I bought a new (2013 model) Doge Ram 3500 dually 4×4 with the 6.7 Cummings diesel about a year and half ago. I also bought the extended warranty plan with this truck.
A few weeks ago I decided to trade this truck in (only 11 000 miles on it) for a Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4×4. My payment on the Dodge Ram 3500 was about $ 730 a month (including extended warranty).
After they figured their «numbers» they came back with only $ 50 a month less to down trade to a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT!
Really!!!
I got to give them credit for trying! They even wanted the remainder of my mortgage included in my payment plan for additional months and other «numbers».
I told them I had to pass on this «deal». They was a bit upset and mad when I left!
But again, the one star rating is for the sales people trying!
About 3 days after I left that day they called me and could «sweeten» the deal. I told them I was going to explore different trucks (half ton) at different dealerships. They did not like that.
The person that called me from Barry Sanders said,
«Go ahead, if you’re gonna do that we don’t need your business!!!»
As of yesterday I’m the proud owner of a new Chevrolet Silverado 4×4 LT half ton with lots of extras! And here’s the kicker, it knocked of $ 240 a month with my trade in! Instead of $ 50 at Barry Sanders!
When I traded my truck at Bob Howard for the Chevrolet Silverado yesterday I was made aware that I can get a refund on my extended warranty that I bought for the Dodge Ram 3500. The friendly finance lady at Bob Howard told me how to get about it. Unfortunately I had to go back to Barry Sanders with my purchase paperwork, trade in paper work and odometer verification etc.
So this morning I took my new truck to Barry Sanders and told him I wanted a refund on the extended warranty plan not used. I think they did remember me!!! Very rude service today. I asked them if they could tell me how much my refund was going to be. And if I could get a phone number to the extended warranty place (which is outsourced) to verify the correct refund if needed. They told me I could not have the number for the extended warranty company.
Vincent, the finance guy at Barry Sanders told me I should have a check in the mail in 4 – 6 weeks for my refund. And if I wanted to know how much the refund was to call Barry Sanders Monday back. That’s because Vincent told me «they know you!»
I said ok. Thank you and walked out. No you’re welcome was mentioned on Barry Sanders end. So I turned around at the door and said thank you again to Vincent! He did say a you’re welcome without eye contact.
When buying a new vehicle I would avoid this dealership and shop around in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. It saved me a bunch!!!

This dealership is not worth your time. My son has his jeep there for a look at the muffler and rear tire. It has now been Two Weeks! We will drive anywhere but there again.

Don’t buy a car here unless you plan to way over pay for a car. They take advantage of younger people! I got screwed over so bad on my car that there is no way I can trade it in for something better!!! They are known in Stillwater for taking advantage of people and screwing them over!!!

Hands down the worst car buying experience ever! Unprofessional, impolite and zero integrity. We left without a car and lost 3 hrs of our time.

Traded in for a 2013 Santa Fe. David & Mo were great sales reps!

I thought I was happy with my vehicle until i had to keep taking it back in for repair issues. Of course none of them were covered by the platinum warranty they had me purchase for $ 3000. After this insident today I am finished I am looking for another vehicle and will be trading this one in. Never again will I use Barry Sander’s Supercenter. Beware they tell you what you want to hear just to sell a vehicle.
