Specialties

We make spirits that contain only Washington-​grown ingredients and they are all distilled in a 300-​gallon still and then a small cooper still. Our products include an Apple Pie Brandy, a Moonshine Corn Whiskey, and a Cinnamon Corn Whiskey. We also make fruit brandies and seasonal small-​run batches of fruit cordials. We will have our Bourbon and Single-​Malt ready once they have finished the barrel-​aging process.

History

Established in 2012.

We are a family owned and operated business that was named after our pops, Skunk. The idea to start a distillery actually came from both of Skunk’s sons and his daughter-​in-​law home brewing beer and having a blast doing so! Scott, the younger son, is not much of a beer connoisseur but really enjoyed the process. He chose to look into what it would take to make a great legal whiskey. He did the paperwork and we found a perfect spot up in Stevenson to make our start. With a family history of moonshining, we are here to carry on a legacy of whiskey!

Scott is co-​owner and lead distiller. When he isn’t making Whiskey he is a Firefighter with the Oregon Military Dept.
