Excellent service. Estimate was exactly on target. They showed me the calculations for their estimate versus a few others who just gave me random overpriced numbers. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. Our bathroom was done so cleanly that my wife couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend it.

We purchased a new home in 2012 and needed to immediately redo our bathroom. We were so excited to hire Tibana Tile. They gave us a reasonable estimate and seemed to really understamd our needs and wants for our newly remodeled batnroom. picking out our tile at their showroom was easy enough as was setting up a work schedule. Within 1 week of finishing, not only did we notice missing grout, but 80% of the grout was cracked. They came back and fixed it. Soon after, the same thing happened. I called them again. The owner came to examine and said I needed a touch up but I’d have to go get silicone and seal my window myself because they don’t work with silicone. What?! The whole reason we had to redo the bathroom was due to water damage from the window! We discussed this before any work was done. Even so, he never came back for the touch up and follow up phone calls were not returned. My bathroom doesn’t look 1 year old it looks 25 years old! I have cracked and missing grout everywhere, not just in my shower, my whole bathroom! It looks terrible. It makes me want to cry when I think of how we spent almost $ 3,000 and it looks like we never did anything. I still hope that by some miracle they will come and re-grout my bathroom and fix it like the owner said he would. I paid a lot of money and unfortunately it doesn’t look that way.

Tibana Tiles just left and did a clean and professional job in my mother’s kitchen. From the selection process of the tile, to the estimate to the final installation Tibana has been the best. I went to three other places, one close by to Tibana, the other on Richmond Avenue and Victory and one in Port Richmond. The worst was the one on Richmond Avenue. The owner came for 50 seconds to do the estimate and that was after I kept asking him to come by. He was rude and because our kitchen was not in a Mc Mansion he didn’t think it was necessary to show us any respect. The other two places were fine enough but felt the most professional, helpful and ethical was Tibana Tiles. Adolfo and his daughter Mary are so great. The two guys that came here were craftsmen, not just tile installers. The costs were highly competitive as well.
