Terrible, overpirced and unfriendly staff. The main goal of this staff is to get as much money out of you as possible. My insurance pays upto $ 150 for frames. The frames I got looked great but ended up costing $ 300 out of pocket. $ 450 frames??? I got the frames about a week later and searched online using the model number on the glasses. The frames were for $ 183. I understand your store needs to mark the price up a little to make money but $ 267 mark up? Are you serious ?? Then they will charge $ 200 for «special non scratch lens.» Sears sells those same exact lenses for $ 49 (free with purchase of frames). Do not go here, even for an eye exam. They’ll try to charge you $ 20 to get your prescription if you want to get glasses from somewhere else even though NY law states patients cannot be charged to receive a paper copy of their prescription.
