If you like to eat deformed micro wings with barely any meat on it. This is the place to be. Love the flavor options. Hate the portion size of the wings.

This is my go to when I’m hungry! The original philly cheese steak is amazing. love the teriyaki sauce ! The Mexican items are great too. my fave is the bean burrito and the nachos w cheese sauce. I’m not a big wing person but there’s are always crispy and the sauce is great.

One thing should be noted, beware the nachos or quesadillas. It should be a given with these types of places but I figured I would give it a shot anyway because I usually go for those foods. I couldn’t even finish either of them and no one in my family could either, and they openly love processed fake food! I’ll stick to the jalapeño poppers… My boyfriend gets the original boneless wings in medium and loves them! So unlike their wings, I guess their other food isn’t «out of this world»

When this place first opened they were really good, no exaggeration I ate there 2 – 3 a week. Then they started to go down hill so I stopped going. Today i decided to give them another chance… and it was absouletly disgusting. The wings and fries were soggy, after 2 wings out of 10, I was done, it was seriously that bad. It’s a shame to see such a good restaurant, go bad. I’ll never eat from planet wings again.

Ordered 30 wings half butter garlic and half leaping lizard when I got home I noticed one package of wings was plain(no sauce was on the wings). When I called a girl answered I explained the problem she transferred me to a male with an Indian accent .He explained the leaping lizard sauce dries uo very fast you can tell there will be a little sauce on the bottom of the container(yeah that was the plain oil from the fryer) .Sounds to me instead of helping the customer when they make a mistake you will get a lot of b/s. NOT A WAYTORUN A BUSINESS !

I’ve been to one other planet wings location, on forest avenue in staten island, and if you like the hottest sauce, suicidal, it is somehow much spicier here. I personally get leapin lizard, it is sweet, savory, and just a little spicy. I find the boneless to be pretty good, the bone in, however, are not great. Personally, I think hooters has the best bone in wings, buffalo wild wings are ok, but if you are going for boneless, it doesn’t matter. Alot of people complain about their other food, I haven’t had anything other than wings and some appetizers and sides which were good. I found the food to be hot and fresh both times I picked up from this location. It’s no hooters substitute, but it will satisfy a boneless fix.

Ordered delivery. Driver was careless and sauces were all over the bag. Also provided no straws for drinks. When I called the store requesting the driver return with straws, was treated very rudely by the manager, and was told that Id need to wait 45 minutes for straws. Never order from here. Place is sub-standard in food quality, and customer service is abysmal.

Guys whoever eats here and actually likes it is either completely stoned or their pallette has been destroyed by years of crappy food and have no business making reviews on food. I randomly order from this place, not by choice over the past 6 years of living on the island and I did so as a result of friends over a total of 5 times spanning this time frame usually when someone stumbles drunk and locates this menu. Each time we order it’s the same deal, the wings are tiny with no meat and the meat that is there is very dry, very low quality wings. The food regardless of whether you order a hamburger, a gyro, a philly cheese steak is all greasy and utterly tasteless. The bread they use for these sandwiches are the same ones you would get for cold cut sandwiches full of heavy white bread and again no flavor or crunch. The menu is fine so long as your business is to kill people slowly. Short of the very nice staff, management needs to overall ever other aspect of these chains. Just horrible, especially the next day.

I don’t even know how someone would consider this to be «food»… fries are SOGGY and taste as if they are weeks old. The«chicken wings» taste as if they were cooked in 1999 and smothered in a overbearing sauce to hide the taste. Gross. They also hire half brain dead employees, who are rude and immature.

So if your getting their wings you are golden. Once you stray from there awesome and flavorful wings your in trouble. I have ordered food on two separate occasions; one being a Philly cheese steak and the other being a large nachos. Both had little flavor and were drenched with fake cheese sauce that really had no distinct flavor. As I said steer clear of their non chicken items and you should be fine.

I tried to cut a chicken tender in half and I knocked over my plate in the process, I’ve never struggled so hard cutting a chicken TENDER in half. I feel hurt that the food is a constant disappointment. Some would call this insanity.

I got curly fries and boneless BBQ wings, food gets two stars, it was ok. However, I can’t tell you how unprofessional and immature it is when the staff is standing there cursing out each other aloud, I completely lost my appetite.

I have had the wings as well as the double supreme chicken taco. There is a decent amount of seating and if you’re really craving wings, well this will hit the spot. They aren’t the best wings I’ve had, but probably the best in the area. I’d say this is above average, but not spectacular. A little pricey for the quality, but it’s not bad.

I was going to give them 3 stars but their lack of customer accommodation costs them that extra star. So, I ordered 10 wings($ 7.49) and when I ask if I can get half in one sauce and half in another I’m told they can’t do that. So now I’m made to order two orders of 5($ 4.49) and pay $ 1.50 more because they can’t prepare my ten wings in two different sauces. I’m more upset over the fact that they made no attempt to accommodate my request than I am about paying the extra $ 1.50. I just want to know how is one order of ten different than two orders of five? Why can’t that be done? What’s the issue? They’re cheap, that’s what issue is. Further proof of that claim is visible in their Philly cheesesteaks. Onions and peppers? That’ll be extra! No self respecting establishment charges extra to put onions and peppers on a Philly cheesesteak! The«original» has nothing but meat, cheese and teriyaki sauce on it. That’s NOT a cheesesteak! Overall, the food there is just ok and the way they nickel and dime you is pathetic! The last time I’ve had Planet Wings was over a year ago and now I remember why! My final verdict is if you want GOOD wings and an amazing selection of sauces go to Buffalo Wild Wings! I never have a problem getting multiple sauces at BWW. Planet Wings could certainly learn a few things from them.

The food here was good… a couple of years ago. As other reviewers have said, delivery sucked! I live only about five blocks away and delivery would take over an hour — the food would arrive ice cold. So we started ordering for pick-up only, but then they raised their prices and decreased their portions. They charge extra for practically everything, including a tiny bag of croutons with their salads, and often forget sauces if you request them on the side. As for their wings, we refer to them as «pigeon wings» because they’re so tiny. And although they boast that they have 24 sauces, most of them also cost extra. For the record, I’m definitely reviewing the correct store: 698 Arthur Kill Rd.

If I can give no stars to this location I would I waited an hour am a half for a delivery I also live 4 blocks a way and the Order was for just 20 wings and a salad … I gave up I called after an hour and I was told it was out for delivery… I called 15 mins later asking and I said never mind cancel the order. What do I hear 20 mins later my door bell they never contacted the driver to tell em forget it. Pretty sad I sent him on his way. Lesson learned ! Pretty sad… And not the first time I waited over an hour for food … This time I didn’t put up with it…

This place is good every once and a while. Not the best wings on the planet but there are worse in the world. All the employee’s look like Typical High School Guidos. Place is kept clean but it’s not very big. Try it to see if you like it! –John

I like the variety in flavors available, but it was way too salty. I had to down so much soda just to balance it out a little bit. With 10 pieces of chicken in my meal, I was done with my soda before my 5th. The fries were soggy, and the cheese was too salty as well. I might order it again if I’m craving really unhealthy chicken, but mostly because my boyfriend likes it.

Super Fun: Tacos delivered to my front door! Highly lacking in fun: Having them delivered by a crack addict stumbling across my front lawn two hours after I placed the order, and paying for a plastic bag filled with the innerds of three tacos and the shells floating outside the box. I will be having my fun at Moe’s next time, thank you.
