Dunkin’ Donuts

I frequent at this location since it’s near my job — they continuously mess up orders and forget to add straws even when I ask at the drive thru they tell me it’s in the bag I get to work and it’s not. It’s hard drinking a large iced tea with no straw. But today I went inside since the drive thru was packed. I had my dd rewards free beverage coupon and I forgot my iced tea coupon. Fine I’ll pay full price for my ice tea but I want my coffee free. They took off 1.99 the price of the ice tea not the 3.29 the price of the coffee… when I told them what I wanted they continuously tell me they took the coffee off. I know how to read and do math and I asked them. what’s 3.29 — 1.99 oh its the tax they said. No it is not. I asked to take off the ice tea and I’ll pay separate for it. No you don’t have too it’s off … they annoyed me before I had a sip of my coffee and before work. I do not appreciate that.

This is location is only convenient because it’s near me and because it has a ²⁴⁄₇ drive thru. So I only come here when I’m in a hurry and can’t make it to Starbucks. Or when Starbucks is closed. Unfortunately the customer service isn’t that great here.

I used to work across the street, so used this dunkin on a regular. I eventually stopped going here due to poor customer service. Not only did they not understand the english language, they continuously got orders wrong. On top of that, when ordering an egg and cheese sandwhich and requesting ketchup, you would get one and «scolded» when asked for more. YET, when you ordered a muffin they would throw 5 – 6 ketchups in the bag. Makes sense? No.
Overall nothing but frustrations with this DD. Complaints to their customer service department went unnoticed.

I’m not writing off all Dunkin franchises but definitely this one. My coworker had an iced coffee from here and when she was ¾ done she noticed a roach floating in it. After work she went back to show the manager who gave her a hard time about waiting so long to come back and wasn’t sympathetic at all.
