Cheeseburger Cheeseburger

It’s a cute little old fashion diner type of burger joint, great for kids and adults however the prices are a little up there. By the time you customize your burger it’s like 13 bucks per burger without sides. The burgers are very good & so are the onion rings but they should offer better deals for sure.

Soggy cold burger & fries/​onion rings, and warm sodas! I felt sick after eating it! Ordered delivery thru GrubHub which said should arrive within an hour, but didn’t get my meal for another 40 min after the scheduled delivery time! Won’t ever order from this place again! Management should take a note from this and hire more qualified people! Stay away for your own sake!

I ordered medium for my ‘famous one pounder burger’ and I got a leathery well done burger that was pretty dark brown both in and out. I felt like I was chewing through an old pair of shoes. It was terrible.
Milk shake was okay, but not good.
I give 0 stars for food and 5 stars for customer service. I forgot my credit card and the waiter ran out and found me in the parking lot, so I am very much grateful for the waiter.

Horrible service. Won’t go back. We waited 20 minutes and never even placed a drink order despite asking to order twice. If it had been busy I would understand but staff were plentiful and customers not. I’ve been a waitress and I currently work in customer service… I’m probably one of the most forgiving customers out there… But wait staff here just don’t care about customers and the food just isn’t worth the pain and misery of suffering through the lackluster, slow and neglectful staff. The good news is there are lots or restaurants down the block who are happy to offer the same food!

What’s interesting about this place is how customizable it is from burger toppings to their crazy shakes. The disappointing thing was that most of our party ordered their burgers to be cooked medium, but they all came out medium well or more. The shakes were good (red velvet in particular was crazy like the real thing). And for sides, we found most of ours very salty — especially the fried pickles, practically inedible.
All in all, might go back if we were in the mood for shakes and wanted some burgers/​fried food to go with them.

I drove by this place several times when going to Panera Bread. From the outside I thought this was a typical tiny take-​out fast-​food burger joint. So imagine my surprise when I walked in one day and found that this was actually a cute old style diner like burger and shake place! The decore inside is colorful and cute. There is plenty of seating. The staff was great.
You get to make your own burger, picking cheese and toppings and the like. There are also plenty of delicious ice cream flavors for shakes! I forgot what I got but it was delicious. The burger was great too.
So if you’re in the area and want a good burger and/​or a good milkshake than I suggest give this place a shot!
They also have some newspaper articles posted up about how they have good burgers for the area and whatnot. So it’s definatly more than a hole in the wall.
