Horrible I purchased a pair of glasses 2 yrs. for about $ 500. I came in for pads. Very interested told to go CVS. Never will will purchased from specs for less again. It’s terrible cust. Serv. It’s very easy to be helpfull & good business sense which they know nothing about

Left without glasses! Insanely high prices. The name should mean a decent deal instead it’s a way for them to try to sucker you. The cheapest frame they has was $ 79 and then they wanna charge you for lens separate! Which Would have been well over $ 170 and I don’t have a high insane prescription. They wanted a total of about $ 260 for plastic frames. If I used my lenses they wanted to charge me $ 80 just for the glass!!! I walked my ass over to target and got them to put my new prescription into my glasses for $ 60. Never ever walking foot into that rip off place again. I hate swindlers!
