I have come here a few times so far for donuts, and I have had really mixed experiences. The main employee who is usually there when I’ve gone is not nice and didn’t seem to understand me very well when I was picking out my donuts. The other employee I have seen working there is much nicer though. You can’t really control that though. I have sampled a lot of their donuts, and I think my favorite from here is there crumb donut! It is very fluffy, loaded with cinnamon flavor, and it contains many messy crumbs. It kind of tastes like horchata, but in donut form. –Aside from my faovrite donut, their maple cake donut is pretty good. –Their chocolate cake donuts though are dry, lack chocolate flavor, and lack sweetness. I wouldn’t recommend those. –Their blueberry donut is probably my second favorite. It is loaded with blueberry pieces, and the blueberry flavor permeates throughout the donut. Delicious! –Their apple fritter was pretty good. It got a bit heavy at times, and it could have had a little more apple flavor, but otherwise, it was decent. The bad ones are the ones with those weirdly neon pink and orange glazes on them. I couldn’t eat those and had to throw them away. Overall, I will continue to come here for convenience, crumb, and blueberry cake donuts.

Ive been coming here for donuts for about 5 years. This donut shop is awesome. I would give it 5 stars… the ONLY reason I took a star off is because of the location. Seriously, its in a tiny shopping center across from a Jack In The Box and a VERY shady Motel 6. Most of the occupants of that motel are creepers of some sort. I went to this donut shop in the middle of the night once. I had a craving, don’t judge. Anyways, there were a couple of really creepy guys calling to me from across the street, by the motel and Jack In The Box. Scary! I jumped in my truck, locked the doors, and drove home ASAP! I had already obtained my donuts. I won’t go to this donut shop alone after dark. Never again. Now, about the donuts. The donuts are awesome. The price is just right. They always have a large selection of donuts… no matter what time of day or night that I go. The girls that work there are not super talkative. Honestly, I don’t care about that. Its a donut shop. Im not expecting world class service. If you want that, go someplace else. If you want great donuts for dirt cheap… come here!

Today is donut day and this donut shop that ran out of donuts at 9:30 in the morning. I said I needed two dozen and the lady said they don’t have any. I asked her” you don’t have any donut left?” And she responded«yes». Can you imagine Starbucks runs out of coffee? I can’t either.

Not bad. Two girls were behind the counter. One was friendly; one wasn’t.

Open 24 hours, clean place, dumpy plaza. I only go here for the RO water. Good price for that at 20 cents a gallon. Had a iced moca once, decent enough for a donut shop. Pastries look tasty, just never had them/

Donut King! Totally awesome! I’ve come here all hours of the night to get things, and I’ve never had them tell me they don’t have anything available. So I’m not sure where some people are getting that idea. They’re also friendly, never pushy. My family goes here for two things. Donuts(obviously) and water. Fair prices on both. I’ve tried things other than donuts here. Sandwiches are yummy too. I like the turkey one. Anyways, rather enjoy this place. Major 5 stars for being open 24 hours. It is cash only, but that’s fine by me.

So it’s a Friday at about 11pm and I’m craving some coffee. My bf lives about 1.5 minutes away from this place so we go. I had tries it once before, and it was decent so we go for our fixin’. We walk in and the guy behind the counter immediately asks us what we want. CHILLONIT, homie! I just walked in a millisecond ago! My eyes quickly dart at the menu as the guy starts saying some jibberish that I don’t understand. I remember that the last time we did come here I got some cookies’ncreme drink so I asked for that. Apparently that’s what the dude was trying to tell me. He basically said nothing that is on the menu is available. «Just(plain) coffee, and donuts.»(he dumbed it down for me, I guess). Needless to say we got out asap and hit up McDonalds for their iced coffee. Best choice I made that night! And if you STILL wanna try this place, it’s cash only! –_–

Unfortunately not THE donut king(on sepulveda near the venice exit of the 405), but good nevertheless. The glazed were good, good maple bars… Open 24 hours. Cash only. A lot of bagel and croissant selections as well. Also, they have um… water. Another plus is that they sold me their frosting buckets for $ 1 each. I’m new to the area, so I’m going to keep looking for the best donut place, but this is a definite contender.
