Awesome Sales and Finance team here! Got me into a new vehicle and on the road in no time!

First, let me just say how much I HATE car shopping!!! I loathe pushy salesmen and the endless task of looking at different cars.
Thanks to the fact that the Stephen Wade dealerships all have website. We were able to look at their inventory online. Thus, skipping the endless walking of the lots! After perusing the websites when it was convenient for us, we called to make sure that it was still available. The lady I spoke with said that it will definitely be there for us to look at and test drive when we come in. When we went in, they had sold the car we were interested in. Luckily, they had a similar car and were willing to give us the same incentives as the car we originally wanted. We worked with Brad Moon. He was very friendly and definitely not pushy! Which was a really nice! Unfortunately, it took a very long time to actually buy the car! We arrived just after 9am and left with our new car around 12:30. And after having our car for a couple days, we noticed that the tint on all the windows had air bubbles all over. We currently have it scheduled to be fixed.
Overall, these guys are good to work with. But, there is always room for improvement!

It was a great purchase experience, I would recommend it to anyone. I love my 15 Silverado, it’s the best truck I have ever owned. The Stephen Wade group is great to work with.

do not do not do not buy a vehicle here!!! shady business practices and unethical sales people /​managers /​and finance people don’t give a f&#$ what happens to ‘customers’. i regret the day i ever set foot at stephen wade!!! beware bad business

Came in on Saturday for an oil change. It took 2 hrs + to do it even with an appointment. Only had 1 oil & lube guy working. Might not take as long if it’s during the week. Nice waiting area with TV drinks. & snacks.

if it wasn’t for the free pastries and drinks i would gave stephen wade service dept. only one star. the first time i took my six month old vehicle in for an oil change, the service dept. got grease on the leather interior. this time i waited a hour and half only to find out that the service dept. did not have the right part in stock and i would have take more time off work another day. why they did not check for correct part minutes after checking the car in, is beyond me.

Wow, this place is kind of amazing. My car isn’t fixed yet but every single interface with anyone has been a complete delight! These people understand communication and keeping people happy. Our car broke down on the freeway. It’s Saturday. We called and they got us in to run a diagnostic and get things going. They found a problem but had to order a part. Anyway, that all happened within less than an hour. We were offered pizza, donuts, coffee, a place to sit inside (which is clean and marble and awesome!).
We even got to take our dog inside with us. So far, so good on these guys!

I buy a lot of cars and these guys were the most helpful, efficient and courteous dealership I have ever worked with.
I bought a Nissan Xtrerra that was a difficul color to find. Even though I am in Los Angeles, they were able to get me a price without any haggling that blew away every other dealership I checked with.
We went to pickup the car a week later and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes, you cant get any better than that — Thanks Stephen Wade Nissan!
